I had a wonderful experience at Nissan Morningside. The assistant manager Lewis helped my family to select the right vehicle for our need. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional as he patiently explained the differences between Rogue and Qashqai to us. He was also sincere and attentive when he helped us with financing solution to secure the vehicle with their account manager Raymond.
When I picked up the car, he spent time to show me the new technologies equipped on my Rogue (my last Corolla was 10 years ago).
I want to thank all the staff (especially Lewis and Raymond) for your excellent service at Morningside Nissan!

I first learned about Morningside Nissan on Facebook and saw that Lanie was available for a quick chat via messenger. She was very helpful and responsive to my queries, so I went to the dealership to discuss a trade-in. It took me some time to make a decision but Lanie and Raymond were patient with me and helped me sort out everything. Morningside Nissan online price for oil change was about $60. Booked appointment online and then brought car in for oil change. Service advisor mentioned oil change price has gone up from $60 to about $70 but price change hasn't been updated online. Signed estimate before work could be performed and it indicated about $60 + about $8 (oil disposal fee) + HST which came out to about $77. After oil change was completed was hit with bill for about $70 + about $5 (oil disposal fee) + HST which came out to about $85. Even the description of work done on bill advertised price of oil change was about $60. Morningside Nissan cannot be trusted as they will be bait and switch you. Very disgusting business practice.

I purchased a beautiful 2023 Nissan Pathfinder from Nissan Morningside, all thanks to the help of Lanie. Lanie’s customer service was very good, answering all our questions whenever we needed them. We would gladly recommend Lanie to anyone interested. Her hospitality was super, and she was always readily available.

The challenges and the sad part were, their website's price and the in-person showroom prices are different. There were a few optional features they added without my preference such as Anti-theft protection policy and Rust proof protection. After several rounds of discussion, they agreed to remove only rust-proof protection, but not the anti-theft protection policy. The reason was that anti-theft protection is mandatory as per the dealership.

It was clear they wanted to push me to buy something that I didn't like by paying an unwanted higher price. However, I purchased the vehicle because I loved its design, features, and comfort of the vehicle.

I am very disappointed with their service.
1. The process is not organized and poor communication.
2. I purchased a used certified car but the USB port is not working, I inform them then they asked me to drop by so they can check. Yes, I did drop by then the salesperson checked it and found out it is not working.
3. They booked me for service to fix the issue above. Unfortunately, they just wasted my day as nothing was fixed giving me a lot of reasons and asking me again to drop my car again some other day.
4. Poor communication provided after sales.
5. Supposedly when it is their fault dealership should provide alternate service to the client, since the process is not organized. I ended up being late for work as they didn’t provide me a service instead they asked someone to drive a car that is dirty with extra tires at the back. I was treated as if I am not their client. Well maybe because the sales are done.

Was very happy in the beginning (see original review below) but I am quickly losing my patience with this location. They leave you on hold for 30 minutes while they are open - just bouncing your call through different departments, they use scare tactics to try to upsell you on things you don't need/want, and they are not very nice on the phones. I wish I could go elsewhere for service at this point.

Bought a new Qashqai here. Sandra the front receptionist is amazing, she truly cares about her job and the clients. Robert sold me on the car, and I was just as impressed with him. He took the time to make sure all my concerns were met and he was very patient and kind. Harry was the finance manager (I think) and he was very good as well. My only issue was that I could not take possession sooner (my current vehicle was non reliable at the time) and I was very nervous about the whole thing for 5 days. Aside from the delay there, I am very happy with my purchase thus far.

Given the urgency of our need to find a vehicle, meeting Lanie has been such a blessing to me and my family. She has absolutely gone out of her way to accommodate our concerns and preferences in terms of what vehicle we were looking for based on our limited budget. She was able to carefully guide us towards the right decision in our purchase of a brand new Rogue. We have dealt with other brand ambassadors, finance managers and car dealerships before, but I would have to say that Lanie, Raymond and the rest of the Nissan Morningside team has been the most efficient, most trust-worthy group we have dealt with. Lanie and Raymond put premium on the term "customer service". We are absolutely happy with our purchase. We definitely recommend seeking out Lanie, Raymond and the rest of the Nissan Morningside dealership team for all your vehicle needs.

Went in for brake pad replacement, took twice as long, they said there was an issue, left with something else broken transmission wise. Multiple requests sent for follow-up appointment but no reply. Sent a request to nissan Canada with no reply. Avoid this dealership.

Went in for an oil change and they held my car for 2 hours trying to pressure me into a brake change I didn't need. Another mechanic confirmed they were upselling and I only need pads when they said rotors too. The fact I had to ask 4 times for my car keys back is ridiculous. Don't trust these swindlers.

My brother urgently needed a car and I had heard about this dealership through a friend. Kevin welcomed us with such hospitality and took us through their inventory, so much so, the sale of the car was secondary to the relationship we have since built. All the staff were alert and made sure my brother and I were well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a professional
and honest vehicle assessment but more importantly, a genuine experience.

I was referred by a friend to work with Kevin. He was so patient & nice. He answered all of my questions no matter the time i asked them at even off the clock. Had our worst experience here.

May 7th- We paid $500 deposit for a in stock car

May 9th
-Told us our credit is bad and have to do 7.99% interest rate. Called three times to push us accept. Later offered 5.99% and we agreed, then he told us the in stock car was sold and ordered us a new one coming on 23rd

- Our sales was fired. He told us the car was sold to the financial manager’s friend and he lied about our credit

May 10th
- Cancel the order and ask for the deposit back. Financial manager said it can get back very soon

May 12th
- Called again about the deposit, this time he told us to come and get back the deposit.it cost more than $100 Uber to go there and he said it is not his problem lol
- said to mail the cheque to us

- got 3.99% interest rate at Honda.

Terrible experience wasting time and Uber money. I was not respected at store. The financial manager point at him when talking.

First off I need to give major praise to my sales consultant Ramesh Lakhan! Not only is he an amazing consultant, he shows major compassion towards his clients. My experience here is based on interaction with one individual sales rep. So, it could be different with others. But I doubt it. That individual used all the unethical sales practices there could be. It is unusual considering the current client demand way exceeds the supply for vehicles. I tried my luck with other Nissan outlets and they were amazing.

Very friendly staff and reasonable prices. Their complimentary safety check lets you know what items need replacing for safety reasons and what items e.g. Tires, brake pads etc that are not sufficiently worn to need replacement. Service Advisors helpful and knowledgeable. Recently dealt with Sujee for brake fluid, and transmission fluid replacement and windshield sprayer repair and I am quite happy with the Service I received.
Also the Dealership has a comfortable waiting room, with flat screen TV and free coffee and hot chocolate. The french vanilla coffee is really good.

Morningside Nissan is a welcoming dealer. Staff pay attention to me. They answer customer questions and sometimes this dealer let's you know that you are appreciated in intangible ways. The waiting area - covid19 sensitive- is comfortable, and the operation uses great communication tools to keep the customer updated on their service. Very satisfying!

I went to buy my first car and was really apprehensive about it. That changed the moment I walked into the dealership. The salesman was kind, informative and answered any and all questions I had. Now the financial officer…she was absolutely amazing! I was unsure if I would get the car and she worked so hard to make it happen and she did! I picked up the car with my kids and we all fell in love. The second day there was a slight hiccup with a door but they answered any questions and looked and fixed it for me with 15 mins. I’m glad I went with this dealership!

I had a Perfect customer experience at Morningside Nissan thanks to its professional and friendly staff and management, specially Emily.

I purchased a car with a perfect deal from Morningside Nissan. Actually, I found a used car with an unbeatable price on their website. However, after few days, when I got to the dealership, the price had gone up by $500 which was still a good deal in the market. Fortunately, my agent Robert honoured the initial advertised price and I didn’t pay any extra money to make me satisfied.

After that, Emily the financial manager went above and beyond by explaining all the coverage options that I had, and not only did she accepted my request for an oil change but also offered me a better plan that I had requested. She also took care of the paper work in a timely manner and made sure the vehicle was ready for pick up by the date I requested.

She even followed up with me by emailing and calling me the next day of the purchase to make sure that I was happy with my new car.

I really appreciate this kind of customer service which you can’t find in most places.

Got a 2013 Honda Civic, 3 weeks back with 30 day warranty. Gotta say, they never fail to disappoint. At least there’s consistency there. 4 days after buying the vehicle, one fine morning it just wouldn’t start. You gotta pay for your own Uber to come and pick it up again coz they aren’t responsible for anything more. One week did monitoring, another inspection was called for.
Supposedly, after they said they fixed it. Another week into it again, one fine evening of vehicle not starting up yet again. 30 days of warranty where 3 weeks have passed by already with 3 rounds so far at the dealership. Zero trust that the issues wouldn’t come up after the warranty period. Hours wasted into travelling, hours on the calls and the customer service is just pathetic. The first words that came when buying “sorry, can’t even reduce a dollar” while they make sure you spend hundreds on top, plus the mental stress to say the least.

NOT RECOMMENDED. Please refrain from buying a car here.

When I made the decision to buy my first car Ramesh made sure I didn’t settle. He encouraged me to explore all my options before making a decision. When I decided the Nissan Sentra was the right fit for me, he worked diligently to get us the best deal within my budget. He was friendly, supportive and kind, always checking to make sure I understood what was happening. He spoke directly to me regarding conversations with the car, something that didn’t normally happen when I went to other dealers, as many would pass over me and speak to one of my parents instead. He put in the extra effort to get the model and colour car I wanted, despite it being sold out at the dealership he was working with. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Ramesh to anyone!

Although the staff is friendly, I was very disappointed in the service and the communication of this dealership.
I buy a vehicle (which I do love) on the condition there will be a few repairs done. I show up a week later or pick up to find the vehicle had not been touched. We make arrangements to have the touch up and repairs done at a later date which was frustrating considering I live two hours away and have to take a day off to come back. I show up at the date and time agreed upon to be greeted with blank stares and confusion. After Waiting around and finally get a loner car, I come back 7 hours (no call/communication) later and all they did to fix the dents and chips was use the very same touch up pen I had in my vehicle.
The manager looked right at me said they just finished buffing the new paint. You sir, are a liar!
The paint was still wet like it had been down 20 minutes prior. Forgot about me again.
There are lot of dealerships, avoid this one.
Frustrated and disappointed.

Dealt with Sayan and Emily both of whom acted and were highly professional, I almost walked away when I encountered the other F&I clerk, rude, impolite, holier than thou attitude, he is the bottleneck at that dealership. Thankfully Sayan had the good sense to switch me to Emily who was courteous and efficient it saved the sale.

The guy wasn't kind, then he told me my car suppose to be ready in 1 hour and it wasn't ready in an hour, I told him I needed to go because I had an appointment at 10 o'clock then he said it's ok but we won't wash the car.
My car was the 1st car to go for service at 8am then by 9: 30 wasn't ready.

I'm not someone who writes a lot of reviews but I have to do this for Robert, and his Team at the Morningside Nissan Dealership.

I had been looking for a third vehicle, was on the Autotrader website, and emailed MorningSide Nissan about a Nissan Rogue 2020.

Robert replied back, and it went to my Junk email. I was not aware that Robert had emailed me more than four times! I finally saw his emails in my junk folder, went and saw him after making an appointment with him.

He was extremely professional and polite; there was no pressure from him and I didn't feel rushed. He listened to me; he communicated quickly and clearly (both via email and in-person).

There were no games. Final price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises). He went above & beyond — located the specific vehicle I was looking for, brought it out to me, etc.

Once we bought the vehicle, the rest of his team also pitched in! Robert and his team made buying a vehicle such a pleasant experience!

We recently purchased a car from this dealer and it was a pleasant experience! Both the sales person Kevin and the finance manager Emily were very friendly and helpful. Emily even went to the extra length to ensure all our requests are met & full-filled so that we go home happy with a new car. Also, our car was to be sent to another location which is far away for a final touch, Emily offered to do that for us so that we didn't have to make the trip our-self! Awesome customer service!

Updating my review. Came to Morningside Nissan for the first time -the purchase experience was good after that it has been very poor. I was asked to wait 2 weeks before taking possession of a demo vehicle. There were two recall notices on the car and I asked that they be looked after in the two weeks before pick up - I was told no problem. Not hearing anything regarding insurance and financing in the two weeks I called the day before (thankfully as pick up was on a Saturday) only to find out that the paperwork had been incorrect and I had to get my insurer to redo things with the correct information. Day of pick up I received the car with only 1 key when I asked for the spare key they tried to tell me that used cars only come with one key. Seriously. I won’t get into the saga of finally getting the second key. The final straw was discovering 2 weeks after purchase that the car I bought on May 29th had snow tires on - they missed that in the wheel description in the advertisement and failed to disclose this in the and now it is my problem. They still have not confirmed if the recall work was done despite me seeking confirmation. Robert Harper (sales) and Dhillon (used car sales manager) it was a disappointing experience. I would not recommend your dealership.

Disappointing customer service where the sales representatives make you feel like they are doing you a favour for returning a leased car. My parents leased a Nissan Micra here for a few years. They were allotted 80,000km and returned the car having only used 30,000km and in great shape. The sales representative told them he was doing them a favour by facilitating the lease return (even though the leased the car at this dealership) and said normally this is done through Nissan Canada (which his colleague later confirmed was false). To make matters worse, my dad had purchased 4 winter tires and returned the car with them on and the 4 original tires in perfect shape and in the trunk of the car (started with 4 tires and gave back 8) and they tried to charge him 650 per tire for having the standard tires in the trunk and not on the car. Why would you want to charge someone a few thousand dollars who is returning a car with only 30 000km and 4 extra winter tires. The pandemic was a hard time for many families, I wouldn't expect Nissan to try and fleece people for every last dime. It's a Nissan Micra not a benz, and it's in such good condition they will definitely resell it at a profit with only 30,000km on it. They also wanted 500 bucks for a 2cm scratch. A micro scratch for a micro car that's barely visible.

Horrible customer service, used car manager lies and does not keep his promises.would not recommend anyone to go to this Dealership.the employees are not trained on their own product. I came in to get a quote and they would not even give me one because they said I need to make an offer and they need my credit card.my friend purchased a car here and they told him they would match the other dealership pricing but when it came down to it on their pick up day the used car manager did not honor it and just brushed it off.do not buy a car from these con artist

If you go to this location, ask for Kevin. He's your man to sell you your Nissan! I was just there for support and had I had the money; I would have bought a vehicle today.

Amazing experience with how Morningside Nissan treated their customers professionally!

Big THUMBS-UP especially to Mr. DAVID KOBLINSKY who patiently explained everything of the car's features and gave us some great advices based on his vast experience.

Will definitely come back to him if the New Nissan Pathfinder 2022 is available in the market.
He was courteous, punctual, professional, calm and really understood what we wanted and addressed our concerns swiftly.

I highly recommend DAVID if you need someone who understands your needs, who is willing to listen to your requirements of a car, and does his utmost to your satisfaction.

I originally had a service appointment on May 3,11: 30, to avail of the complimentary Bronze detailing package, which Nissan Morningside gave out to ex-Nissan Agincourt customers as a welcome deal. I thought the detailing would take only about 2 hours to do just like a regular maintenance check-up. When I got to Nissan Morningside service that day, I was told that it would take around 4 hours to do the job. Ok, no problem. Since I had other errands to do that day, I changed my appointment to June 14.

When I arrived for my 8: 45 appointment on June 14, the service advisor on duty (I was not able to get his name) told me 2 things, which I was never told the first time I came in for the detailing:
1. They usually do a detailing job together with a regular or other maintenance service.
2. The detailing job will take the WHOLE DAY.

Now, the difference between 4 hours and a whole day (never mind point # 1 above) was an important piece of information that I would have clearly remembered and considered had I been told the first time of the actual length of time to do the job. I took the morning off from work that day to have this detailing done since, for some very, very important reason, Nissan doesn’t do detailing on weekends. In my disappointment, I left without having the detailing done.

I sent this complaint through the Nissan Morningside website’s message section the same day. Since then, I have not heard anything from them. Needless to say, this was a very disappointing customer experience for me. I am already considering transferring my business to Village Nissan, which is the same distance from my place as Nissan Morningside.

Called and made an appointment to see a used 2020 Nissan Pathfinder. I informed the sales person that I was coming all the way from Niagara and requested that the vehicle be washed prior to arriving so I could have a good look at the exterior. I was told that this was usually not done however they would make an exception due to the distance I was coming from. Upon my arrival, the salesman took my information and led me to vehicle with the only explanation was on functioning of the key fob. Upon examing the vehicle, it was obvious that vehicle had not been washed as requested and the interior was in bad need of cleaning and a vacuum. My wife and I even discovered a discarded cardboard box behind the front seat. It was obvious that no one had even checked the vehicle prior to our arrival. From all appearances, the 12,000 km on this vehicle were hard kilometers! It's no wonder that this vehicle has sat on their lot for approximately 130 days!
We did not remain long at the dealership because it's obvious that their basic attention to detail is just not there!

This specific dealership is horrible, and the star rating of 3.8 says it all (although a 1 star would be the most accurate). The customer service was great when my wife had to buy a new car here and they put her on a 7 year financing plan. That's where it ended. Come 6 years later and the CVT transmission on the car broke down. I brought it in to get it assessed and was told that I would need to pay about $10,000 to completely replace the transmission. My warranty expired 5 months ago. This is a common issue with Nissans and this specific transmission type. She still has money left to pay on the car and they weren't willing to help out at all. My father had also purchased a Nissan Rogue in 2017 where the same transmission failed 1 year later and luckily was covered. After doing some research, I have found that there are many consumers with the same issue, which is why a Class Action Lawsuits are currently pending in Canadian courts. It is a hassle to risk your hard earned money on these vehicles. Horrible trade in value (did I mention that they offered me $1,000 for a trade-in, so they could lock me in for 7 more years). When I left, the service tech himself told me that he would never buy a Nissan for the exact same reason. This review is not to bash the dealership but make consumers aware that you could be put into debt by a place that has these business practices and to that new graduate or anyone in general looking for a shiny new car. Look elsewhere, you will thank me later. I would make other recommendations, but that would add bias to my review and that itself is not fair either.

This was by far the best car dealership experience I've had. Coming from Burlington, I didn't want to make the drive until I knew it was going to be worth it. I called for the car I was looking at and made sure they were willing to work with me with the budget I had. Kevin and his colleagues were great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of my family or friends.
