Morison Insurance St. Catharines

Spoke with Anesio with reference to giving confirmation of insurance for a vehicle purchase. In short order he had removed my old vehicle from my policy and replaced it with the new, sent the confirmation to my finance guy and copied everything to me. I have been with Morrison for many years and they have always done right by me.

Morison has always given us excellent, speedy service and fair prices.
We have a number of drivers and vehicles on the road and we trust Morison completely to meet our needs.
My car was totalled in a bad accident 3 weeks ago. I am already driving a new car. The care and service was immediate.

My husband and I had Emily as our broker. Emily was very thorough, patient and understanding. Emily never made us feel like she didn’t have time for us.
We would definitely go to Emily again if we needed to. It will be a pleasure to recommend Emily to our friends and family.

Long story short: I contacted Simon on time about our commercial insurance renewal. I wanted to have plenty of time to get a 2-3 price option. He passed to Loretta. And for sure she did not handled the application like she cares, so got last minute high pricing. Making us feel we do not have other options 5 days before expiration. I am unimpressed! Left massage for Jane. She dos not care aether. Great team work!

My broker is Charlene and I'm always very happy with the service from her and Morrison Insurance. She is always on top of things and will do what it takes to take care of any problems that might arise.

Been with them for around 20 yrs with zero issues UNTIL this new girl took over my file. Omg I am so mad and frustrated. Courtney Azzopardi completely messed EVERYTHING up and she has no clue what she is doing. Sad I need to change companies after 2 decades. Atrocious mistakes that are so unnecessary. She always asks for a review. Well here it is… she is the most incompetent person ever to work there and has no idea what she is doing. After 3 ATTEMPTS my paperwork, coverage and amounts are still not correct. Whewww I’m mad!

We recently financed a second vehicle. Courtney was very helpful especially when it came to sending information over my smart phone. I had forgotten that you can email and take photos of stuff now.lol She even contacted my contact at Hamburg Honda for me. Today we pick up our new 3 year old CRV. I will, never, leave this broker. They continue to accomplish everything I ask of them in record time, providing top tier service along the way. My only "gripe" is the lack of a commercial option, as I'd love to move the fleet to them. Tayler managed to get my van covered in record time on a long weekend Friday without breaking a sweat, and in the last 5 years no one has been able to provide a better option than Morrison.
