Service at this place is fantastic specially the waiter Abou Allaa. He always receives you with this warm and friendly welcome. I didn’t give five stars for food as I noticed that there is a difference between Alexanian’s livers during the day time and the night. The day time taste is delicious and soft but not at night. It seems that the chef is not the same. Hopefully you note this

I spent three months in Canada, and I must say that this restaurant is the best one I visited during my stay. The quality and taste of the food, the service, and the atmosphere were all exceptional. I would rate everything a perfect 10/10. I want to give a special thanks to Ms. Farah, as her presence added an extra touch to the overall experience. Ms. Farah the sense of FARAH. I will definitely be visiting this restaurant again and again, as it left a lasting impression on me.

Food was delicious. Shisha always on point. Everyone is very nice. The staff were a bit overwhelmed but the owner reached out and was extremely professional and caring. Highly recommend it.

Honestly do not go here if you are interested in having a good time. We literally felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome at this place. The fried chicken is flavourless and the oil still drips from it. You literally can’t taste anything. The hose is $3.00 and doesnt even work for those shishas. They put 5 coals on your shisha in hopes of burning it out faster i suppose. Id give this place a negative review if it were possible. Please see her response to see what I am talking about when I say rude owners!

Always happy with the vibes & service we receive every time we come to moods! Mustafa happened to serve us couple times and made us feel welcomed and home, thank you Mustafa for your special serve. We’ll be for sure coming back with my team again

The food is amazing, the recommendations I usually get from Mustafa are good! I highly recommend Moods if you’re looking for a chill place to vibe with your friends and get a good shisha with great food. Staff beyond helpful and friendly, Mustafa made me feel welcomed every time I walk in or make a reservation.

Lying waiter who wasted our time. Drinks arrived around 45 mins after we ordered. My boyfriend ordered Shish Tawook and it arrived before my lemon mint drink. We had to flag down the waiter multiple times to ask where the drinks were.

On top of that when we asked for the bill and paid, he came back as we were leaving and he said he messed up and apparently forgot to charge us for Shish Tawook. My boyfriend and I thought that he had comped the drinks as they were so late and half melted by the time they arrived. When we brought this up he said he would talk to the mgr - ok, we wait another 10 minutes with no update, he comes back outside and proceeds to check out 4 other people while ignoring us - again we had to flag him down again.

2 stars is only for manager. Waiter was the biggest waste of oxygen.

Love coming here all the time and they have the greatest service! I highly recommend! Our server was one of the best (mustafa) very nice and friendly always making sure if we needed anything else!

I had a fantastic dining experience last night in Moods cafe. The atmosphere was elegant yet cozy, with dim lighting and soothing music. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made us feel truly pampered. Naya, Omer & Furqan are extraordinary servers who provided top-notch service.
The standout dishes with extraordinary flavors were the mouthwatering chicken with creamy shrimp sauce and lamb shank served with rice, fries, garlic & tahini sauce, lemon & mint drink elevated the meal to another level. Great job team mood

Great place! I go to Moods for the past 3 years and I never had a bad experience. Mustafa was our server all the time and he is one of the best servers we had! He is amazing!

The place is amazing must try and the server (mustafa) was one of the best he’s very friendly and it was excellent costumer service!

I took 2 stars off because of the hostess (the girl at the entrance of the restaurant handling reservations). She was really rude, shouting when talking to us, of course not smiling, absolutely not engaging with our friendly greeting, robotically repeated some rules. She literally ruined our experience because we just couldn't accept the idea of coming to a restaurant only to be treated like that! Please talk to her and have someone else sit there, this is the first person your customers meet and she gives a very bad impression. The waiters were happy, nice and very professional, food was great.

Up all night SICK, the food here unfortunately gave us food poisoning! This was the only thing we ate all day because we wanted to be hungry since we heard wonderful things about the restaurant. The service was lacking, we had to keep asking someone to come for everything and anything. They stood in the front in a circle talking and talking.
Shisha was also no good and a horrible experience, $30 for a fresh head then wait one hour for charcoals. Once you ask for charcoal 3 times finally when he comes, he just puts it on top of the head without cleaning it or blowing it out.
Very disappointed as this was a recommendation to visit this restaurant.

Atmosphere is pretty good. I ordered Kanafe. First of all it took 45 minutes to arrive. I’m not middle eastern so I didn’t know what to expect. It was insanely hard to cut. Luckily my Syrian brother noticed and realized it was completely burnt. Sent it back and ordered another one, it was decent but drenched in sugar. Not good at all

The restaurant is delicious and the waitress are very nice I would love to come everyday and you should too.

Moods put us in a bad MOOD.

The inside is beautiful and the atmosphere was pleasant. However the service was unacceptable, we waited 30 minutes for water and had to remind our server twice. We decided to speak to the manager and 5 minutes after we did get our food. There was a lot of staff working so service shouldn’t have been that slow. It felt as if they were being prejudice towards us because we were not Arabic, two other tables beside us got there food before us and there service seemed great.

I have been wanting to go Moods for a while and this was an unpleasant first and probably last experience.

I don't think i will ever find a place better than here. Everything you want, great food, drinks, amazing staff and lively environment.

Some times it takes a while to reach my table from all the friends that i meet by chance when i am there. The crew has been very successful in creating that place that is now a gathering place for everyone.

Talk about food and all the great choices and the generous portions (hawawshy, koshary, grills, shrimp pockets, the list is long) and then as if your day doesn't end because after you finish eating you will now have to pick from the great dessert that they prepare fresh (konafa, basbousa, baklawa) (oh man now i am hungry again)

So I arrived with my daughter, they told me I don’t have a reservation even though i had a confirmation on my phone. After showing them the confirmation email they said I can’t get a booth because those are only for smaller group even thou most of them were empty. Few minutes after a couple arrived and they gave them a booth! I sat there for elan hour ordered food and drink for two people and paid more than 90$! The food was 1 manakeesh, one tabuleh and one burger and two drinks! Toooo expensive!

Excellent attention. The food is very tasty. Quite crowded at night, the outdoor atmosphere is appreciated. It may be that if the place is very crowded, you have little space to park.

Great ambiance. Above average shisha. Food was good with room for improvement and service must be improved for the 5th star:) Even though the team is friendly, they need to be more attentive and the customer shouldn't have to ask for the menus after waiting for 20 mins.

Took us aback a little when they asked if wanted smoking or non-smoking. Then we realized it was because of the hookahs. Super nice group of employees though and the food was really good.

I love the food there, love the atmosphere, the service, and the Shisha! Used to always go their on Sundays for lunch, but honestly the prices where going higher each time so stopped going as much! But the food is highly recommended

My favorite place to have a shisha when visiting Toronto. Food is great the staff is amazing, always have fun to be there.
