I hate buying clothes, still do, but old dudes selling suits make it *slightly* less terrible.

This is a great location to buy or rent your suits. My son was attending a friend's wedding in another city as a groomsman. The day before the wedding, he realized there had been a mixup with his suit. Laurent, the manager took it upon himself to rectify the situation. He resolved the issue within an hour, and my son was able to attend the wedding as planned the following day. Great customer service!

Really disappointed. I've been waiting for an opportunity to go to Moores when I was in the neighbourhood. Wanted some updated polo and short sleeved shirts. Really limited selection. Focus seems to be more on suits and jackets. Couldn't have been there five minutes. After their disappearance from the market a while ago I was looking forward to their reappearance. Looks like they've shifted more towards business/formal clothing.

Very poor service at this location. Went in to try some clothes on. Tried on 4 shirts, a sweater and a pair of jeans. I could not get the attention of any staff members to help find sizes or styles. During this time not one staff member offered assistance or even acknowledged me, even I went back and forth from the change room to the shirts to try to find my size. I did buy a nice shirt and would of bought more but got tired of the experience. Expected more from a business like this.

Had a great experience picking mine and my groomsmen's suits with the help of a staff member named Yves! He was very thoughtful and patient with us as we made up our mind! Thanks again!

Avoid this location at all costs! Rented a suit and went and got fitted for measurements two months prior to the event. Suit arrived later than the date agreed upon getting fitted. Alterations were required for the pants and shirt. Waited on site for alterations of the pants. They didn’t have a shirt that fitted me at the pickup location. Made me drive 25 minutes away to another location for a shirt. No compassion or rebates/ discounts anything for me driving there. Poorly managed stored and no customer service skills at this location.

I was in Ottawa on vacation visiting family and went to this moores location looking for a suit for my wedding, a task I was dreading as I hate any type of clothes shopping, but I couldn't have had a better experience. The lady that helped me was Ashley and she couldn't have been more amazing. She went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect suit. Would honestly consider flying back there from NL to get her help again lol

Ashley was amazing (a men’s business wear wizard). My partner and I needed to update our office wardrobe and she provided us excellent excellent options and made sure we were happy with our selections. She made a normally gruelling experience fun and easy and we left with big smiles on our face. Would 100% recommend going to this store.

Terrible customer services, half the staff was scrambling to help 5 customers at once and the rest were standing around. We had the same experience at 2 different locations.

I used Moore's suit rental services. Ashley was exceptional and went above and beyond customer service during my covid wedding that had to get postponed from July 2020 to July 2021. She is great at her job and made this experience seamless. Highly recommend this location and employee.

Got myself a suit for my wedding and dressed up my wedding party here. We all had such a good time! The store manager & staff did an outstanding job providing fashion advice and getting us into great looking clothes for the occasion.

I had poor previous experiences at Moore's stores in Ottawa - bad fitting suits and bad help - so I was really hesitant to shop at Moore's for my wedding. All my expectations were so heavily surpassed here and I had a great time too. I would highly recommend shopping at this location, even if you've had bad experiences at Moore's before. This store does it right!

I had a great experience at Moore’s thanks to the help of (I hope I’m remembering right - Ashley). I brought in my fiancé’s suit to find a good match for the grooms men’s outfits. She was so helpful explaining all the different pieces we could add and what is in fashion these days. She very quickly and easily set up a group account so the guys could go into any Moore’s near them to be fitted and to set up a final store for pick up. Her approachability and friendly demeanour also made an impression on me as the rest of the salespeople were men and didn’t seem (based on my judgement of their body language) as ready or willing to help me as Ashley was.

Great store; great staff and great deals. Ashley especially was an incredible help, would recommend to anyone

Horrible service, asked 4 times if I needed anything only to get my time wasted every time. Completely ignored the customers needs and request. They even asked and ignored my answer. I love shopping at Moores and buy their products, but dont shop here, they give the brand a bad name!

Best mens clothing store. Courteous and they measure you to make sure your suit or clothing piece is tailored to your size. Tux rental as well is a nice service. Staff is quite polite and go above and beyond for your needs.

Bought a 50$ belt for my wedding wore the thing 3 times and the buckle broke off. Cheap materials at a higher than normal price

Cam for a suit fitting, the staff were very helpful, attentive and relaxed. The fitting went quick and easy.

The choices of clothing itself and prices are ok and all, but the 5 stars really is because of the AMAZING customer service you receive at this clothing store! Ashley went above and beyond our expectation, truly a professional in her field. We arrived there without a reservation and Ashley offered 2 hours of her time helping us chose the proper fit and matches for every piece of clothing. Thank you!

Good clothes at good prices. Went in looking for a new suit and was helped by Zack. Lots of selection for short or tall men, I'm 6'2" so if you're much taller your best bet would be a big and tall store. Though, I do have long arms for my height. Was pleasantly surprised that they had 15.5 x 35 dress shirts with a large selection.

We narrowed it down to a vest and some shirts and accessories, and most of which was on sale. I saved about 40% on my purchase and now have multiple outfits. Would shop here again.

Moores Clothing for Men has been a staple for as long as I can remember.

Perhaps it’s because I’m superstitious. To prepare for every job interview, I treated myself to, at the very least, a new shirt and new tie. The results have always been positive.

More than likely, it’s because of the service and relationship that I have built over the years. In particular with Nick. He continues to be one reason why I shop at Moores.

The personal service and attention is great - even when I am there to shop the deals like ‘2 for 1’ or the even better deal of ‘3 for 1’ on ties. It’s a wonderful and cost effective way to refresh one’s wardrobe.

With the addition of Joseph Abboud and custom tailoring, you can find that perfect tailored suit - without having spend like other brands. This is a win.

Added to that is the ‘Moores Suit Drive’. I’m able to repurpose pants, coats, shirts, ties, and complete suits. These donations help local charities aimed at helping men prepare themselves for important job interviews. This is a big win.

Ashley was awesome! Quick and efficient. Knows men's fashion. Pleasure to be around and honest.

I sent my Fiance to this location to find a tuxedo for himself and his groomsmen. They were met with a consultant who had NO idea what she was talking about and was insistent on them creating a profile and putting a deposit on suits that a) didnt fit at all b) weren't the styles advertised in flyers or online. I was expecting him to be met with someone who knew something about how suits should fit and the styles available etc. Nope. We have cancelled our reservations and have lost our deposits that we were essentially forced into putting down, even after explaining that we weren't sure about the suits. Its really unfortunate that men dont get the same treatment as women when it comes to their wedding day, its just as important to them.
