We have worked with Mortgage Kings twice now and they were very helpful and guided us through the process. It made it possible for us to stabilize our finances. We recommend them with confidence.

I found myself in trouble with debts and a stomach turning cra tax bill. I needed 250k and the bank wouldn't help because of the debts.
I found Shawn at mortgage kings who told me not to worry he'd get the funds for me. He did exactly what he said he was going to do. Shawn may seem a little gruff but he's a shiny apple. I'd recommend him to my priest.

We had 2 studio condos new built very small in size around 350 sq ft, many lenders would not give us financing. I was really panicking and worried. Many private lenders and banks also declined us as our debt ratios were high and size. We contacted Mortgage Kings they approved us right away, closing done one time, was very easy to deal with them, they guided up along the way. I am so relieved now, stress free and extremely happy. Mortgage Kings is the best of the best and very helpful I would recommend them to anyone reading the reviews and my friends and family as well.

Worst customer service.the guy who picks up the phone is extremely rude and has a chip on his shoulder about something. Please don't go to this company ever.worst place to get mortgage done from. I wish I could give 0 stars

A few years ago I had a cereus heath issue and could not work, as result I had to file a proposal with a trustee. After I had paid it off I had found there were two leans left on my home that I had to pay the cost to remove them plus tax's. I contacted Mortgage Kings and the gave me a second Mortgage to clear up the mess I was left with. They were there every step of the way helping me though every step of the way. Mortgage King did a grate job, I would recommend them to any one needing financial services.

We had a nice experience with the Mortgagekings. The agent was very knowledgeable and helpful for us to understand our situation and what options are available to us. It was nice to work with someone who put our best interests before their own.

I wanted to write a review so everyone will know how much Shaun helped my family. We were having troubles getting a second mortgage from the bank to pay off our debts. We called Mortgage Kings, to see if they could do anything to help us as we were so very stressed. We spoke with Shaun who quickly informed us not to worry and that he was sure that he could help us. Shawn did an outstanding job in securing a mortgage for me. Previous to finding Mortgage Kings, I was with another lender, they were crooks! They were charging 10-11% interest, 1 month before renewal 6 month interest penalty fee. Shawn got me a better rate, much lower penalty fee, extra funds left over. He was amazing! I was waiting to write this review from past week. Had a very good experience working with Shaun to get a second mortgage on my house for renovations. Since I was retired and already had a reverse mortgage on my property, it was a bit hard to find a lender who can approve me on a second mortgage. But then my nephew referred me to MORTGAGE KINGS (SHAUN) and he worked his magic to get me approved. Total process took a bit longer than expected due to some HVAC contracts which I signed with other companies and they had a lien on my property. But he made sure I got them postponed so that I didn't have to payout to them. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Terrible customer service. Contacted the "Kings" for information pertaining to my mortgage. From the minute he answered, he came across as a very obnoxious and condescending person. Highly NOT recommended!

Mortgage Kings are by far most the Best sincere caring establishment I have ever come across. I must share my story, and yes I'm a real person here.
Last year I really needed some financial relief, help.especially when the pandemic hit us all hard. I was helped, by another I so wish I can warn you about who the company was. Later on I was in a complicated situation. So needless to say I contacted Shawn, at Mortgage Kings. I was scared, an even a little embarrassed. Shawn was so nice and had empathy, Humanity. In the situation I was in Shawn really worked with me. He was very understanding, an sensitive with the outmost respect about my situation. I'd like to give you my experience with Mortgage Kings recently, even though I was unable to proceed with financing. I called and talked with Shiamak (Shawn) Katrak regarding my mortgage and situation that I was dealing with. I am owner of a property with a 50% ownership stake wanting to obtain financing to do some upgrade & renovations to increase the value. After multiple calls, my time, and bad advice given to me by these other mortgage companies saying yes, it was possible to receive the financing on my 50% stake that I could go ahead WRONG. Shawn spent over 45 minutes explaining to me the legal obligations and compliance that lending facilities need to comply with when applying a second mortgage were these other financial institutions did not disclose right up front as Shawn did with me and my situation. I highly recommend this company and their agent Shawn as they will have your best interest in hand from start to finish in securing your mortgage. Integrity - Honest - Transparent.

When I needed to get a second mortgage it became a daunting task with so many sites on the internet. I was SKEPTIC. Shawn saved our home! I don't even want to think where we would be today if it wasn't for him. We were in a dire situation and he came through for us. I left him a message on a long week-end and he returned my call on the long weekend. When multiple other mortgage brokers were not able to help us, Shawn was. There were plenty of bumps in the road along the way, but Shawn kept going. I would highly recommend him if you need any kind of financing for your home. Shawn seems like he’s about 12 years old the way he types and acts to his potential clients. What a joke lol.

I was at my wits end. In debt and need help.i had my house but the banks still would help because my X was still the mortgage and i had a big loan with someone ells. Recently, I was in need of obtaining a 2nd mortgage in order to consolidate my debts using the equity of my home. I had contacted my 1st Mortgage provider in the hope of obtaining a new & revised 1 mortgage with them. In all honesty it took me a few days to write this review, reason being, I can’t find enough words to express how extremely grateful I am to Shawn at Mortgage Kings. We are a family of 5, a few years ago I was faced with the ultimate decision to give up my corporate job at one of the leading financial institutions where I worked for over 17 years and stay at home to take care of my eldest son who lives with autism. As you can see on the news recently of all the cuts in programs and services for children and adults with autism. Unfortunately our family was among the many impacted. After our savings ran out to support our family and money from my spouse’s income was not coming in time. We ran behind, close to 3 months behind on everything, mortgage, credit card pymts, pymts for even basic services to run our home. Stressed and at my wits end would not be strong enough words to express how I felt. I thought for sure we would have to sell our family home to get out of this situation.
