Me and my wife we've celebrated our second yr wedding anniversary to this Hotel and just want to say thanks tol all staff of this hotel specialy to this person her name is Diane she's is day shift receptionist pilipina front desk, i want to thank her so so much for her hospitality and kindness, is the best of the best that's why i gave her 10 out of 5 star.
Please Diane continuously doing good job and keep smile on your face ok im so proud of you and godbless and your family

Booked conference room months ago, with tea and coffee. Coffee and tea came 1 hour after our meeting started. (They had to be reminded)

Your hotel staff steal takeout orders,does your boss know? Just after 1 a.m, our takeout was stolen right from the doorstep. Your arrogant Indian front desk manager said they won’t provide any video footage and suggested we report it to the police. He said"We know who took it, but what we can do nothing! And we won’t provide any video! ” How rediculous it is the hotel! The service and safety like shot!

I'm not even checked out yet and I need to give a 5* review. I have been to each of the hotels (Vaughan & Mississauga) and this is hands down the BEST Monte Carlo. It is newly built WITH a pool, very large ceilings - its pure luxury. It's here where I feel like I'm back in Italy. The attention to detail here is unparalleled. Everything from special Monte Carlo mints, to a Monte Carlo engraved pillow case to the LavAzza coffee in the rooms - no other hotel has this. Marvelous work done by the management of this hotel. Also the staff- Michael, Mohit, Nurine & Suzette - are exceptionally friendly and the chef is fantastic (rare to find in the other chains like Vaughan). This is hands down the absolute BEST hotel of the Monte Carlo chain.

Excellent service everyone was friendly, a very quiet place to sleep at night. You get a voucher for breakfast every morning. When your stay is over, you walk out feeling very good about a place to take it easy. I spent two weeks, it was amazing. They have a fireplace in the bedrooms. You can turn on the heating if you need to. I had to go out for a few hours, when I came back to the hotel I went to my suit, found a towel that was in the shape of a heart by one of the housekeeping crew. That was very sweet of them. I believe I will stay again in the future for sure.

We came on Sunday, June 18 due to a fire and everyone here is amazingly generous, kind, humble, and just simply wonderful.
Every morning at breakfast, the staff would ask how we are keeping and talk to us like a second family.
The front desk and managers showed us kindness with their help and room service were great!

Definitely recommend this place

We had our wedding over the course of two days at the Monte Carlo. We had two ceremonies, one of which had never been done at this venue prior. To say the Monte Carlo was accommodating, would be a massive understatement. They went above and beyond to ensure our wedding went exactly as we planned.

In particular, our coordinator Carly was absolutely amazing. She was so attentive, helpful, and on the ball with everything, despite the complexities involved with two ceremonies. We honestly feel we couldn't do it with her. All of the staff were super helpful, kind, and seemed to enjoy the weddings themselves! We felt very supported by them.

The venue itself was perfect for the size and vibe we were going for. This place is a hidden gem, honestly. We wanted to thank the Monte Carlo, it's wonderful staff, and Carly in particular for such an amazing weekend!

I stayed in one of the rooms, and one of the things I noticed about my sheet covers was that they smelled and also had blood stains, which was not me.
I did not bother asking room service to change the covers, and that is bad since the hotel is providing a service that you're paying for.
Also the washroom have everything you need, except toothpaste and limited bottles of water which it was just 1.
I hope this is useful information for travelers like me.

Rooms were cleaned and great, but the amenities are much to be desired. The breakfast gave not many options and can't go to the city center without needing a car and only bus in the area arrives every half hour. Otherwise it is a good hotel

My only complain: There are two Monte Carlo Markham nearby (including this one)

Your credit card is not safe within this hotel, you will lose your deposit. They charged me 400$ due to the room not being cleaned. Staff aren't welcoming. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I enjoyed my time there.jacuzzi tub was relaxing.shower was not cleaned well and I was moved to another room. Was a nice place. As for moving the next room was clean. Don't rent movies there however 25 dollars and you can only watch it once. TV was not smart so no Netflix, Amazon Prime.no beaming from your phone either.if your going with another person it's OK without having something to watch.going to relax alone like I did.bring your computer and stream.

Unfortunately it was super stuffy in the room even with the air conditioning unit on, the air circulation was severely lacking and I wish they had a window we could crack open for some fresh air.
The hot tub water came out a dark gray/blue color, I wish I took a picture, and there was a layer of something questionable on top of the water. I Wouldnt go back for a second time.

It was such a nice room! We got a room with a jacuzzi (which I highly recommend) and it was so much fun. They folded our towels into hearts, gave us shampoo/conditioner, free wifi, extra pillows and blankets. It was very clean and you can control the temperature in your room which was such a nice bonus. Would stay here again no problem!

Deeply saddened by the service provided given in fact that it is a 3 star hotel. Had a terrible incident on Feb 5 2021 where me and my friends where literally kicked out of the hotel for apparatently no reason! We already booked a room for 4 people online and was denied the room by the front staff. She asked us to leave instead of giving a solution which could have helped us. The utter humiliation and disgrace that we suffered is irreplaceable and cannot be tolerated. I hope you address this grave issue with utmost seriousness and make sure this type of incident will not happen to anyone in the future.

We had a trip to Toronto last friday with my 4 friends to drop one of them in airport mississauga. We booked a room for 4 people at monte carlo inn and suites through booking.com and did all the payments they said.we reach the hotel and met a front office staff with a not happy face. She was refused to give us the room for no reason and told us to go for a refund. We told her that its very hard to find another hotel room at that moment and still she refused us. I really dont know why these people open the hotel and not providing customers the room and loosing their business! Worst service by the front women stand there! We will never choose this hotel again! If you really need some business, you need to get someone with a good hospitality mind.

Worst service ever had. Front office staff working on 5th feb 2021 didn’t allow us to stay with no reason. Even we paid all the bills. She asked us to go for another hotel. She told us all rooms are only for 4 people.we were ready to take another room for whole day. She made us stand outside on extreme cold weather.

Stayed here for a night in the "Deluxe King Jacuzzi Suite with Living Room".

The check-in process wasn't as efficient as I expected. The attendant checking me in seemed to be annoyed I wanted to use a debit card and pay the contingency fee upfront. She insisted on a credit card, but when I informed her I read the policy on paying the fee upfront, she allowed me to use my card. (The fee if you don't use a credit card is $300, it is refunded upon checkout).

The room was clean. Due to COVID-19, I re-sanitize everything in the room prior to settling in. The only area untouched seemed to be the fridge (there were a few minor liquid stains inside).

Well placed lighting. Sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. Easy to control temperature. Both televisions worked great.

It's a good sized room if you're looking to keep your eating area separate from where you sleep.

The morning breakfast was limited in options due to COVID measures, but I would classify the offering as more of a morning snack than breakfast. I received a pre-packaged mini-cinnabon and a hard-boiled egg. There was a choice of juice or coffee.

Checkout was efficient and pleasant. This time it was a different attendant who was very warm and welcoming. She was very attentive and efficient.

I am unable to comment on any amenities as they were closed due to COVID.

Bottom Line: I would come here again.
