Was absolutely shocked from the terrible customer service. No one greeted me when I entered the store. The store was not busy and I was ignored for 5 minutes and still no one came over to see if I needed help. I had to walk to the back where 2 associates were just standing at the desk. Once someone finally starting assisting me they were very short and extremely rude and cold. They rushed me out the door and as I got in my car, I see the same associate running to their car. Looks like the staff care more about going home for the day then offering any type of customer service. I wish I could give 0 stars! Looks like they need new management.

We visited this location yesterday for tuxedo measurements for my wedding this summer and were kindly greeted by Zoe she was very friendly and did a great job measuring the boys up.

Amazing customer service, The sales assistant was really great, she went above and beyond. Friendly, professional, employee. It was such a pleasure and (a shame to say) shock, to get such great customer service!
