Incredible staff and service! A pleasure to look at new suits, jackets, and accessories without pressure. Staff is exceptional at sizing and measuring for tailoring at this location.

Dealt with "Summer" while shopping during latest visit. One can appreciate the level of friendly competent service when it is rarely encountered elsewhere.

Once in a while you have a customer experience that blows you away. This was one of them. From the moment I walked in, the service was impeccable. I got a suit, which Sylvia the tailor hemmed on the spot and she even pressed the shirt I bought so it was ready to wear. The rest of the staff was excellent when it came to helping me with selections. Very friendly and customer oriented. They made me feel like a king.

I was fitted with a rental suit by Emma. It was fantastic. I had many compliments. She has great suggestions. It was a very pleasant experience

Need to find my husband a suit for our daughter's wedding. The store was busy.but we had a wonderful experience finding the perfect suit. Emma was fantastic.will most definitely shop there again. Thank you for a painless shopping for a suit experience.

Would recommend seeing stellar. Measurements were perfect. Stellar was also honest and transparent with options on whats available, pricing, etc. Rental suit came in early. No complaints.

My partner and I know nothing of fancy men’s wear. I usually go thrift shopping and hope the wind is blowing in the right direction that day and land something cool.

Amanda was super helpful and took the time to show us how different dress shirts would look with a suit. We had no knowledge of renting ties before today too and now we have that knowledge for later on. She was so easy to talk to which was greatly appreciated as going into some stores like this can be a little intimidating. Great experience! Thank you!

ADEL is the man. Great help and very friendly. Make sure to always ask him for help he is always willing and happy to help.

Solid experience with Billy, a few interactions with her and everything for ordering a customer suit jacket went as planned.

I came to this location 20 mim more before closing today. Gentleman said we closed the til cannot do any transactions.
Moores should have update their hours of operations insteading to misleading customers

I have never been so actively ignored in a brick and morter store. 3 employees and 1 (likely a) manager were on the floor, all too focused on setting up their clearance section.

The manager did shout out "welcome to moores" from the back desk in the store, which confirmed that I wasn't invisible that day.

I came in to buy a few shirts, pants, and shoes. I walked out with just two shirts and I gave two stars because finding tall dress shirts is difficult. I suppose next time I should wear my monocle if I want sevice.

I’ve gone to this store multiple times and have gotten many suits and dress shirts. But after today I will never go to this location again. I asked if they had a large in one of the sweaters there, the staff member goes “no, but here is an XL that would fit you” 1. Never have I been an XL so thank you for calling me fat. To be called out like that and spoken to by a staff member is incredibly unprofessional. Will not be returning to this location or Moore’s again.

Need a shirt ASAP. Got measured, tried it on then had it pressed before I left. Quick in and out with what I needed. Thanks a lot Adel, you're the best.

Emma has always been my favorite. She is very helpful, goes over and beyond to find something for you even if it's not at her Upper James store, looking for it in other stores, beautiful smile, and kind.

Adel did an amazing job providing me with the details of what I should and could do to get the best fitted tuxedo shirt. It was a pleasure having him find me the right shirt to fit me and provided me options to show the differences in sizing. I would recommend anyone to go to Moores on Upper James and have Adel take care of them!

Great experience shopping at Moores on Upper James. I went into the store with no real clue what I was looking for. Store associate Adel was great. He took my measurements and walked me through an ideal fitting for an upcoming event. Adel was both knowledgeable and friendly in his service. After assembling my outfit he went above and beyond and steam cleaned my shirt and pants.

The store was clean and well organized. This made for an overall enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Moores Upper James.

Amanda is the best she has helped me in a pinch before and a rush did the best job.aswell she is kind and knowledgeable. Great taste as well. Great customer service honestly couldn't ask for more. Highly suggest this location and Amanda!
