Jennifer made the transition very smooth, easy and hassle free. The service and professionalism received by Jennifer was above and beyond what I have experienced with my previous insurance companies and I look forward to dealing with her going forward.

I had Katie Young as my broker and she was excellent! She always got back to me promptly, answered all my questions and kept me on track with all the documents that were needed to process my new auto insurance quote. She even provided me with additional information. For example after canceling my last insurance I was thinking of leaving my car in the garage uninsured for a month (to save some money) since I was on vacation. Katie informed me any break in insurance while I still owned the car would actually lead to a higher insurance rate since the companies would assume the owner was driving without insurance.

In the end Katie was able to find me a rate that was $65 cheaper per month from my last rate.

We had a requirement for a non-standard policy with seasonal and rental cottages plus a boat. Was getting much resistance from many brokers until Josh at Morison stepped up, captured all the details, got creative and secured us a much simpler, better policy saving us close to $2K annually. From my experience, Josh is 'top of his game'.

My experience with them was good. But the only thing that I had a problem with them is that they were not patient with me when I needed to read the fine print before signing my policy.

We found Morrisson insurance online it showed it had good reviews. We called Josh and asked for a quote home & car insurance we were very surprised with the quote as the price was for Full car coverage the same as we are paying for one way coverage. Switched to Morison Insurance and my broker Irene Gomes. I have found there company very attentive to our insurance requirements. I have been very pleased with the service We have received so far. Most recently they notified me to remember to obtain my vehicle license sticker and to check my drivers license to see if it has to be renewed this year. I appreciated the reminder as Service Ontario is no longer sending out remainders to renew. Great Customer Service!

I worked with Debbie-Jo to get insurance on my motorhome. As this is my first motorhome, I was unsure what to expect and all the steps involved. Not sure about the rest of the staff, but I would give Simon zero stars if it were possible. Intrusive, creepy and rude. Strikes me as the kind of guy that would break into homes and sniff panties, if given the opportunity

After waiting for three days to get a quote, the lady told me good luck to find a liability insurance. I still dont understand why they did not give me a quote. I doubt the 5 star reviews.
