My goto spot for men's formalware. Lots of selection in normal sizes. Staff is helpful and informative and provides low pressure support. I have had my purchases tailored here as well.

I recommend a visit when shopping for suits.

Ordered a custom suit and shirt, the arms were too short on the shirt as they mis measured me. The vest was also too big, and the buttons were not straight. If I hadn't noticed the misaligned buttons and pointed them out, they were going to try to tailor it down to size. They said this was due to their new factory in Mexico, and when I asked about ensuring this doesn't happen with the reorder the only answer was that they couldn't control which factory made it.

To be fair, they did reorder both items for me and when they came the second time they were good. Still, I would not recommend - a "custom suit" should be right the first time, and having no assurance of it being right the second time was a really poor experience.

Worst customer service!
We asked the sales woman (short with short dark hair) if an item was included in their sale offer, she said it was already discounted and if we wanted anything cheaper we should go to value village. She was very rude and not helpful. It really bothered my elderly father even tho he was a regular customer, he will never go back to this store again, he preferred to go to THE BAY, where it was more expensive. She should be fired for her rude comments, as well as making the store lose their frequent customers.

Came here with my husband and the young gentleman Jawad was the best sales rep we could ask for! Super friendly and professional, he sold my husband a 3-piece that had outstanding quality.it also looked custom made and my husband was very satisfied! Would totally come back here just to have a chat with Jawad again.what a bubbly and sweet guy! Jawad if you’re seeing this my husband Matthew says thanks for the top tier service! He will definitely be coming back for more suits in the future:)

Bought a new suit for an upcoming wedding. The person I dealt with was Brandon and he was really helpful. One little mistake was they forgot to send my suit out to have it tailored so it took an extra week to get it back but they made up for it. Special thanks to Mr Eli.

This store was my husband’s go-to place, but is now his gone place. He was not impressed with his latest visit. He walked in and out in less than 10 minutes. He was greeted by a lady who immediately took a measurement and quickly said there was nothing on the racks that would fit him and that it would have to be custom made. He left with the feeling that there was nothing there for him. He went to a different company and was greeted by a friendly kind server, which led him to make his $700 purchase there. MOORES, we’ve moved on.

Great experience getting my custom Tux for my wedding. All the staff members are very helpful and know their stuff! Highly recommend

They're geared to sell two of everything so if you only want one they're 20% or more expensive compared to other stores. Also their customer loyalty certificates expire very quickly. However, their staff are really expert, especially Sal.

I ordered my custom tuxedo 2 months before my wedding, and I was assured it would be there well in advance to the event date.

I called 11 days before my wedding as I hadn't heard anything from Moore's, and they informed me that they will not have my custom tux ready but "not to worry, we'll give you something off the rack free"; as if that is going to rectify the situation.

I received a full refund from Moore's 6 days before my wedding, and ended up grabbing a suit that fit decently off the rack from Harry Rosen. I was denied the oppurtunity to wear a custom-tux on my special day thanks to Moore's. 0 star experience.

I went into the store right before closing (845pm) and needed to get fitted for a suit rental for my buddy's wedding. It was the only time had to go since I work two jobs. I asked the guy if it was too late to get fitted - I could kind of tell he wanted to clean up and go home but he couldn't be more courteous as he helped me out as he made sure that my rental was completed correctly.

This location is by far my favourite in the Ottawa area. I had the pleasure of dealing with Tim Savoie who helped me pick out several dress shirts, fixed my dress pant waistband and helped me pick a slick pair of dress shoes. He provided excellent client service and did so with a smile and a wonderful sense of humour. I would highly recommend Tim for your suit and dress clothes needs for his sense of style, professionalism and experience. Thanks Tim!

Great service and and great selections. Was kind of clueless walking in, but Sulaiman (or Sal) dressed me from head to toe perfectly. He understood the look someone my age would want and ran with the ball. I would recommend this store 100% and Sulaiman is 98% of the reason why. Experienced professional!

I went in a while ago for a tuxedo rental and the manager there Emilio helped me through the process and made it very simple and was also very courteous. Also did an excellent job fitting me, definitely recommend Moores

Moores is kind of the base line for suits, ties and dress clothing for sure. You can't really go wrong if you go here as you will get what you need at a good price, but you also won't get amazing quality as they are cheaper brands but you get what you pay for. The staff is very helpful and always has a smile on their face again definitely can't go wrong.
