I liked it because it was not too big or not too small it was clean and washrooms were very clean my child loved it and hopefully we will come again

I would not recommend this place only because its very dirt. You can see hairs and dirt all around it. Also the paddings are so dirty and worn off. And a major issue is padding is so week at many spots and you can feel steel underneath which i think is dangerous for kids.
Kids just run around crazy and therefore they might fall off and could cause injury due to week padding.
Hope management looks into it and fix these issues

I recently visited More Fun With Bounce, and I must say that it was an amazing experience. The play place kept my children entertained for hours on end.

The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to my children. The play place had a wide range of activities, including ball pits, and climbing structures. I would highly recommend MFWB to anyone looking for a fun and safe environment for their children to play. The facility is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and attentive, Five stars!

Took my 19 months old daughter here on 01st April and she had an AMAZING time. The facility is very clean and endless fun for kids! Will definitely be coming back!

It was tough finding the place, but we managed. It's tucked away around the corner of other stores and shops. It's clean, and kids had fun. Staff was pleasant.

We had our son's first birthday here on 5th March. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us prior access to see the room just before the big day. We chose Bounce because of its location, value for the free half hour in the morning and that we could bring outside food for adults.

The big day started well and the staff again was very helpful. However my guests noticed that there was no heat. The staff called the manager who checked the thermostat. It read 15C. He couldn't fix the heat so he called the landlord who would send someone eventually.

My party was spent in 15C with freezing feet, space heaters and jackets. The manager didn't speak to us or offer us something for the poor condition. 3 infants were also present. I suppose he would blame the landlord and vice versa.

I don't consider this customer service. They got my money and didn't bother with the heat or even a reassuring word about the discomfort my guests were in.

Update: I received a call from the owner. She was very apologetic and offered a resolution. This is what was missing from the birthday. It gives me closure now.

I will totally recommend this place to anyone. Nice ambience, every where was neat and staffs friendly. All the kids had fun. I am glad I chose this place for me daughter birthday
