What a great experience! Sky was incredibly helpful and was able to find the best suit for my wedding! We went through some great options and landed on a phenomenal suit! I would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of a great suit and an awesome shopping experience!

Nate is the GOAT! I was in a pinch to get a suit as a groomsmen, and didn’t have time to get one made. Nate took me around the store to help me match a colour swatch, we found 3 great options, and he was a pro at taking my measurements and suggesting alterations to the suit. Will for sure be coming back:)

Discovered today (July 29/23) that a pair of dress pants had been ruined by moths and needed to be replaced before an upcoming wedding. Received excellent customer service from all three staff members (Salah, Donia, and Omar) who were helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Going to moores stores for the last 20 years and I love buying Joseph abboud products, today i went to DT location and bought some clothes and while I was there I had to use their washroom (i did not) it was stinky smelly and extremely dirty, so I asked one of the employees if they use the washroom he told that he goes across the street
One thing for sure i will never ever go back to that location,
Isn't there a clean manager to take care of the business?

My experience was not good. I kept the 3/5 stars thanks to the young man at the front desk who was very polite. The young woman that helped me finding the suit and pants I needed was polite, but she was in some kind of hurry, as she left the store and asked her teammate to "help this guy, please". My issues with the store are the following: Staff was polite but rushing, even though it was 4: 30 and store closes at 6: 00 (indeed, I asked for ties and she forgot to show me where they were). The waiting time for adjustments is unbelievable long (2 weeks to adjust the pants length?) so I had to go to a tailor store (this was the option they recommended) and ended up spending $46 on a $112 pants. I am sorry for being brutally honest, but had great expectations from your reviews; instead, I am pretty disappointed and not planning to come back or recommend the store.

Solid selection of suits and knowledgeable staff. Only complaint is their rentals are a bit pricey for the amount of time you get them for. You could spend $250 on a rental for a day or go spend $400-$450 on a suit you purchase at a local shop. Just a reality of a big tailor

I was greeted by a wonderful associate named Christian, who was very well informed about dress shirts which I was looking to buy. He kindly measured me and recommended a spectacular colour based off a corporate headshot I am going to tomorrow. He even coordinated the colours based off the brand guidelines I need to follow. Christian was excellent, witty and had charm. I also purchased the SAXX boxer briefs slim fit size large. It fit me perfectly and feels soft to touch, I'm happy that the fabric is also made with moisture wicking material too, was a nice surprise. Thank you for the superb experience. We had a terrible experience trying to get suits for our wedding. The store was a mess. The service was terrible. No communication at all about prices or options. It took hours and in the end we walked away without anything.

It was a great experience. As soon as entered, a young man by the name of Christian greeted me. I was looking for suits and immediately he took me to the section and started helping me out. Although did not buy anything in this store, but will surely come again and would recommend people to visit this store.

First time in their store. Energetic salesman welcomed me and assisted me on my needs. They have a lot of variations of men clothing. I purchased a modern fit rain coat with lining. Great quality. They also have a lot of sale that is going on right now. 10/10 will definitely comeback again.

I went to Moores on Bank Street on Sunday, 20th March 2022 at around 1: 30 PM. The customer service displayed by those two young gentlemen was amazing. It is because of sales staff like these that companies make their customers loyal. I think every company should have such sales staff.

Amazing customer service provided by Hind in this location. I did not feel I was pushed to buy. She was knowledgable about fabric, fit and my needs for work attire. I will definatley shop back in this location in downtown.

The worst, shabbiest, and rude staff. Felt very unwelcome. The second time out of three where I came in with an idea to buy a new suit for seperate formal events, and left because the person serving us was rude and had obvious and unsettling hygiene. On our way to Brooks Brothers instead. Will not return.

After reading the review, the staff were responsive. Called us to apologize and made an effort, training their staff to use body positive language. Definitely saved a customer, thank you Brigitte.

Walked in with an appointment for a wedding. The manager Natasha started immediately trying to sell us 700$ custom suits. When we said we wanted to rent she opted to show us only the 3 suits they had in store and refrained from telling us about a catalog, this type sales tactic is so common in places where they make commission. We were about to leave but thankfully we came across the catalog. The staff there was great though, just the manager seemed to be only interested in making a big sale.

Sales people were open and helpful and extra credit for being wheelchair acceptable as many husinesses along Bank street arent

Make a budget, now double it. Kinda expensive but I guess that is the cost of it all. Set a $200 budget for an everyday suit. I spent $185 after tax.
The prices can vary immensely so you could save a lot if you look a little bit harder.
The resizing of the pants cost $24, and will get to you by 5pm the next day.

Also do the SMS subscription thing just before you buy to get $10 off. No student’s discounts.

Staff were very nice. The gentleman who helped me was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable.
