Good sushi, sushi rice was tasty and they dont over fill their rolls with rice. Good amount of filling. Great variety of dishes and service was good.

FOOD: Served really quick for all-you-can-eat. The salmon dishes were really tasty, however the beef & chicken teriyaki is somewhat dry and does not taste fresh.

SERVICE: All orders are through the tablet provided (self-serve). The staff just brings you food. None of the waiters checked up on us regarding our food or refilled the tea/water. We had to ask them for extra water and napkins. They did a good job in collecting used dishes tho, however with minimal communication and service.

ATMOSPHERE: mediocre, gives a fast food vibe

Reliable and tasty, good variety. We've enjoyed the AYCE as well as a la carte items and been satisfied with both. A nearby go to for us.

1st time at Moon Sushi was a great experience.
To start the staff was nice pleasant and very quick to help in anyway needed. The food we ordered arrived quickly even though it was busy. One thing we enjoyed is that everything they brought they also reminded us what it was so we never had to guess in case we couldn't remember.
The food was great the menu is a good size with lots of the common items you will find at most AYCE with a few items that were unique. Overall the food was great everything we ordered came in and was always Hot or Cold depending on the item.
We had zero issues with anything and everything tasted great.

Reasonably priced all you can eat sushi place, good hours, food was very good and very fast.

We arrived around 9 p.m. And had an incredible meal! Every sushi roll and dish was delicious. Highly recommend!

The food is really good and the servers are very nice, almost every time I looked up though they were just staring at me and my wife and that was kind of uncomfortable. I know they just wanna grab the empty dishes and stuff but I felt a bit uneasy especially since we were the only customers there

Food was great and we had very friendly service. Some food took a bit of time to arrive but since it was mothers day, it's understandable. I'd recommend coming here.

I love Moon, I’ll always come back. Staff is super friendly (I think they know my face at this point though, I go there too often) but service is always good, foods always great and price is always right

Post COVID, food quality isn't what it used to be. Perfectly understandable if food service was slower because of all the food couriers, but the attitudes of the servers isn't that pleasant.

My friend and I went on a friday at lunch on a holiday. It wasnt busy. Everything arrived as expected. The lunch price for ayce was reasonable on a weekday. I liked the tempura, avocado salad, eel sushi and salmon sushi as well. I thought it was odd how they do not have sashimi.

May be other people will like it but because I tried other sushi places this one is not as good

Love coming here for AYCE! My husband and I have been coming for years and the sashimi is always so fresh! Sushi is great and even the chefs selection is delicious and always a hit or miss at other places. We will definitely continue to return for many years to come! The staff are so quick and very friendly, all around always a great experience.

Ordered uber eats the dynamite roll worst tasting roll I've ever had.came very warm not edible at all the shrimp tempura wasn't even cooked properly which is very dangerous to eat. Being restricted on certain items to eat when pregnant. Never again

Service was absolutely terrible, no respect for customers. Kicked us out 30min before closing, was not friendly at all. The most surprising thing is that the waitress took my plate while i was taking a bite out of my food. Never been so shocked and disrespected in my entire life. Stole my girlfriends drink while it was still full then proceed to take her (not even touched) cup of water just cause the waitress was thirsty or something.

Love this place, hete for lunch atleast once of not twice weekly. Alot of classic stuff you see everywhere just they have a way of executing doshes perfectly.
Try the battered shrimps, you need atleast 10 to start. Dtagon roll / green dragon roll. The rare beef teriyaki steak is a banger.

The salmon sushi is standard with 1 strip of salmon, BUT the salmon Rose sushi comes with 2 pieces?

Notably they always have cold sapporo on hand as well as a nice selection of ice creams as well as fried bannanas etc

Just a great local sushi spot, stay local and try these guys out. You wont be dissapointed

Need to add a few items to the lunch AYCE menu. Sushimi, more veggie items.
Food is always 100% on point, but the restaurant is a bit disorganized.

So we walked in thinking it would be the type of buffet where you go get the food yourself but instead of that they give you an ipad where you place an order which we didnt mind since it was new to us and it was cool anyway.we went for lunch and chose the all you can eat option. The food was pretty food just not what im used to in sushi. All of the appetizers we order were good. The sushi it self was alright not bad at all. I could feel getting judged by the workers a little though. They would go by out table just staring at us for no reason. I would recommend getting the white tuna roll, golden california roll, and fried calamari. I would not recommend getting the spicy salmon or tuna roll though. Overall a pretty good experience just which the sushi options were better

Ordered sashimi set lunch via Uber, menu stated that it’s with 13 pc sashimi but actually just 4-5 pieces only, the rest were egg, fake carb meat, tofu skin.the worst sashimi lunch ever had, very disappointing! Won’t order again!

The food wasn’t bad but I wasn’t expecting to get only one piece of sushi. I ordered from Uber eats and I thought I was getting at least four or six pieces. Thank goodness I ordered two.

Ordered here through Uber Eats delivery. I ordered the Haru Tray.
The sushi is just okay. Not the greatest I’ve had. But the spicy tuna rolls did not taste very good at all. Probably my least favourite spicy tuna roll I’ve ever had. The nigiri was good. The California rolls and spicy salmon rolls were just okay. The tuna sashimi also was not very good.
Having said all that, they have better prices compared to the competition. Would I order here again? I would, but for other items on their menu (not the sushi).

I went there with my friend and partner and we were expecting them to check for vaccine passports at entry. We had our passports and IDs ready before walking in. They sat us down and they still haven't checked so I had to volunteer it myself. If we hadn't offered I don't know if they would have checked. I've been to a few restaurants and the procedure is to check for proof of vaccine and ID by the door.
I liked the food otherwise.

My wife and I have tried several “All you can eat” places in the GTA, but nothing compares to Moon Sushi - they are the best in town for sure! We actually moved to Ottawa and we already miss them so much

Went to this place to have a la carte but didn't know they have an option of AYCE. I started with rock shrimp because every review had rock shrimp mentioned on it, and I must say it was the best dish. Try the rock shrimp with spicy mayo.

Ordered many different sushi from Dynamite roll to Spicy Salmon roll and I can say that everything was fresh and tasted good.

The servers were prompt and alert, loved the service.

I would definitely come to this place. The only reason I gave them a 3 star is because of the ambience.

0 stars just because the service is SO garbage. They kept telling us not to order something because we won’t be able to finish it, how would they know what we can eat? Also they throw the plates on the table and when u call one of the servers for something they just keep walking. I didn’t give them a tip because the servers were very rude, so they asked me for a tip…. I told them they didn’t deserve it and that if they were nicer and had some manners I would have tipped them, then the server started making racist comments towards us (I wear a hijab) and started yelling at us.how unprofessional. She also said “here in Canada we give tips to servers” (keep in mind she speaks broken English) I’m like “thanks I was born here”.

I just can’t stand them, the food is good but their service will make them go out of business.

PS. If u ask to speak to a manager they’ll say there’s no manager right now all the time. Even if u call on another day.

We are visiting near by and decided to grab a bite here just before closing. The service was average but the food was amazing. We had bento boxes. I would definitely eat here again if it was closer to home.

Can’t see much effort from the restaurant to deliver quality food. Everything was slightly below average, including service. First time visiting and don’t intend to return again

Worst customer service I have experienced in a restaurant my whole life. I was given ice cream and took a bite of it just to find a dead mosquito inside of it. They said it happens often and still charged me 32$. The staff is unreasonable and are not looking for the customer's best interest. 1star definitely.

Good food.
But employees need to better understand the customers different cultures.
Eating out for middle eastern people and the western societies is not on a daily basis like in some eastern countries. It’s not only the good food we expect it’s also the good hospitality.

Decently priced compared to other AYCE sushi restaurants. Everything was delicious and arrived at the table fresh and fast.

Service was great, some of the options tasted good and some tasted alright, price of the allyou van eat is very reasonable and the staff is very friendly. Definitely recommended:)

The sushi was good and fresh but the sashimi was tasteless. I tried it with the rice and without and the fish has absolutely no taste. I would order again but just the sushi next time.

Had a good experience with them when I placed an UberEats order while working at the vaccine clinic at UTM RAWC. Have definitely spread their name to my coworkers who needed a fast delivery in short notice

Ordered for takeout. Golden California roll was drowning in sauce and unappetizing. Eel roll was soggy and barely had any eel. Quality here is definitely lacking. Disappointed and will not be eating from here again.

Update: 1 hour after eating I feel sick and stomach is upset.

I was craving sushi and was ordering off uber eats, they were closed so I ordered from another sushi store and NEVER again, if Moon Sushi is not open, then don't eat sushi for the day

Loved the Cheese Wonton and all time favorite California roll. This Japanese restaurant is best in class and you should also try Chicken fried rice here.

DO NOT GO HERE. Food does not taste good. I feel absolutely sick. I ordered oyako don and it was horrible! My friend and I couldn’t eat it. It wasn’t delicious at all.

Moon sushi has the freshest, tastiest sushi in the area at affordable prices. The vegetarian party platter is my go to and includes their amazing mango avocado rolls, shitake rolls and other absolutely delicious items.
Please do be aware that the takeout times can be a little long, as I'm sure the restaurant is bombarded with constant Uber orders. Please support your local restaurants in these very perilous times, and be understanding to staff as they try to keep up with takeout demand.

Love the renovation. Looks so much nicer! The food is friggin awesome! Short rib and chicken and salads tempura.lots! Not just sushi.which is awesome! Cause not everyone likes sushi who goes with me to eat here, so really something for everyone. Really love this place been a few times now. Its quickly becoming one of my most favourite places to eat.

Second time here, I had forgotten how good this place is! The service is amazing, the waitresses are fast and attentive. Our order (which was a big one) came in a very timely manner considering all the different stuff we ordered. The food was super fresh! Which is obviously one of the MAIN factors one should look for especially when you're eating raw fish lol. In general, I know I'm definitely coming back since all I have to say about this place is one positive comment after another. Recommend 100%!

Went yesterday, Mon Nov 4th, around 3: 45 pm for the dinner menu. As soon as the first round was brought to me I knew I was not going to like it. The quality is not there. The only good things on the menu were the sashimi, beef skewer & beef rib. I also ordered a spider roll which was huge. Flying fish roe sushi which I liked. Spicy salmon roll which was ok. I also got seafood fried rice & seafood pad thai. Yes I know it is an AYCE place but they were so bland. I also ordered the steamed dumplings which were good. The teo pieces if tuna sashimi in 2 different sauces were also ok. Service was ok. Why the 2 stars? Mostly bland food & huge portions. I go to an AYCE for variety & to enjoy small portions of different dishes. Usually I do 3 rounds of food & 1f dessert. But midway through the 2nd round I was so full. I paid the extra charge & brought food home. I will never be going back. I don't get the 4 star rating for this place.

Been going here on and off for years. Good options for all you can eat. Went back recently and found they had renovated. Food was fast and great. Servers well. You get used to it.

This place is really great and reasonably priced for lunch! $18.95 per person for the ayce lunch menu. The only downside is that sashimi is not included. The fish was fresh and the ratio of fish to rice was on point! Would highly recommend a nice date lunch here

I go here so often that the workers here recognize me. The food is amazing and the lunch and dinner menus are the same so I go for lunch since it's a bit cheaper! Service is quick and the place was recently renovated and looks beautiful and clean.

I always come here and the food is fine. You might feel like drinking plenty of water after eating here.

Service and food is good. I love the tablet order system, it works really well. The odd time they forget dishes but despite that, excellent place to go.

This is my favourite sushi places in Mississauga. The food always tastes fresh, the AYCE menu is good and the prices are comparable to similar restaurants.

Food was good but the service was bad. We ordered food and when we done the waitress started counting how many pieces left in the places. Some food was ordered for the kids and they did not like it. This was so rude.

Came here for a quick lunch. Amazing food and service. I'm from Edmonton and this place blows every single AYCE from Edmonton out of the water.

My family and I came here for dinner on Saturday. Everything was so fresh and food was out super quick!

Went for dinner with a friend here last night. The food was good, for the most part, although the beef cutlet was very dry and the breading was too thick. What spoiled the evening was the tall, surly young waitress. She was annoyed every time we asked for napkins or a fork, never smiled, looked plain bored all night and closed up our account before we were ready to leave. Not in a hurry to go back to this place.
