My husband and groomsmen had a great experience renting their tuxes from Moore’s. The staff was helpful when choosing the proper tux to make our vision come to life. We decided to go with the Calvin Klein Black Satin Edged Notch Lapel Tux. They scheduled 3 fittings in total (the first at reservation time, the second 1 month before the wedding and the final at pickup). The staff made the necessary alterations to ensure a perfect fit. Everyone was pleased with their tux, and they all looked fabulous. We highly recommend Moore’s for wedding attire.

This place sells some great suits the service was fantastic and they knew exactly what matched they had to hem my pants and they did it super fast a little on the pricey side but you pay for quality

Visited last week to look for my son’s very first suit. It was hard to find his size because he was too slim. But We got great help from Marc to find the right size. He was kind and patient. We were very pleased with the quality of the suit and great service.
I would strongly recommend this place.

We got helped by a wonderful employee named Sahara and picked up two suits. Would highly recommend and will definitely be shopping here again next time I need formal attire!

I rented a suit with Moore's for my friend's wedding. The customer service was very good. All staff were very helpful and attentive. Unfortunately, the suit didn't fit well at all. The wrong measurements were taken. The pants were way too baggy and the white shirt was too tight for my neck so I had to substitute it with my own.

Every store that does not offer bathrooms to their customers should not be allowed to operate. If someone asks for a bathroom, it is because there is real need for it.  I've been shopping at Moores store on 10th line road in Orleans, Ottawa I askef to use the bathroom. The representative told me there is no washroom for customers. I asked the manager if he could make an exception but the answer was "no". I explained him that I have a health issue

They wouldn't let me use the bathroom even though I to bought a suit from them.  How come a store does not have washroom for it customers or does not allow a customer to use its washroom in case of emergency? It's a matter of health and necessity, depending on the person's system - this can cause extreme discomfort. I will not shop at Moores at this particular location until they offer healthy options of restrooms for their customers.

If you're a customer at this Moores store and they won't even let you use the bathroom? THEN DONT BE A CUSTOMER!   Don't go to a place that punishes their customers.

I interacted with 4 different staff members (and am sure still more contributed) over the course of three days, post-lockdown lift, and all were instrumental and outstanding in getting me what I needed, quickly, safely, and without costing me a fortune. I hope they know who they are and how awesome they are.

Incredible customer service. I had to get a suit for my prom coming up in a couple of days. Admittedly, I was last minute, so I was looking to rent. Stupidly, I forgot to get the guy's name, but wow. This man did everything he could to find the absolute best fit for me, as well as save me the most money while doing so. With his endless knowledge of fashion, he found me an amazing fit suit for cheap. It ended up costing me 50$ more to just buy the suit instead of renting it. I know nothing about suits, so his help was amazing. Would recommend to absolutely anyone!

Went to Tip Top for my wedding and received awful service.
Went to Moore's right after and haven't been more pleased. Sahara is the one to ask for. She is so professional and works with you every step of the way. Takes away all the anxiety of this part of the wedding planning.
You won't be disappointed!

If you want exceptional customer service from a great salesperson ask for Saraha at this location. She always goes out of her way to make sure that you get what you need.

Great selection of men's wear. Service was fantastic and the alterations are a very reasonable price.

Bought for myself here before, now a gift card for my son's new career. They have a great selection!

The boxing day sales seemed mostly be bogo, so they weren't good for us when we only wanted one item. No deal for us.
