Exceptional staff. I only went in needing a pocket square and I was assisted right away. The store was busy but the staff were on top of it. I highly recommend this store

Absolutely awesome experience!
I'm a typical man who know nothing about colours and matching. A sales rep approached me within a minute of walking in and guided me through the process. In less than 30 min I had a pair of dress pants hemmed and pressed, a dress shirt pressed, belt and was out the door with everything packaged in a suit bag.

What an awesome experience!

Highly recommend this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Dealing with moores was an absolute nightmare! I made my wedding day challenging for myself as the colours I had were not easy. I was told before the pandemic that lavender haze was going to be coming to moores in the summer of 2020. I was finally told when I moved my wedding date to 2022 that they no longer have a contract with David’s bridal and haven’t in awhile. I had asked for thoughts and help on colours but we didn’t have anything set in concrete yet. I did go in to make my final decision on colours and when I went home I realized the bow tie I had picked colour wise was not what I expected! I went back in and we switched it up (isn’t it their job to do that?) I felt like nothing but a HUGE inconvenience and hated dealing with them closer to the wedding. I got married on September 17th and before the wedding I went in to confirm everything just to make sure we were all good. I totally understand mistakes happen but the younger gentleman I dealt with had the worst customer service ever. Going over everything the suspenders for the groomsmen were white and not black, I had asked him if we could change that before we continued. The facial expression on his face showed pure annoyance and was told “this will take 30 minutes have a good day”. To be dealing with the public you need to have some customer service skills and clearly this job wasn’t for him.

I received a call two weeks before going over everything we corrected things. The first thing said was “the groom didn’t rent a tux”. I think I just about lost my mind until she realized that was wrong really quick and fixed that. After that little mishap everything went great. I felt good about everything for ones.

Now it’s time for the groomsmen to pick up their suites. From DAY ONE we have stated bow ties and as I confirmed two weeks before the wedding in the phone call. The groomsmen received ties! I got a phone call from Moores and it was the same person I dealt with confirming everything. Trying to find a way to blame me for why it wasn’t bow ties and that I confirmed ties. Grooms only request was bow ties from the day we sat down and set this all up. As the suites were being picked up by everyone there was always something.

Groom was one of the last ones to be called for the suite and had to even go in wedding morning to pick up pants and prayed they fit properly this time. I was at the point that I didn’t want to know anymore or hear the name of the store … The grooms bow tie and pocket square were not the right colour but I’m glad it blended in well anyways.

As a bride and groom you are stressed enough with everything and when something like this can’t go right or seems like a disaster over and over again causes more stress. Customer service needs to step it up big time.

It is not a welcoming store and you should NEVER feel like an inconvenience. I would avoid the headache and poor customer service and try somewhere else!

Absolutely ridiculous! Had gone here to have groomsmen sized for suits for a wedding. They had guaranteed the suits would be ready for the Wednesday before the wedding and assured us if there was a problem they could have it fixed with enough time. Suits were not ready for Wednesday and when they guys picked them up they were told if they don’t fit there was nothing they could do about it! So unprofessional! I would NEVER go there again!

DO NOT rent from this company. Our wedding is in less than 48 hours, my fiancés and his groomsman’s just got theirs in yesterday. Both vests were too big, and the hem on my fiancés pants were messed up. Best mans suit came in today. He was drowning in his shirt and vest. I asked why things are not fitting and it’s because “they were fitted for the old style”. Couldn’t the measurements been have converted accordingly? I was then told that they couldn’t get the best man’s corrected rental until 2 hours before the wedding ceremony starts. As we will be out of town, this was not acceptable. I understand things maybe not fitting, but when we first discussed renting, we were told they’d be in 2 WEEKS prior, not 2 days. Their policy from THEIR website says “At time of rental pick-up, please allow adequate time to review and try on your rental to ensure accuracy and fit. ” How can we do that if you do not give us an adequate ready date? The fact that my fiancé had leave work today because he was so frustrated and had to deal with this inconvenience, I would never recommend this service from Moore’s to anyone; unless they want to feel stressed up until their wedding day.

Absolutely terrible, I was in the store for five mins and not only was I not helped, but none of the people working even looked at me or addressed me when I walked in. What a joke, learn some customer service. Literally sitting in my car right now about to take my business elsewhere, very disappointing.

I had incredible experience with Brianne at your store. She really helped me in picking out colours and suits that fit my body both stylishly and age appropriately. I never thought going in on a whim and a referral would have aided me in having the most special day of my life! This young woman both gave defined style options and support that i needed for my day. I am forever great full for her expertise and support. She’s amazing.

I was very disappointed with my fiancee's service for his small wedding party. I would recommend if you want to feel any type of important, not have young girls preening in the mirrors or any type of acual service to go elsewhere. My fiancee was show no suit styles no shoes styles nothing they brought out separate peices for them to try on so only my son was brought out a complete suit the GROOM didnt even see himself in the complete suit. They got 4 or 5 IMPROTANT measurements wrong but that's what happens when you have vain girls not caring about anyone else taking measurements. My now husband said they treated his 4 person party like they were not worth the time and it showed when the tuxes showed up ill fitting with a family member ending up making adjustments with the shirt necks because we are not paying a extra 70 dollars for 4 shirt button extenders because the so called employees couldnt measure them correctly. I was crushed because my dress experience was just amazing and for the grooms to just be dismissed on the only really important thing they get to do.
My parents dealt with a manager for my father suit and didnt have such a bad experience even though his measurements was wrong to and he returned for it to be corrected.

Selection was average. The service was very good. The price was reasonable at the sale rate. The clothes were of good quality. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience and will go back when needed.

Went in to look for a suit and Christmas party attire. Not really one for asking for assistance nor allowing sales people to give me suggestions. With that said, Brantford Moores have some of the few sales staff that know how to read a person and only provide you with what assistance you need, no pushing, no shoving things down your throat. We were very pleased with the young lady who assisted us and gave us exceptional service without feeling pushed into, or directed into anything I was not comfortable in. Highly recommended you try my experience out for yourself if you are in the market for a suit or formal attire. A+

Came into Moore’s with my husband and was helped by Hanna. We were looking for a nice suit to attend a formal event. Hanna was amazing! She was up to date with all the latest styles and fitted my husband for his suit. She went above and beyond. Excellent customer service. We will definitely be coming back.

High price low quality you will find cheaper prices elsewhere. The staff is incredible otherwise they would not get any of my business. Sometimes you are stuck shopping there because they do have a decent selection for Brantford, driving out of town will help you find more options better quality and better pricing. Still good in a pinch compare before you buy if you know your sizes you maybe able to save even more money.

I had a problem with Moores as they only toke my measurements once. I had asked to try on the suit about two weeks before I needed it but they said I could not as they suit would only arrive on the Monday before the Wedding. Well we were leaving on Thursday morning as he wedding was out of town and the suite arrived two days late on the Wednesday.when I tried on the suit several items did not fit and they rushed out some new stuff the next afternoon so we were late by a few hours to leave town. Non the less they did try to help us. Later at the wedding the shoes they rented to me fell apart before the wedding even started. (we unfortunetly had not brought along our glue gun) When I complained to the manager when we got back and he was apologetic and he did refund me almost half of the fees I paid. I guess no one is perfect. I am not bitter about what happened, they were very nice people.but in the future I will look for another place to rent a tux and unfortunately I cannot recommend their services

Staff was unfriendly when the rental suit didn't fit and we came back for alterations 3hrs later (pants didn't fit). Rental had previous stains on shirt and it was super pricey. I understand they need to be professional, but be friendly also. Poor service.

Great experience with my spouses' suit rental for our wedding- not so much with one of the groomsmen. Gave him a suit that was dirty and had to be sent back the day before the wedding. Wouldn't use Moore's again.

This is the high pressure Car Sales lot of the suit industry. Some decent prices at times and most employees know what they're talking about but you can't help but get the feeling you're on a used car lot with pushy commissioned sales persons. Trying to direct your dollars to the higher price suits and basically telling you that you're too large to fit in the advertised price suits so you must add on this option for that option and go up to the next level because you're fat LOL

I received a beautiful splashy email from Moores advising me of a big sale on designer suits. I went to this location to inquire and the salesperson immediately tried to push me to the non sale suits which were naturally more expensive. When I insisted on checking out the sale items he wasn't very helpful at all, reluctantly took some measurements (which weren't rare) and basically showed me THREE suit separates in the ENTIRE store that were eligible for the sale. 3 jackets out of the thousands in the store. Classic bait and switch sales tactics, they send you BS sale ads to get you in the store to try and sell you on the more expensive custom suits. I really don't appreciate having my time wasted. If you're going to have a 'big sale' then have some inventory for your customers instead of trying to hustle them.

Terrible experience everytime I've come here and all the staff I've dealt with have been rude and arrogant. Went to the ancaster store and had a great experience. Worth the 20 minute drive on the 403

Great suits.
However, we didnt get a call from them to say it was done so we called them. When we did they told us that they lost my fiance's suit! We were upset of course and asked them to take a really good look for it. Once again they called saying they couldn't find it and perhaps his brother picked it up (which he didn't). My fiance ended up going to Moores in Brantford yo see what the heck was going on and one of the employees asked who he had been dealing with for the suits. He told him. The employee then went to the back with the suit in hand and said it was in the wrong spot! Now you would think that before they told the groom a month before his wedding that his suit magically vanished that they would comb the store from top to bottom.
In the end we got to suit but there were no apologies or compensations for the stress we went through.
I will never go to this location again!
