Having golfed across the globe, I can confidently say that MontHill Golf & Country Club boasts the most exquisite clubhouse I've encountered. The decor is breathtaking, and the staff's authenticity adds a warm, welcoming touch, making for delightful conversations. The course itself is a marvel, especially with the autumnal palette; it's so meticulously maintained by the diligent groundskeeper that you'd be hard-pressed to spot a single leaf out of place. The value is extraordinary, too – at just $65 with a cart, it's a steal compared to the tripled rates in the GTA for a lesser experience. The hour-plus drive for me is a small price for such unparalleled quality. MontHill isn't just a course; it's a destination. See you again soon!

We have been here for 3 hours!

We chose Monthill as the venue for our brunch wedding and could not be happier with our experience. Our coordinator Vanessa was exceptional in the planning process and was so quick to respond to all of our questions. The day of our wedding was more than we could have imagined. All of the staff were so friendly to all of our friends and family and everyone was making sure we were having the best day. It was a chilly morning and they even brought out blankets for our guests to stay warm during the ceremony. We are so happy we chose Monthill and highly recommend!

Great day for golf. Well maintained course. Very impressed with the grounds crew for keeping the course practically leaf free.

We recently celebrated my niece’s bridal shower here and it was perfect! Planning with Vanessa was easy and fun. She was a true pleasure to work with! Amanda offered wonderful and personable service at the bar. All of the staff were so accommodating to work with. We had such a fantastic time we didn’t want to leave! The food and mimosa stations were all spot on as were the friendly and interactive staff that operated them. We look forward to the next time we can host an event at this breathtaking facility!

The brunch is a wonderful experience with around a dozen choices of food to try, unlimited food that is served at your table and beautiful white tablecloth settings in pleasant ambiance in an intimate dining room sporting picture windows over a gorgeous golf course. The service is first class and not rushed. Dress casually and enjoy a great few hours of fine food, friends, family. You won't be disappointed.

October 1st we celebrated my Daughter Rachael Pinters Bridal shower at this beautiful venue. We can’t stop talking about how perfect everything was. Not one glitch lol. Such a beautiful place. The food was amazing, the staff so attentive and kind. Our Coordinator Vanessa was the BEST. She was so accommodating to any of our requests. We were blessed with a gorgeous sunny day and it was so nice to see our guests enjoying the patio with a Mimosa from the yummy mimosa bar in hand. Im so happy we decided to host Rachael’s shower at Monthill

Great course, great price, amazing clubhouse, excellent staff, what more could you ask for.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Allowing 5 somes on a fairly busy course to appease certain people seems rather unusual though. After nine holes of that we then found ourselves behind a seriously slow 4 some that also couldn't have cared less as to the hold up for a substantial number of golfers. Marshalls don't seem to want to interrupt. Too bad as there's a lot decent about the place overall. Just too much catering to a few " privileged members " perhaps.

First time at Mont Hill Golf and Country Club and let’s say won’t be our last. Made reservations for dinner. From the time we arrived to the moment we left, five star experience. The atmosphere is classy, yet comfortable and the view of the course is stunning. The staff was attentive, the food was a culinary dream, presentation was a ten. Food was flavourful with the tastebuds dancing for joy. Our server was kind attentive and knowledgeable. If I could give more stars I would. Thankyou Mont Hill, will be back again real soon

I can't express enough how incredible our Wedding experience was at Monthill Golf & Country Club. From the moment we started planning our wedding, Sophia, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute superstar. She ensured every detail leading up to our special day was perfect and flawlessly organized.

The outdoor ceremony they hosted for us was breathtaking, with stunning views that made our day even more magical. Following the ceremony, the team at Monthill was impressively fast and efficient during cocktail hour, ensuring our guests were well taken care of.

The reception setup was a dream come true. They brought our vision to life beautifully and exactly as we had hoped. And the food! Oh, the food was out of this world. Not only was it delicious, but the portion sizes exceeded our expectations for a wedding.

Sophia, Philip, and Vanessa, our wedding coordinators, truly went above and beyond in ways we couldn't have imagined. Their dedication and attention to detail made our wedding day unforgettable. My daughter and I had lunch. It was incredible. The service and food were excellent. Our waitress went above and beyond. The view of the course was awesome. I would highly recommend Mont Hill for a truly unique experience.

Very nice clubhouse and people. Good conditions but course is sort of quirky. Several oddly laid out holes that are a bit goofy. Don’t think I’ll go back.

This place is amazing. The staff is so hospitable and professional especially Melissa C. Great place to plan the perfect wedding!

First time here and it met all expectations and exceeded
We tried the clubhouse fried chicken sandwich and the beer battered pickerel
Servings were a decent size and the fish was extremely fresh
The grounds are well-manicured and the patio for dining has magnificent views of the golf course

I'm involved in a wedding September 2nd at the golf course. I sat in the bar area for a drink before going through our dress rehearsals and the clubhouse is absolutely immaculate. I'll update this post after we have the wedding tomorrow

We had our wedding reception on July 29th. We are so happy we found Monthill Golf and Country. We started to deal with Melissa and I can’t tell you how much she went out of my way to make our day so special. We are so grateful to her and her team. The view, the hall, the food and everything was all superb. I highly recommend the drive to Caledonia. Thank you Melissa and staff!

Great course. First time playing there. Just would have been nice for the course to have the tee box with the number and layout of the hole.

The course is in great shape, beautiful facilities, friendly staff, and a great price. I highly recommend playing this course.

Fantastic layout with a wide variety of holes. The greens were consistent with lots of slope. Reasonably priced. I'll definitely play here again.

We recently had our wedding at MontHill and we are so happy that we found this venue! It is a beautiful location. The food was amazing, the staff was very attentive, and our day went exactly to plan. Sophia our event coordinator could not have been more helpful and was a rockstar on the day of our wedding. All of our guests commented on how much they loved the food and were all very impressed with the staff and the venue overall. We can't recommend MontHill enough for anyone looking to book a wedding in the Hamilton area. We had such an amazing day and we owe a lot of that to MontHill and their incredible staff!

Went to a wedding here last weekend and I have to say, WOW. Gorgeous terrace, terrific food, incredible staff & stunning rooms with crystal chandeliers everwhere.

Fantastic food, pleasant and kind staff, beautiful views and classy and sophisticated venue.
