Fantastic experience with George (Manager) buying my first Tuxedo! He was very engaged and passionate about men's clothes. He took the time to help with every detail and truly tried to find the very best value for me.

Young man named Jayden helped me a lot, offering advice according to my budget, the colour set I was working with, and the pieces I already had in my wardrobe. Helping me problem solve and adapt to what worked best for me! Amazing service!

Went to the appleby and Dundas branch to buy suits for myself and son for my daughters wedding, no one greeted us or even acknowledged our presence, walked around for 20 min and quickly realized these people are not interested in my dollars! Went to the the Fairview branch and was greeted by this lovely lady who sold us $2000 worth of clothing! Never judge a book by its cover!

Don’t waste your time or money here
Walked in to shop for two suits and tuxedos
But instead of being greeted we got a nasty side eye from the two sales people.
Understandably we saw that they were busy but we didn’t even get a “hey there! We will be with you shortly” kind of comment just stood there feeling uncomfortably.
Disgusting high and mighty customer service at this location for the overpriced cheaply made garbage suits.

I was in the other week with my family and the tall worker with the mask and jeans was too busy taking a personal call to attend to us. Not coming back again!

Visited the store for buying full suit worth of $600. But the assistant manager at the store was very rude. We were just about to pay for the suit. On asking of any deals or discounts thwy can offer, tge assistant manger got upset. He told us that he has never seen us before at this location so please dont push my buttons. He can only do something if he will see us for the few times, he added. He said, what do we expect from him. It was so rude and nasty to hear anything like this as being a reguler customer at this store. But not anymore.

Bought a blazer for $180 3 months ago.worn 4-5 times. 3 of 4 sleeve buttons are now gone.lousy quality

Top notch service, the team at Moores helped turn a bad situation into a good one right before my friend's wedding with their great customer service and willingness to help. Will be coming here for any future suit and tuxedo needs!

I came here flustered as another suit company absolutely botched my suit a week before my wedding.
George and the staff here were absolutely amazing. They were as invested in helping me find a solution as I was. I now have a tailored suit ready to go for my wedding, and I can't thank them enough.

We were served by the Manager who was so attentive and gave us a good deal on my partner's wedding suit ensemble. Genuine to the bone! I would recommend this place to anyone. Pleasant experience it was from the get go till the end.

Don’t come here unless you have an appointment. If you have an appointment it’s good. But walking in without one the staff were less than helpful, waited 20 minutes for a edit to a group order that took 1 minute. The manager is good but the rest of the workers are seriously poor at customer service.

I will forever be coming to this location, George the store manager is such an excellent manager and hype beast for when trying on clothes or getting fitted, he'll hook you up and make sure you get the best bang for your buck. If I could give a star higher than 5 I would!

This outlet is fantastic. The selection of suits is great, I particularly needed to go in for a funeral the following day from my purchase and unfortunately deal with anorexia. This particularly makes buying clothes hard sometimes.

After going to 3 stores with no luck we went to this Moores where the staff was extremely sweet and caring to the situation, still able to get me something in my size that I liked, and ended up giving me a very generous discount which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be going back when I need other suit/professional wear. Thank you for your great service.:)

I walked in looking to buy my first suit for work with little to no know knowledge about what I was looking for. Chetan the manager was extremely helpful and patient answering all of my questions and showing me different options. I am more than satisfied with the exceptional customer service and will definitely be returning.

What a night and day experience. Went to this location after the pitiful experience at the Walker's Line location (avoid the store manager there).

This location however are very professional and will take the time to help you. Impressed with the service provided to me by the ladies at this location.

I visited this location after the lack of service at the Walker's Line Moore's.

I needed a suit for my daughters wedding and they suited me up with a perfect fitting 3 piece suit, shoes, belt, shirt, tie, pocket square and some fun socks. I was very impressed with the service I received at this location.

I will definitely come back to this location and will highly recommend this location to my family and friends.

For those who are reading this review, I recommend driving to this location instead of the Walker's Line one.

Enjoyed going somewhere to find some nice clothes to wear, and that fit great. I'll go again to find some more to wear.

Daniel at the Appleby Line store was an exceptional guy who went out of his way to help us. Excellent customer service. Great suits at a great price

The sales person that helped us was great. He had to step away so we asked the older gentleman to help us find a size, he claimed he was "doing something" then gave a cursory look and said there no small sizes. I looked myself and found a size small. Stay away from the elderly man!

The first time I was àt the store, the staff was amazing. When I returned 2 pairs of Dockers to get a shorter length for my son, they promised to call me but I kept the pants. After 2 weeks, I called back and got the answèr that inventorying was ongoing still. They never have called me after 2 months. I likely won't be returning to the store.

The counter person at the back was very polite to me I'm at an odd size where I'm 50 regular which means sometimes you have to go to a specialty store like George Richards and sometimes you can go to Moore's. Not only did they have my size in store but the gentleman was courteous and respectful, polite.the staff were willing to work within my budget. They offered me incentives to purchase more and I appreciate the upsell they Justified the pricing with the quality of the materials and clothing that they were showing me it demonstrated the Karen to which the construction of their particular brand of Suits were and the distinctions between the different levels of suits that they had. Well I had just dropped in to have a look the gentleman offered me his business card and I will be making a trip back there to purchase several suits from him. He was able to clearly explain the current suiting trends and showed me an array of haberdashery to go with said suits such as pocket squares cufflinks range of shirts and options available to me. Overall I would say next to being a bespoke shop they offered great service at a reasonable price I'll definitely be back
