It has been a great home for me to live in, and through three PDI's over the last year, all the issues that were brought to their attention have been addressed to my satisfaction. Mosaik Homes’ quality is so bad that one can’t imagine. I bought a home from them in Sharon, Ontario, the hallway on second floor is badly sloped from side to another. They came to fix twice, and still the hallway is very visibly sloped. This is very poorly built. They persuaded me strongly to cancel my Tarion conciliation appointment. They insisted that it’s within Tarion Warranty guidelines. I doubt it as the slope is too big. I do not recommend this builder at all.

Great builder. This has got to be one of the most challenging times to build a home, but Mosaik has taken everything in stride. Throughout my process, they seemed to never skip a beat.

The entire process was simple. From sales to service, the help received from Mosaik has been five star through and through. The decor centre, with Sonia at the helm, is easy to navigate and selections are rather endless. Evan's a champ. He pretty much does a little bit of everything. Finally, Alexa. She makes sure that once you're in your home, everything is as expected. She doesn't just stop at the PDI phase, she continues to support you beyond. Alexa has personally made our experience with Mosaik five star alone.

All in all, the team and quality at Mosaik made our purchase worth every penny. Do yourself a favour and purchase from Mosaik if they are building in your desired area! You won't be disappointed.

This was our first time building a house in Toronto and we didn't know how many components there are to it. Mosaik really made our journey as smooth as possible and were always extremely responsive, accommodating and easy to deal with.

A huge shout out to Sonia, Evan and Alexa. We spent the most time with Sonia and she was amazing at helping us design our dream home. It turned out absolutely beautiful. She even thought of things we wouldn't have thought about and we are so grateful for that.

Don't trust other builders who have 5/5 stars. Most of those are fake reviews. Mosaik doesn't have a single fake review. They are authentic and really make this experience great. We had our PDI this week and my husband and I didn't want to leave - that's how much in love we were with our home! Thank you Mosaik:)

We purchased our new build Mosaik Home in 2018, and it's been the best purchase we've made. Our experience with Alexa has been flawless. She was such a pleasure to work with, we are first time new build buyers so we had plenty of questions and concerns, and all were answered in a timely manner as well as all repairs (which weren't many) were completely in a timely manner. Each interaction with Alexa was professional. When it came to the repairs the workers that were scheduled to come and complete repairs were punctual, and provided us with tips to ensure that we didn't have any issues moving forward.

My husband and I are so happy with our buy that we are always recommending to our friends and family that if they're looking for a new home, buy a Mosaik!:)

Our experience started with Victoria at the sales centre; Victoria is one of the most professional and ethical realtors we have ever dealt with. She always ensured we stayed within our means and helped us get the home of our dreams constantly working with us and on our behalf to provide excellent service and representation. It was because of her we decided to purchase from Mosaik.

After we finalized our sale and started working with the head office it’s been an amazing experience so far. Sonia and Jessica are a great team and go above and beyond to help ensure we get our dream house. They work tirelessly on every request to ensure what we want would work and that it will make the home absolutely stunning. We have made quite a few structural changes and they constantly ensure everything ties together and will work. Sonia has an amazing eye for style and is very detailed; whenever she or Jessica committed to following up they always kept their word. If there is ever a team that represents their customers it’s Sonia and Jessica.

This is our second home purchased from Mosaik, and the purchasing experience was very positive and pleasant. First of all, we met two great sales agents at the sales centre: Victoria Salvera and Lucky. They truly care about the customer experience, they've been very helpful choosing the right home with the right features for our family, and Victoria gave us some great ideas on how to customize our new home's internal layout. The follow-up and the level of customer service were impeccable.
At the decor centre, we dealt with Sonia Dantas and she's just a fantastic lady to work with. She was very personable, helped us feel at ease and provided all the information we needed in order to make the best decisions without breaking the bank!

I have had the privilege to own several new builds and I can honestly say my experience with Mosaik has been the best so far. I happened to purchase/ close at a time when the market dropped and I was unable to close on the property due to the decreased appraisal value. During this time I heard ppl lost their downpayment to their builders since they couldnt close.let's just put it this way mosaik did everything in their power to ensure we closed on our property and bcos of their willingness to help my family now own a beautiful home that we are proud of. From the decor appt with Sonia to the after care service with Alexa the company has always provided exceptional service. The designs are beautiful and the construction is impressive. Thank you once again for making our dream home to become a reality. I will never hesitate to recommend you to friend and families.keep doing what you do best.

Absolute GARBAGE Builder! Buyer BEWARE! This builder will take your $ and run, if you have any issues after closing - They Will NOT Help You. We purchased a home from them, had our upgrades documented, when it came time to selections - they up charged for Everything! They will show you one thing, promise you the same, once they have your $ forget about it. Tarion will not help you, your lawyers cannot help you. Help yourselves and stay away from them. My Advice: Buy something Ready Built & something you can view - Absolutely not new with Mosaik.

Wanted to take a minute to thank Mosaic homes for the pleasant experience we had with them and in was shocked seeing some negative reviews from some customers, the process started with Sonia at the decor centre who understood right away what we wanted and was so patient and Knowledgeable and she is true asset to the decor centre, jessica who is always there anytime we had a question in the process, her responsiveness is incredible.
We closed the home in August and started dealing with Alexa, Anthony and Cliff! I'm gonna talk separately about each one:
ALEXA: she just cares, she is the backbone of all the trades, follows up, calls and make sure everything is done properly, she has the respect of everyone and she is extremely professional and patient!

ANTHONY the super, he is a true asset for the company, very knowledgeable, cares and very good at his job, knows everyone by name, he knows what he is doing he always comes in and checks that everything is done properly and follows on the PDI and Tarion, knows the building codes and takes him time explaining.

CLIFF, he is just a mastermind.this guy can fix anything beside all the house being fixed by him, we had a window which was uneven instead of breaking the whole window and create a hassle for us he played with the trim to make it look even.

Lastly Mr. Marlon he was extremely professional and help guide us into our tarion and he came to check and follow up on everything!

I would buy again and again from Mosaics, myself and my wife are extremely thankful.

Customer Service has been outstanding, from owning the home and coordinating and outstanding issues from warranty stand point have been taken care promptly.

We've lived in our Mosaik home in Sharon for 2 years. There have been some hiccups along the way - as is inevitable in any building process - but I can honestly say I would highly recommend this company. Right from our purchase, through our incredible (and fun!) experience with Sonja in the design centre, to the customer care with Alexa and her team, and continuing now with Massimo and his site crew, we have felt respected, supported, and valued as customers. Mosaik has been incredibly reasonable in their responses to our requests and often goes beyond what is required of them. I feel very grateful that we chose them as our builder, and would do so again in the future.

We officially get our new home this summer, but this process has been so pleasant even when corrections or changes needed to be made. The staff we have dealt with at Mosaik homes has been nothing but kind, understanding and accommodating. Starting with Sonia at the decor centre, who is just a God send, we were helped to choose and put together (with her eye for decor) something that WE liked and could budget. She immediately understood my taste and gave me suggestions accordingly. I'm a visual learner and she went out of her way to help me see everything together. Her assistant Jessica was also such a pleasure to work with. She answered our questions when Sonia was busy and was so helpful in keeping us up to date with appointments as well as many other post decor appointment options. I didn't get the chance to meet our site supervisor Marco but my husband said he was easy to work with and was quick to document and rectify and issues/concerns/changes we had during the walkthrough. Lastly, Angie has been so wonderful in helping us navigate through our closing while we sell our current home. She has kept us up to date on potential closing dates and been so accommodating. Thank you Mosaik Homes staff for making this experience so positive and for helping us build our dream home.

Horrible customer service experience not only me but whole street and most of them filed conciliation with Tarion. I am not sure why Owner (Builder) does not take initiative to take time from his busy routine to make in person call to homeowner and ask 1.where is the issue. 2. What caused the conciliation to happen. Its the customer service rudeness and behavioral thing that caused the issues.
Would never recommend anyone to buy home from this builder.

Making choice of your dream home builder could be very challenging and stressful. Mosaik Homes works for me, we had to modify our plan adding and removing to meet our needs. Mr Rob is such a humble guy, he understands how stressful it could be for buyers, Rob helped us with payment schedules and other advise. We try to make our home like the model homes and even better, its being almost two years now since we moved in.we continue to thank God for the Grace for my family to live in this beautiful home. Although, little issue to be fix, Mosaik assured all will be taking care off. If you are looking to buy in Kleinburg Ontario, I recommend Mosaik Homaik
