No need to look any further if you are considering a mortgage broker! The team at Mortgage Forces is the absolute best. If I could rate 10 stars, I would. I found the site online and called with a few questions. By the time I was off the phone, Danny had me all set up and confident with obtaining a not-so-usual mortgage. We bought a home in Canada while living in the US and the whole process went smoothly with the expert help of Danny, Kevin and Nicole. They were so obliging in quickly answering any questions I had. I felt badly for sending so many emails with questions. Not once did they make me feel like I was asking too much. They sincerely wanted to help and even followed up after the house was purchased just to see how the move went! Such a great team. We will absolutely be contacting them for our next purchase. Excellent service and customer care. I dealt with Kevin and almost felt bad calling him so often with all of my issues. He was always patient and quick to respond. Besides they got me an awesome rate! I would instantly deal with them again!

We’ve Dealt with Danny for 2 moves now. One from outside of Canada and one within. By far, he goes out of his way to ensure that all your questions are answered and to clarify any concerns. This move we also had Kevin assist us. He reached out on numerous occasions to assist with our questions and concerns as our mortgage wasn’t as straight forward as our last move. When he couldn’t assist with the info Danny quickly jumped in and kept us informed. They where able to offer me a fantastic rate with one of the 5 major canadian banks, even lower than what I was able to obtain from those same banks myself. Additionally, their service and advise on technical matters was excellent and the website/portal made submitting document extremely simple and convenient.

I recently used Mortgage Forces while purchasing a home during my husband's deployment. Despite the unbelievable amount of trouble the banks gave us about using a Power of Attorney, the staff at MF did whatever they could to help.

Danny's easygoing and friendly nature made the process less intimidating and Kevin's straightforward attitude left us feeling confident that things would all get sorted out, which they did.

The only complaint we might have had was that we sometimes had to call for updates.

Their Office Manager Nicole more than made up for any shortfalls on that front. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we were were kept in the loop.

She is one the most professional and hardworking people I've had the pleasure of dealing with throughout the years.
