Dr. Rudik's painless cold sore laser treatment is now my go-to. I've tried literally everything for these buggers and finding him and this treatment is a godsend. I recommend anyone that suffers from cold sores to give this a go, within a day, the pain, the growth, the apperance completely changed and in two days, basically gone, third day, gone.

Awsome customer/patient experience. The attention to the details is impressive. Everyone in the team is super friendly and professional. Super recommend!

Relatively new to the clinic and I am so glad I decided to go with Moose Lake Dental. The front desk staff is wonderful both in person and over the phone and Dr. Tomic is amazing! Dr. Amy and Dr. Rudik are amazing, but this time I have to dedicate my review to Alisha, one of the hygienists. I see her more often and I have to say she has the softest touch when doing a dental cleaning. I asked to be with her for my future appointments ever since the first time, because she is just so good. My mouth feels extra clean after our appointments and she is always mindful when working. She makes the time fly by as well, and is caring and attentive.
Maya is excellent too, she saw my 2 years old and it went great! She also sees my husband and he has nothing but good things to say about her.
I'm very happy with the service my family and I receive at Moose Lake Dental.

We've had struggles previously. Both of my kids are super nervous about dental work. Moose Lake made it a breeze. My daughter is basically marketing them to her friends.

He's very busy Dr. Rudrik. Multi-tasking. Went there for refill today and how I wish he practiced more hygiene protocols.
Typing on his computer in the middle of the procedure and then after I am done i saw his used gloves on top of the equipments. Today was not ok at.all.

I broke a tooth on December 27 & by 2pm on the 28th my tooth was fixed. The professional attention and atmosphere and the ability to handle emergency situations quickly is what everyone needs, Moose Lake Dental exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend Moose Lake Dental.you won't be disappointed!

If you are looking for a dentist in Guelph area, do not go further, Moose Lake Dental is the place that you are looking for. Dr Rudik is doing his job very well. I had and still have problematic teeth which Dr fixes one by one and I feel better every time. I have seen other dentists for one of the teeth that I had and been told that It is not fixable and needs to be removed. But Dr Rudik and root canal specialist fixed it and so far I don't have any issues. In addition clinic is very relaxing and staff is also friendly. I really advise this place.

UPDATE: After moving out of the City and being in other dental clinics, I just realized that Moose Lake Dental also had (and probably still have) great administration and customer service team.

Had my first cleaning here today! Mya was so gentle, quick, and particular with her cleaning. My teeth feel so much better. Definitely coming back!

Always top notch service every time I head to the cottage. It is incredible to see the latest dental technology and the passion of the staff re your customer experience.

I was a patient for a few years and recently left.

Dr. Rudik is friendly, but he recommended SIX fillings all at once to "maximize my plan". A family member of mine is a retired dentist and said that Dr Rudik was wrong.

Because my family member is retired, I saw a new dentist in Guelph who said the same thing: I needed ZERO fillings, not six.

It's not about cost - it's about trust. And I no longer trust Dr Rudik's opinion after two dentists disagreed with his aggressive and unnecessary treatment plan.

Dr. Rudik "co-diagnoses" cavities by using photos and asking the patients what they think. First, you can't diagnose cavities from photos - stains are not always cavities. Second, I as a patient should have no input on diagnosis as I am not a dentist. This is why I see a dentist.

2/5 stars because his staff are fantastic and the office environment is clean.

Moose Lake Dental was overwhelmingly recommended to me so I tried it out. They are friendly enough but they are first and foremost a business. Several staff, including Dr. Rudik, were pushing unnecessary x-rays and examinations on me even after I said no I’m only here for a cleaning. Finally they let it go after saying no a few times. Reconsidering my next appointment in 6 months.

Dr. Rudik and his team are AMAZING. The atmosphere is relaxing and he knows what he’s doing. I love how he explains every step and informs you throughout the process. I am terrified of needles but I didn’t even feel a poke when he used the needle to numb my tooth. They also work around your schedule to find an appointment that works for you, which is always a PLUS. Highly recommended!

Administrative and clinical staff were very friendly. They were really good with my young kids as well. Nice office too!

Amazing staff! Me and my 3 children were able to all get in at the same time. While my daughter was getting some cavity’s filled which she was extremely nervous for I was amazed at how they handled her explained everything. What was the most fascinating was how quickly they worked as a team passing tools back and forth all while keeping my daughter calm. It was almost magical. An appointment I walk in thinking wasn’t going to be possible went very smoothly and tear free. I highly recommend the moose lake dental team to all my friends and family now!

Since I started going to Moose Lake Dental for cleanings/care I have learned more about how to care for my teeth, and had Dr. Rudik extract my wisdom teeth. I had put off getting my wisdom teeth out for a while after bad experiences on previous fillings/extractions at other offices. The procedure was painless, he took great care to check in with me numerous times during the procedure, and explained everything that was going on.

Dr. Rudik and his team are professional, engaging, and always make the trip to the dentist an enjoyable experience. I am glad that I found their office and highly recommend them.

I love this dental office. The reception staff are wonderful and use integrated technology to make it a breeze to fill out forms, confirm appointments or communicate about services. Claiming against private health insurance is transparent and they are great with making me aware of what will and won't be covered.

The hygienists my family have seen here are some of the best hygienists I have seen. I was unhappy at my last dentist but was concerned about moving away from our beloved hygienist, and I'm happy to say I worried for nothing.

Dr Rudik is thorough and explains treatment plans clearly with the help of photos and televisions to display clear visuals. If you have vision issues this makes it much clearer to see than pointing at a tooth while looking in a handheld mirror like most other dentists do. He even helped to correct an issue caused by another dentist at no charge to me. His skill at "tooth carpentry", as he calls it, is exceptional. My teeth haven't looked or felt so good in years. He takes patient concerns to heart so if there is ever a problem or question reaching out is easy.

The best part about this office is the set up. It is clean, has an open feel and is well organized. Staff don't have to go running between rooms to find things since they have a centralized storage/supply area which is a thing of beauty for anyone with a type A personality. Private waiting rooms with arcade video games are a lifesaver for me and my 4 kids. I know I can bring them while I have an appointment and they wait for theirs and they will be safe and entertained. During appointments you get to watch YouTube or Netflix on their ceiling mounted TVs. Needless to say my kids love going to Moose Lake!

What a wonderful dental office! The staff is amazing, so welcoming. Very very clean! Dr. Rudik is amazing! Painless experience… well except for my cheek bones from laughing if I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

I have been through 4 dentists since moving to Guelph. The last one was terrible, and the work that needed to be done was delayed multiple times because they didnt have a dentist or hygienist available!

This dental office is intact! They work towards you only needing maintenance, and do so in a timely manner. Nice facility, professional attitude! NOTHING bad to say about them!

Very impressed with Moose Lake dental! All of the staff are so friendly and professional, and go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable. I really appreciated that both the hygienists and Dr. Rudik explain everything thoroughly, ask for consent, and allow ample opportunity for questions. No one is pushy or tries to upsell you on any services. The space itself is bright, lovely and clean and the reception staff are stellar. Highly recommend!

I was at Moose Lake Dental for my third visit. As before, very friendly and professional. Staff and Dr. Rudik explained everything they were doing and made sure my experience was positive and pain free. A little more work was required that quoted and it was done at no extra charge. I've already booked my next cleaning appointment.

An advertisement for Moose Lake Dental arrived in my mailbox a couple of years ago and I set it aside. I liked the ad and decided that it was the place I would call next time I "needed" a dentist. I had become disillusioned with dentistry many years ago and was not seeing a dentist regularly.

Two weeks ago a filling fell out and I found the ad for Moose Lake Dental that I had saved and called for an emergency appointment. Making the appointment was easy. The dental office is not like any other. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is positive and relaxed. I had my lost filling replaced and a small problem with the adjoining tooth was also fixed - saving a second visit and a second freezing.

The visit was painless and not at all stressful. Everything that was being done was explained, step by step.

This first visit was so positive that I made an appointment for cleaning and a check up, which was done today. The exam found one small cavity that will be fixed in a couple of weeks. This experience was also positive, nd there was no pressure to do anything more.

I would not hesitate to recommend Moose Lake Dental.

My son didn't get his appointment on schedule. Nobody care much to see him. He is just 10 months old. I got my appointment on time and good service. My son won't get your service. I am unhappy.

I moved here at the beginning of the year and needed a new dentist and im so greatful I found Moose Lake Dental. From the moment I called I just felt great energy. They sent all the forms to fill out online (they have the option to do in person) it was easy breezy. When I walked in they ladies at the front were so friendly and helpful.the customer service was amazing! It had been years since I had gone to the dentist so I was a little nervous but that quickly changed when I walked through the door. Nikki was amazing and walked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. The Dr is super nice and I love that I wasn't scolded for not going to the dentist for years! He educated me on alot of stuff and made me feel confident about getting on track with my dental journey. Im so happy I found this place and I cant wait to go back! I HATE the dentist. My level of fear resembles that of children and clowns. However this was probably my best experience at the ol'tooth doctor. Comfy and clean atmosphere, very friendly admin staff (a rare pleasure) and the man is a perfectionist. Wouldn't accept anything less than perfect! Also a Kureg in the waiting room was "clutch" as the kids say these days.

At moose lake dental the work was good! Everything else not so much! We were told no problem to submit the claim to odsp and were not informed ahead of time about anything regarding the claim! Moose lake dental had lied to us about odsp being able to reimburse the claim! I have since spoken to odsp and they said the dental office needs to submit the claim to insurance and mooe lake dental is completely rude and not willing to help! Extremely dissapointed with this Dental office's transparency and willingingess to be honest up front! Now Im stuck with a huge bill and nothing can be done about it! This is terrible!

I had gum surgery today at Moose Lake Dental. Dr Fortino and his assistant (Kersti) were both so gentle and the procedure was flawless. I was comfortable and didn't feel a thing. Thank you to the Moose Crew who took care of all the before, during and after steps in creating a smooth process.

Moose Lake is seriously the best place I've ever gone to look after my teeth!

Dr. Rudik and his staff are very kind, incredibly informed, and super attentive to your needs: they will always work within your budget and ensure you get the best dental care possible. They seem genuinely committed to providing excellent dental care for all, and this is made clear in every interaction I've had with them (from broken tooth, to cavity, to routine cleaning etc!).

I have recommended them to so many pals, who also now rave about them, and would really suggest them to anyone who is typically anxious to go to the dentist or is looking for a reputable and safe place to go.

I really trust the staff here, who clearly stay on top of the latest dental care research and are always transparent about the kinds of procedures available to you.

I am one of those people who is extremely anxious at the dentist's office. I must say that since I began seeing Dr. Rudic, I am able to be much more relaxed and much less anxious. The folks at his office are genuinely concerned about my comfort and every experience has been positive. They explain everything so nicely. I so appreciate their patience.

All aspects of the visit were great, from check in to payment. Alexis the assistant was very pleasant and helpful. My husband and I moved to Guelph in the last year and we quickly realized that we needed to find a dentist close to our “new” home. Have been a regular here for over a year now. The patient centered and individualized care is always consistent and of the highest calibre. Dr. Rudovan takes the time to work WITH you in assessing and resolving your dentistry needs, and keeps you well informed and involved every step of the way. The support staff at the clinic are very friendly, helpful, proactive and knowledgeable. Every visit has been a pleasure and I know the next ones will be too!

I went to Moose Lake Dental for the first time yesterday after not visiting a dentist for quite a while. I was nervous because of past experiences at other dental offices, but Moose Lake Dental was completely different. From start to finish the entire visit was very pleasant and I didn't feel anxious at all. Dr Rudik really focused on proper education and making me and the other patients in the office feel comfortable. The cozy waiting room, friendly staff, refreshment area and TV's in the ceiling in the treatment rooms are just some of the unique touches that Moose Lake Dental offers.

I HATE the dentist, and I had a great experience. The dentist explained everything to me before he was doing it and I was even offered a blanket during my exam! My insurance wasn't correct but they were more than happy to call them up and fix the problem. I will be coming back and you should definitely come here, especially if the idea of dentists are terrifying.
