Moosehead Breweries

Not a bad beer, not going to lie, but after I won a contest for a "wallet" and they skimped out and gave me a cheap, free promo quality card holder, I'm switching back to Molson. Disappointed guys. Used to be my go-to, but if you guys cheap out on your customers that are loyal enough to have enough cases to even enter the contest, what else are you cheaping out on? Tried to reach out to someone to express my disappointment and have been ignored multiple times. You guys lost a lifelong customer. Sad since it's one of the best tasting Canadian beers IMO. The 3 cases I have left will be the last 3 I ever buy.

Very poor at telecommunications as none of the contacts work to speak with a person. Automated responses through email, no actually response from company. Poor social networking comms, via Facebook messenger, no actual response from representative with regards to products. Poor marketing tactics, misleading information for online promotions.

I had several bottles in a case I bought that literally made me sick. Returned them to my local beer store where they suggested I contact the brewery. A moosehead rep.promised they would compensate me for my loss. That was about two months ago. Haven’t seen anything yet? It’s not about the compensation. I really only wanted to let them know. But if you say you’re going to do something, do it! I WAS a faithful Moosehead customer for many years. Not now. There’s lots of micro breweries out there with much more flavourful products.

They think they own the word moose and they like to bully small craft breweries if they include the word moose in any of their products. Garbage company that makes garbage beer.

A great beer. And quite popular. I do not get why there is only one review in here.

Forced a local small town brewery to change their name because it had "Moose" in it. I can see this company cares more about its brand than what their customers think of them. Starting my lifetime boycott.
