It was my first time shopping for an unusual item as a gravestone. I was appalled at the exorbitant price that the cemetery quoted me and it was really ridiculous. Frustrated, I then came across Monument Direct while searching the web.

At first, I was skeptical about placing an order (per my personal specifications) online. But after a few email exchanges and talking to Sean over the phone, my doubts dissipated. I felt I could trust this company without getting fleeced. In fact, the price was so reasonable and very affordable. He answered to all my questions with honesty that put me at ease. I also met with him and toured his showroom.

The order of the monument took a bit longer than expected owing to Covid restrictions at the time. But Sean’s dedication, knowledge ability and craftsmanship compensated for that delay.
