I worked with Steve for our first mortgage in 2020 and the process was quick and painless. I reached out to him when I needed to buy out my ex this spring. My scenario is slightly unusual and we learned that it wasn't possible for me to work with a broker on the mortgage I needed. When I found out I didn't get approved through Steve's bank connections he immediately sent my file to two of his close contacts directly at the bank level. One called me within a few hours, assured me I would be approved, and I was (within a week). It was an emotionally trying time for me, going through a separation and refinancing my home on my own and Steve was so calming and helpful throughout the process, and even though the specifics of my requirements made it impossible for him to finalize the mortgage with me, he was able to connect me with a great solution so I could keep my home.
