I recently purchased an f150, sales staff Marcie and Chris were very helpfull the truck was also full of fuel 136L! Too early to tell if the truck is any good but at least the shopping experience was positive.

Marcie, my sales representative, was friendly, and patient as I went through the common complexities of a first time buyer. She made me feel at ease, and promptly responded to any questions.

While on vacation, we encountered codes coming up on our F-150 while pulling a travel trailer. We stopped in hoping they could assist us spur of the moment. Travis, one of the mechanic's came out immediately and reset the trucks computer for us. We truly appreciated his kindness. Thank you Travis!

I've bought a number of vehicles from this dealership and they've always matched or found a better deal that I could get anywhere else. I've never felt pressured by anyone in the sales department, which makes buying a car so much easier. But the reason I keep coming back is their service department is excellent, they're always willing to go the extra mile to take care of their customers. If for whatever reason a service appointment takes a bit longer, they'll pick up and drop off customers so you don't have to wait around, one time I forgot I booked an oil change appointment while I was away on vacation, they went and picked up my truck, did the service and dropped back off at my place and let me pay the bill the next time I went in. I've dealt with too many dealerships that have dodgy service departments that have left a bad taste in my mouth and you have to fight to get warranty work done, but I've never experienced that here.

It was late on a weekday. "Take it home for a test drive and show your wife" said Todd Towriss at the Kincardine store. I said "My home is the other side of Mount Forest". Todd said "I don't care. Bring it back tomorrow".
Anyway, I didn't take it home. After a shorter test drive, we settled on a price with a few extras thrown in. I asked if he wanted a deposit to hold it for me. He replied "No. How about a handshake".
That's the kind of small town service you don't get much anymore.
This is a true story.

Sadly I will not be back. For decades our family business has purchased our company cars from Montgomery and this was my third personal purchase. Many email corespondaces between myself and Salesman George McBride showing, concerns & agreements were forwarded to new owner Craig Beck along with a follow up call. Still no response. All I was looking for, is a car detailing as it was delivered filthy, paint stick to touch up the dint I had to get fixed after George said he would look after that and help with a warranty claim on the rear axle driveline that was a concern on the safety report that George reassured me was not an issue as outlined in emails forwarded.

I would like to take the opportunity to acknowledge a solid outstanding team at both Montgomery Ford locations (Kincardine & Lucknow). As a former 35 year owner of VW vehicles I'm glad I made the move to a Ford product. It was not just the Ford product that makes a loyal repeat customer. More important loyalty is earned (I'm the 1st to acknowledge good customer service and on the flip side I don't tolerate poor service and I make that clearly known) by dealing with the outstanding team members (in one way or another) that I have dealt with at Montgomery Ford at both Kincardine and Lucknow locations. I recall last month that I walked into Montgomery Ford's owner Craig Beck's office (Sales Manager Chris Grieve was sitting chatting) and said "I know that you must hear complaints and not enough compliments. Well, I'm hear to say to you that you have a great team at both you locations who go out of their way to make sure I leave as a "happy customer".
Let me get a pet peeve out of the way before I continue. I noticed that Lydia (communication Manager) is replying to customer reviews as the "owner" of Montgomery Ford. If this is true then I apologize. If not then this is misleading. I'm also in the customer service business and the people I most admire are "customer service stars" such as Harry O.retired President of Casino Rama. If you as a guest/customer needed to call him his Administrative Assistant would answer the phone and without a question would pass the call to Harry. I modelled my management style after people like Harry who also by the way had 3000 employees and he made it a point to get to know them as least by name.

Now here are your "STARS" who touched me in one way or another:
*Travis Service Technician. Outstanding. Tells it like it is
*Dan Body Shop Manager. Went out of his way to accommodate me
*Barry. Detailer. Great PR. Takes pride in his job. Craig, hope you've met him.
*Chris Sales Manager who set me up wth Dan at Lucknow after a deer hit my car.
*Lucknow service technicians who wouldn't let me on own to pump air into the tires of my Ford 150. They insisted they do it. Wow now thats going over and above and greatly appreciated.
*Tyler Service desk. Went out of his way to make sure my safety wasn't in danger due to worn out wiper blades which smudged the entire windshield and made it hard to see on coming traffic.
*Gord Service Manager. You only pay for what you need
*Catherine Customer Relations. Filled in at service desk when computer system went down. She wasn't going to let a machine (computer) stop customer service
*Terena Sales. I'd buy a car from her
*Lisa Service. Always on the go
*Krista. Showed me how to use the push button start and other controls on a loaner car
*Ryan McKinley. Parts. Knocked me off my feet by knowing how to pronounce my last name.

I know there are more STARS and I apologize for not mentioning you.

Sorry for the long review. There you have it Craig. Get out of the office and go make someones day.

The staff at Montgomery Ford is very polite, professional and pleasant to work with. I am very happy to have purchased my car with the help of Dave who has been amazing from the beginning to the end. He went out of his way to find the perfect car for me, presented me with options and worked closely with insurance companies to find the best deal for me. I recommend Montgomery Ford and Thanks Dave, you are amazing!
