Called for price to replace front glass for iPhone 11, was told to call apple ask them for price and then told idk I don't have the price, when from the start could have asked for my number to call back or requested I call back when someone can answer my question.

PLEASE AVOID unless you wanna pay for them to destroy your phone. I went in for an OLED screen replacement on iPhone X and was promised an OLED panel as replacement as well. When I got the phone back, it had a purple colour on an angle that I noticed shortly after. I was out of the country on work and called the guy and told him the issue to which he told me “no worries. Bring it back and we’ll check it out. ” Took it back and he accused me of dropping the phone which caused the pixels to discolour and show purple, I didn’t even use the phone out of country because I ended up buying a new phone urgently. He said he would check it out and report back. He took over a week with the phone and finally gave it back refusing to do the work and absolving himself of any responsibility. Shortly after, the screen started to glitch occasionally and eventually got worse. Took the phone to a trusted friend who does phone repair and when he looked inside, he confirmed that the screen was a cheap knockoff and a few other components that worked perfectly fine were swapped for second hand parts. I’m now stuck with an IPhone X that won’t work most of the time and had to buy a new phone which was quite expensive. If I can get even one person to decide not to go to this store, I will consider my loss to have not all gone to waste.

Please note Kantel Go Wireless has become Morningside Mobile, or should I say Fraud Mobile. From last summer 2018: This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a small-time technician. I handed my laptop, an HP Spectre over to them because of a power supply issue. Muhammad, the store owner, in front of the store worker, Atif, promised me a no-fix, no-charge policy for computers. I chose to give it to them instead of Best-buy because of this free diagnosis and fixing policy & they had it for about two weeks. The technician they sent it to apparently could not find the appropriate part and said it could take another two weeks, so I asked for the laptop back and went to Best-buy again. However, Best-buy gave me an extremely high quotation for the charge and so as a tight budget law school student and with enough time over the summer, I decided to immediately, the same evening, give it back to Kaltech. Muhammad once again promised me the same no-fix, no-charge policy and I misguidedly believed that since they already had knowledge about the diagnosis, they could take their time and fix my laptop by finding the appropriate chip. They did not update me at any point and so two weeks later I went in the store to see if something had progressed. Muhammad spoke with me in an extremely aggressive manner in front of Atif as I asked about my laptop, so I asked for it back as soon as possible since no progression was made on their part. He then demanded I give him 100 dollars for work and when I reminded him about his no-fix, no-charge policy, he called me crazy and told me to get out of the store and told me I would never get my laptop back. Finally after two weeks of calling Kaltech continuously, Atif handed my laptop back. He demanded 60 dollars, which my parents decided to give him. My parents however, asked him for a written note stating that no damage was done to the laptop by them since they were extremely rude in their dealing with our family. He initially agreed and asked us to come later to get the note, however, when my Dad went to get the note he rudely spoke with my father and told him he won’t guarantee anything. I highly recommend people go elsewhere and avoid this place of bad business.

Visited the site for a sim card activation. Shop owner was very friendly, got me a good package with lucky mobile. Good after sales services, they did the entire setup from activating the sim card to installing it on my phone and testing it as well also ported my previous numbe! Got a good price for a phone cover and screen protector. Will definetly visit again!
