I want to thank you Dr. Albakkal and her nurse Manal so much as they respond to me as soon as they can, dr.is so knowledgable, caring and compassionate and they both have great relationship with patient. Last but not least, your waiting time to visit your wonderful pediatrition is not long.

Amazing staff and very friendly environment. Dr. Albakkal and Nurse always adress our medical needs with so much love and care. Very busy clinic but staff will always manage to get back to us fast and with full support. We appreciate and enjoy our experience at the clinic!

Both Dr. Al-Bakkel and her nurse Manal have been providing excellent care to my children for close to 20 years. I believe that they sincerely care about the health and well-being of my children and our family in general. The front staff are pleasant and efficient.

We've had extremely unfortunate experiences on multiple occasions with this clinic and dr Al Bakkal. Administrative and nursing staff are extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and inattentive. Communication is poor and manner of a handful of staff is shocking, especially in a pediatric care setting. Also, we had the worst experience with Dr. Al Bakkal. For every appointment, she would just come in the room for 3 minutes, rush things and leave us, not checking our baby properly, not advising anything. We had to pretty much be our own doctor. I would absolutely not recommend this clinic.

I've three kids and since I've arrived to Canada, Dr. Sahar took care of them. She is caring, well educated, and kind. Dr. Bashir Ahmad helped me to get my surgery after suffering for years before I met him. He helped my wife to be ready for her field placement at the college. Nice doctors, nice nurse (Manal is the best). I wish you all luck.

My children are Dr. Albakkal’s patients for 6 years. In my experience she is the best, caring, efficient Doctor and Manal the nurse too. Thank you wholeheartedly for all you’ve done to keep our children healthy. With gratitude we remember you in our prayers.
