Very tasty food. We had chicken on rice that you can taste that all the sauces were made from scratch.

Ordered from Uber eats. Called restaurant as they forgot part of my order. Accepted that it was their error. Would not credit me and asked that I come to pick up. If I could have picked up, I would have done that in the first place Said they would credit the rest of my order on my next purchase

My family has ordered from this location numerous times before.

Yesterday we ordered the Mixed grill for 4 and the Monfort chicken pita.

Based on the customer service and quality of food giving this a 1 star is generous.

The Monfort chicken was extremely dry and tasteless in both the mix platter and pita. The pork was not good, very rubbery and hard. The best part was the salad.

I called in later on in the evening just to advise that the chicken tasted stale, like it was reheated frozen food. I DID NOT ask for a refund - it was just to let the restaurant know what my experience was. The man who spoke to me was extremely rude and asked me why I called hours later to tell him. He pretty much said it was my fault as it was prepared to be picked up at 5: 30pm and I got there at 5: 40pm.

I definitely will not be coming back to this location mostly because of the EXTREMELY BAD custom service!

Love the food I buy from here each time. Been a loyal customer since they were way back in Itabashi Way. Home fries is tasty and so are the rice and sashlik! Good job guys! Owner looks serious but is nice when you talk to him. Just be polite people and people will be polite to you in return!

Extremely underwhelming.i’ve heard from so many friends how good this place was and i was so excited to try it! I ordered the vegetarian special (i am very serious about my love of falafel) and i’m being completely honest, worst falafel i’ve ever had.tut’s and liberty shawarma in toronto will forever reign supreme for me (and these are bare minimum 4am fast food spots). This falafel was over cooked, bland and tasteless—i had to cover each bite in a mountain of hummus and eggplant salad to make it taste good (those two were pretty good, not sure if hummus was house made though). The rice was awful—had no taste, over cooked, and had a weird buttery/oily consistency.none of my family members enjoyed their meals, will not be ordering again.

Unfortunately got bit by a spider or something at the table while having dinner and when I addressed the server that I had had a fresh bite on my arm I was completely ignored and walked away from me

THIS MONTFORT’s IS THE BEST IN BURLINGTON!
My wife and I ordered takeout and made the mistake of doing it through Uber eats. The Uber driver only picked up half the order and said that it was my problem when I contacted him.
I called the restaurant and they confirmed that the driver had dropped the ball and left before the order was completely ready.
One of the employees went ABOVE AND BEYOND and drove the remaining part of our order on her own dime. I wish I had gotten her name but unfortunately I didn’t. We can only hope her boss sees this and figures out who it is and takes really good care of this employee as she is the best.
Both my wife will be sharing this restaurant with all of our friends and clients. More importantly we will be return customers for sure.

If you want Mediterranean food in Burlington then look no further. I've tried many and this is most definitely the tops.

To whoever just answered the phone to take my take-out order.that has got to be the most disgusting display of customer service I have ever received. Myself working in busy restaurants I can’t ever imagine giving someone service like that and not getting fired for it! I can understand how busy the establishment may be and I can appreciate the fact that its Mother’s Day, but to the guy who is answering phone calls, you should be fired or retrained but not sure how that would help, considering that manners and common courtesy should be a given when working the service industry. I will NEVER be considering this place or recommending it.

After buying the overpriced meal yesterday, I get home and take a bite the meat was so over cooked and dry It got stuck in my throat. I am currently in the hospital. Worst decision I’ve made in a long time.

Absolutely terrible place to go, do not recommend whatsoever. Incredibly rude people who work there and they messed up my food multiple times today. And to fix it they threw left overs from someone else’s meal into mine.

Certainly a place worth trying, the food is awesome and well prepared, the rates are reasonable and it is constantly well kept there. 5 stars.

Very disappointed with their falafel sandwiches. Small, expensive, plain. Just overall non authentic.

We orderd food twice from this place and it was delicious! Also, the portions are pretty big. We will definitely come back.

We have tried several of the Montfort's restaurants. But when got take-out from this one and we saw the soup bowl with just garlic sauce, we can say "that you got us"
