Morton's Grille Niagara Falls

Amazing dinner to a birthday weekend for my fiancé back in November/2023. Kudos to our server Hannah & staff. Apologies on delay for this post. We had an amazing time; will definitely come back whenever we’re in Niagara Falls again. Canada definitely takes to heart as the nicest people we have met in our travels.

Our server was Hannah, super nice and upbeat, she was really kind and took her time with explaining the food. Super easy to talk to! Obviously it is pretty expensive so get ready to spend money lol. The food was pretty good if you like seafood and meat then this is the place for you, get Hannah as your server!

My husband and daughter and I went here to be together in the New Year. It was really a unique experience.where they offered us a great view of the waterfall and fireworks during the night. The staff are all neat and clean and fragrant. I ordered the prawn starter with salad which had an attractive flavor with delicious vegetables inside the dish. The steak was cooked and it was perfect, exactly what I always wanted to try, the meat was marinated so well that it melted in the mouth. And finally, the cold taste of the ice cream and the warm chocolate cake of the dessert show the love they give to the customers so that the sweet memory of this experience will be memorable for them in the cold winter. I will definitely return to this restaurant again. Thank you for providing value for the customer's money.

Got carry out for room at the Marriott. Quick and helpful service. Got the scallops, a Caesar salad, and a burger. The three scallops in the appetizer were OK. The Caesar salad was good. The burger has to be cooked well done, and was overly sloppy (and we didn’t even get the caramelized onions in it.) The fries included were OK. Overall, not that good for the price. I figure it captive audience in a tourist town, but I would have rather gotten the same quality at TGIFriday’s next door. Not what I expect from Morton’s.

The food was good but I was very disappointed by the view and atmosphere. The falls are fully covered by trees- a completely different view than the one advertised through pictures. They only seat parties of 2 or 3 at the windows which was disappointing because the main reason we went was for a nice view! It is also ridiculous that a side of fries is $17.

This place did not disappoint. We were there for our anniversary. We had the onion soup, shrimp, and grits and the cobalt sandwich. Our server Lisa B.was very attentive, extremely sweet and the food was out of this world. I would definitely recommend this place for any time or special occasion.

Santiago our waiter made this experience fun and memorable. His knowledge of food and wine was something my husband and I appreciated. Excellent host.

VERY DISAPPOINTING VIEW! My husband and I went to Morton’s Grill for dinner last night because of the acclaimed “Spectacular View of the Falls“. What we found was ZERO view…literally, NO FALLS AT ALL…JUST TREES, and the spray coming over the trees from the horseshoe falls. The windows were also filthy and with white streaks all over them. I took pictures to prove it, but this review doesn’t have an option for photos. I searched other reviews to find someone with legitimate pictures and realized those mentioning the view and the few pictures I found were there during the winter. So I guess when the trees are bare during the winter, there is a view. If you are there during the summer, don’t expect to see any of the falls!

Amazing food! Exceptional service, and a view to die for! The atmosphere, ambience were truly amazing, a romantic, delicious meal with very large portions and top shelf options as well as a wine list to die for. A place to bring people for that once in a blue moon experience that is sure to impress. Prices do reflect the level of quality and the service you will get. Don’t hesitate, come grab a stellar meal at Morton’s.

We had a lovely meal here. We lucked into a great view by the window. Waitress was very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. Great food, great service. Recommend.

Food was great, as expected for the price. Unfortunately the service was not what you’d expect at a Morton’s. Staff were polite and friendly but few and far between.

Absolutely the worst steak I’ve ever had. We ordered 3 different steaks and after a long wait they all came out cold. Room temperature at best. We asked for freshly cooked steaks and they made some new ones, but the new ones were all cooked to the wrong temperature (medium was well done, medium well was medium, etc). And they were not hot like freshly prepared steak should be. Avoid this tourist trap at all costs.

Definitely five stars for Marcello, our extraordinary wait person. He is so friendly and guided us in our culinary experience. Given that, the food was wonderful as well as our wine (also recommended).

Patrons, BEWARE! Anything you order from the menu can be shared! We ordered one meal and one appetizer and SO much food!

I went here the day after getting married. It was truely the best meal I've ever had. The waitress Leesa was amazing and going above and beyond, even giving us paper plates and plastic cutlery to take to the hotel so we could heat it up. She took our picture too and made the whole experience so magical, thank you SO much. We will be back yearly for sure. I recommend the shrimp Diablo. Steak grilled perfect. Even the dessert was some of the best I've ever had. Thanks Leesa, for making it such an unforgettable experience!

Not the best experience as the server seemed to be very impatient with us asking about how the wine deal worked. Very hard to get the waiter's attention but that was understandable with the current circumstances. Prices were on the high side and the steak was not seasoned well nor was it special. I thought Morton's was known for their steaks - maybe this location is just lacking.
The bread portions are hillariously big. I could come, eat the bread and be full.
With the prices I was expecting better service and food. Is the price just for the view?

Went to eat while staying at the hotel. The waitress seemed in a bad mood and was very short with my wife and I. Ordered a flight of Niagara beers to try and 4 out of 5 where flat and tasted old. When pointed out I was told that’s how they are. Later tried them at the brewery and found them much better. Ordered a steak medium rare and it came out grey and unevenly cooker as well as overly cooked. Overall the quality was less than any major chain near the hotel. It was the most disappointing part of our stay and trip.

Went for dinner during our stay at Marriott. Ordered Shrimp diablo for appetizer and it was delicious. We ordered Chicken fillet and Rib as main course and couldn't finish the food. Sauces were good but fillet was dry and overcooked with no taste. Not to mention cold fries. Got tired of chewing and left the place. Too expensive for dry and bland meat.

Extremely disappointed with my experience last night at Morton’s in Niagra. Prices were outrageous for sub-par food, save your time and money and go to the keg next door. $18 for a side of lumpy mashed potatoes, $60 for a mediocre steak with no side - daylight robbery…

More than disappointing. Would not recommend. Poor in every way. For a Morton's? They should condemn this outlet. Does not deserve the stamp of approval. For a good steak dinner there is a better place 2 doors down.

Went for dinner at Morton Grill. Very good customer service. We ordered Ta chos as starter and creme Bruelle as Desert serving size was enough for two.taste was very good. They also modify dishes according to your need.prices are a bit high. It was a good experience.

Absolutely horrible experience. Group of 9 people our meals took over an hour to come, and when they did everything was cold. We expressed our concerns and had our meals REHEATED instead of REMADE.it was admitted.one of our friends asked for no bacon, got bacon, & the restaurant proceeded to remove the bacon instead of remaking the dish. Disrespectful. First time in my life leaving a restaurant with no tip. We did get an apology but honestly for how expensive the restaurant is, it is unacceptable.

Excellent place to have a pleasant evening with your beautiful wife. Love that place and the food is very good and tasty.

Quite pricey, but the food was amazing. We went for our 1st year wedding anniversary and they made it very special for us!

Service and me.was great! Had the steak was cooked to perfection. My only complaint is the lighting is very dim.need more lights and there was a cold draft.

Was good! But not excellent. I have to say that the crusted salmon originally went with à whole grain mustard beurre blanc. I am not able to have it, so I substituted it with lemon. May be that is why the dish lost its beauty. Though I still didnt get what was on top of it. The haricot vert (peas) were hard, not al dente. I would add few more minutes to them.

Fries were excellent! Absolutely delicious! Perfectly crispy, not oily, just perfect!

Food is definitely not at the level of the price.they served me a onion bread with lots of pieces burnt on the top of it.
The meet was ok but definitely too expensive for that price, another restaurant in the city costing around 60 for 2 people was a lot more tasty.

Friendly service, very professional clean restaurant, beautiful view, perfect large scallops wrapped in bacon, perfect medium rare 16 ounce New York Strip peppercorn. Came here with my daughter during the past from December 30th and New Year’s Eve, The Keg next-door at the embassy is laughable in comparison. The food here is good enough to make me want to stay at the Marriott instead of The Embassy. I love the vibe and the ambiance of this place. If you got the money to spend just do it because it’s worth it.

Well, the service at the table was polite but more importantly timed very well each time our server approached! & the food was prepared very well with bigger than expected portions!

Pathetic prices. Mario the server was not friendly at all. We felt unwelcoming. First and never again.

Wonderful service and amazing steak. Celebrated fiancées birthday and our server brought out a huge cake, took a photo and provide us with a card including the photo. Will be coming back here soon.

I was very impressed with the food and service. The view was great of the falls and I would definitely recommend.

Really good, especially when they are offering the special 3 course menu for $65. It's a sweet deal versus the regular prices per individual item. Steaks are cooked to perfection and service excellent. If you can get a table by the window, then it's the perfect diners experience.

Waited an hour and a half for our food to show up cause the kitchen forgot our order. By the time the steak arrived we had filled up on bread and already digested so weren’t hungry at all. Packed our entire meal in a to-go container and left. Paid $250 for dinner for 2 to take home and nuke in the microwave. Also while we were waiting for our food our drinks were empty for around 30 mins and our waitress was complete MIA. Would give 0 stars for service if possible

Mom and I did 2 can dine for $150. My mom ordered the New York Strip; I ordered the fillet mignon. The New York Strip was amazing, buttery.just lovely, the filet mignon on the other hand was chewy; I couldn’t finish it. The manager refunded my portion, he handled it great! Though, I don’t think I’d go back before I tried the other steak restaurants in Niagara. Pleasant Staff, clean restaurant, great seating.

We went to Morton's Grill after a day of traveling. We actually didn't expect much but OMG it was WONDERFUL! The view was beautiful and the meal was exquisite. We both had the all in one entree. The steaks were cooked to perfection and everything else was delicious. I would not have any reservations about returning again.

I hate leaving a negative review especially during pandemic tough times. My husband’s salad with steak was excellent but my ribs were dried out. I understand this can happen but I don’t get not removing them when asked. Or after apologizing.never returning with my cream and sugar and ending it all by presenting me with the bill ‍️

Sides were great. Ordered two filet, 6 oz and 8 oz, both medium rare. 6 oz perfectly cooked, 8 oz literally cold and raw in the center. Sandy, the waitress, actually argued with me that is was "perfectly cooked" and that "it was hard to gauge in this light! " Sent it back and it was returned charred on the outside and mostly inedible. Would not return but hope this helps!

Ordered the fillet mignon, it was chewy. They refunded us, but I don’t think I’d go back before I tried the other steak restaurants in Niagara. Pleasant Staff, clean restaurant, great seating.

Good steak with tourist pricing. Eg $16 baked potato (one potato) with $70 NY Strip steak. Good service.

Spotty service, some of the food was bad, other dishes were just ok. Not worth the price, doesn't live up to its name.

We were a party of 10, celebrating a 50th anniversary.
Morton’s made the evening beyond special for the happy couple. The table was ready when we arrived. The menus said ‘Happy Anniversary’ across the top. Dinner was excellent, only to be surpassed by the amazing service. Dessert was beautiful decorated to mark the anniversary. They even took a sweet photo of our group and presented us with framed prints.
Thank you Morton’s for creating a delightful evening for our family.

Had a fantastic anniversary dinner and the food, wine and ambiance was amazing. Despite not being seated right at the window, we felt like we still had a decent view of the falls. Service was excellent, and food was delicious. Some of the food took a little longer t get to the table than I would have hoped, but the restaurant was slammed with a large group that came in together. The restaurant good benefit from a. Private room where large noisy groups could be served without disrupting the rest of the restaurant.

We've been to other Morton's around and this was by far the best experience. We didn't have a reservation but they were able to accommodate us in a booth with a spectacular view of the falls! The food was amazing. My wife had the filet mignon with the blue cheese sauce and I had the cobalt chicken. The drinks were amazing, much better then the previous fancy place we visited in Niagra. And lastly but not least, the attention was spectacular. Everyone was nice, and Dan was always there to make sure that we had everything that we needed.

Our family of 4 had a fantastic meal here. We chose to go for the 2 can dine summer deal and ordered the salmon and chicken piccata, both tasted great. Also ordered the ribeye for the kids and was very well seasoned. Our server Desiree was very attentive and super friendly. Only complaint was the temperature as it felt a bit warm inside. Overall we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

Nice atmosphere, and opportunity to be seated looking at the falls for a short wait. Ordered two can dine for 159. It included appetizer, main, dessert to share and bottle of wine. Good value. Loved Manhattan steak, tuna poke, and cheesecake/key lime pie dessert. Daughter did not enjoy filet mignon and the waitress and Manager were fantastic in dealing with matter. I would visit location again.

Atmosphere: very low light. Nice atmosphere but kind of hard to read the menu. Waitor had to use the light from the debit machine to look at the bill
Food: steak was amazing, peppercorn sauce was VERY VERY overpowering. Truffle parmesan fries were quite good. All meal DO NOT come with a side. Additional sides are $16 each. Kids menu is sub par.
Service: ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Have never had a server so attentive and compassionate. We had a 5 year old with us, and they seated us in a nice booth and were always checking on him, as well as us. We didn’t have to wait to be sat. We were sat right at our reservation time.
PRICE: 2 words…. PHONE NUMBER… you’re looking at 8 digits PLUS area code on that bill. FEAR THE BILLFOLD

All in all, it was a great experience. Now I’m off to take a second mortgage out on my house

I just had one of the most amazing meals I have ever had. Thank you Dan for a great experience and helping us celebrate our anniversary.

Lisa was our server and she was great. Steak was cooked perfectly however my baked potato was a bit undercooked. Dispite a screaming toddler overall a very good experience I would definitely recommend.

Moi qui croyais que les sandwichs de Tim Horton était d'une tristesse sans nom, je viens de connaitre pire! Ce restaurant charge un filet mignon à près de 60$ et il vient seul dans son assiette! Vous avec bien lu, il est seul aucun légume ou sauce ne vient avec sauf si vous voulez payer pour un (on the side) Tout est un extra dans ce restaurant, je n'ai jamais vue pareil chose. Dommage car le steak est quand même tendre, cuit selon la demande et bien assaisonnée. Je ne vous recommande pas à moins que vous ayez de l'argent à gaspiller. The Keg au moins tu obtiens une assiette complète et remplie dans le pris initial.

Disappointing experience! Way too expensive for a bland Bolognese and mediocre prime rib. I think they they were banking on the falls' view to compensate for food and service.

Service was wonderful an cheery nice atmosphere even being on patio in valet parking area. Lots fun joking with other customers at near by tables. An food was large proportions an very delicious

Ça été notre meilleur resto de toute notre semaine de vacances à Niagara. Un peu dispendieux mais la nourriture vaut vraiment le détour. Les crevettes diablo et la miche de pain aux petits onions sont un incontournable (vous allez même vous demander si vous pouvez rapporter le reste du pain à votre chambre). Si vous réservé, demander une table près de la fenêtre, on peut y apercevoir les chutes.

This had to be the worst food I have ever had, my steak was bitter, my mushroom was burned and bitter
The server was rude tossed the bill at my client sitting with us.
I am a business owner myself and for a corporation this is not acceptable.
The host was lovely but the server was rude as hell.
The food stated horrible, I left feeling nauseous and had this bad burnt taste in my mouth all night

Très bon service, vraiment une belle vue sur les chutes. La nourriture était très bonne, portions généreuses, quoique servie rapidement. J'y retournerais.
