Amazing food and great service. Probably the best Korean BBQ I've had in the city. Would recommend 10/10.

I came here on a Saturday night, it wasn’t too busy and we didn’t have to wait for a table. The menu has lots of options! I had the Saturday special (soon doo boo with pork) and it was average. The pork wasn’t tasty but the soup was good and medium spice was a good level. There were about 4 different banchan dishes - my boyfriend liked the kimchi. I tried his gamja-tang and it was a lot tastier!

Their pork bbq is fresh and delicious
I usually order bbq w Soybean stew set! It's my all-time favourite.

Great food with good prices. Mom and pop shop that is worth the visit. Perfectly aged kimchi and other delicious chaban. And yes, they do make a splendid pork bone soup.

The gamjatang or pork bone soup was delicious, also because it was not drenched in spice like many other places.note they don't have refillable banchans or side dishes here

Came here today at 1: 30pm and it was empty. The owner was chill and welcoming. A nice family run restaurant!

The grilled mackerel was out of this world! Tender, not fishy and so perfectly grilled. Highly recommend. Their picked radish was delicious as well!

Note - their side dishes cost extra to refill which I don't blame them for food waste and food inflation. It was perfect for us and we devoured everything!

Owl person has always been here for the night snacks. There are over thousands of Korean restaurants selling pork bone soup in Toronto; in my opinion, the capacity standard is the only measurable for it. Could anybody who understands this soup tell me which one it's the best in Toronto? I appreciate

The owner is incredibly sweet and efficient. We came in as a group of 11 people at 10pm on a Sunday night and he helped us combined tables together. I ordered the beef tofu soup not knowing it has eggs inside and he replaced my soup right away without the eggs. The side dishes were also so delicious!

Keep in mind that the bill can’t be split!

We ordered pork BBQ and seafood pancakes. It turns out for 50. As its price, meal servings are small. And the pork really chewy, pancakes also very thin… Very disappointed. Not worthy to eat.

Absolutely amazing! Came here to try a new place out and we weren’t disappointed.

One drawback I guess would be the menu - it can be quite overwhelming since it’s a lot of korean and english text mixed together, and no photos. It wasn’t enough of a con for me to take a star off though.

We ordered: traditional soy bean soup (dwejang jigae) and beef short rib (kalbi). It was the perfect combination!

Both our orders, plus all the side dishes, were delicious! My husband and I cleaned off every plate, haha!

Service was good. Quick and friendly. We came on a Thursday evening so it wasn’t that busy or crowded.

Overall would definitely dine here again. We were already planning out our next order before we even finished our meal! Hahaha!

Pretty pork bone stew. It has a fermented taste with lots of stewed bome meat. The seafood pancake was large but i would say it was a little over priced for what I was getting. The side dishes were delicious. Note they charge $1 for refills per side dish.

The service was kind of slow; I assume they are quite short staffed. As I think it was the owner serving us.

Their menu was a little hard to read. The font makes it hard to differentiate the different items. When I went to the bathroom, I realized after reading an article on the wall that they are also known for some traditional hand cut noodles, so I didn't find this out till afterwards. I would have gave it a try if I had known. Overall, I would try this place again.

Best seafood pancake I ever had not gonna lie ️️️ the boss here is kinda… mad at the time for some reasons, not the most welcoming boss but is fine if you just say excuse me and stuff, he will come to you:) would recommend!

This is a great and reliable place if you're looking for a homey mom and pop Korean restaurant. My friends and I came here after a long day of hiking and we were craving Korean cold noodles and I went based off the ratings.

The man working there was humorous and prompt and the restaurant felt as if you were stepping into someone's second home.

The banchan (side dishes) were really good we practically finished it before our food had even arrived.

I got number 53 which was a spicy marinated noodle which was really good and quite spicy which I didn't mind at all. It was flavourful and the noodle were delightfully chewy. I also tried my friend's dish which was number 61, which was a perfectly mild and chilled cold noodle that relieved the spiciness of my dish.

I would definitely love to come back when I'm in the area, there's some great food here!

This review would be five stars if not for the $1 charge for all additional side dishes. This is a staple for Korean restaurants, and it was a bit of bummer to see several signs pointing to an extra charge for all additional side dish refills, when the vast majority of Korean restaurants refill my kimchi or bean sprouts for free.

Otherwise, excellent food here - we ordered the Gamjatang (pork bone soup) and were not disappointed. Cute, authentic and traditional atmosphere and you really feel like this is a real Korean family-owned restaurant. Service was great and friendly, but be ready to watch YouTube explanation videos on movies during your dining experience haha.

Would like to try some other dishes like Kalbi, Katsu or Jajamiang if we decide to come back.

One the of the best legit Korean restaurant in Midtown. Very friendly owner and likes to talk to customers.

The food is really delicious and authentic.
We recommend the Gamjatang and rice cake. Those are really tasteful and good portion. Will return here another time for more food for sure.

We love the PORK BONE soup at this place!

We got the naengmyeon & jajangmyeon! Loved both. Side dishes were amazing, definitely feel the traditional vibe.

Kimchi jjigae was delicious sizzling when it came out and the rice was the fluffiest ever.keep coming back for more.

It's pricey and the quality of the food doesn't match it. The pork didn't taste as great, the meat dishes comes with a LOT of vegetables and not enough protein.

Hidden gem, underrated. They have the best pork bone soup in the neighborhood and really delicious side dishes. It's a must try and highly recommended!
