Great support, professional service, very knowledgeable. Valerio installed a device in a difficult spot in our home and went above and beyond to make it both work and look great. He really put in the effort and didn't cut corners. Highly recommend.

What AMAZING customer service from London Motion! Our son was set to be Best Man at his best friend's wedding and our portable lift stopped working. Of course, on a Friday night, after hours. There is no way we could get our son ready for the wedding without a lift. Everyone was distraught.

I called at 5: 30 in the evening and service actually personally answered the phone and offered to do their best to help. They agreed to meet me at 9 am Saturday morning. I went to Motion in London and Erin Scott was so caring and helpful and loaned us a lift. The wedding was SAVED! All because the staff at Motion focus on their clients' needs and go above and beyond.

THANK YOU all from the bottom of my heart!

I have had the opportunity to meet Colin and we were able to rectify all issues. As a result my opinion has changed to 5. The issues with the stairlifts were beyond Motion's control and Colin is actively investigating the situation in order that it won't continue to happen.
Colin was also kind enough to go out of his way to investigate mobility scooters for me and gave me in depth information regarding one that I was interested in.
I will continue to shop with Motion and look forward to shortly buying a scooter.
The service technician Valerio is a super awesome gentleman, very kind, patient and knows the working side of stairlifts. %

DO NOT BUY STAIR LIFTS FROM THIS COMPANY. I paid $6,000.00 for 2 approximately 4 weeks ago and I haven't had 2 consecutive days of either of them working. Tried to speak to the manager Colin? But he was too busy shuffling papers and I couldn't hear him. He wasn't too busy to take my money. Use Acorn Stairlifts.that's their specialty

Excellent service! Donna was amazing! I was thoroughly impressed and satisfied with the great lift chair options provided. I was given so much valuable information including the exact measurements, product functions, etc.etc. My elderly mother (91 years old) loved the lift chair. The fabric was so perfect. Everything about my experience with MotionCares was exemplary.

Was at Motion specialties London this week. Am having a hip replacement. When I came ino the store the staff at this store was so friendly and very knowledgeable. They help me with everything I needed and set my walker and Airgo cane to fit me perfect. They made me feel so comfortable and prepared for my surgery. Thank you to all the front staff. I sure will be telling my friends to visit this store when needing medical needs.

Due to the pandemic and unforseen uncontrollable circumstances my new wheelchair took far longer than anticipated, even though it was not in the control of anyone at Motion they went above and beyond to ensure i got it as quickly as possible. Hillary made regular inquiries ect to be sure i was not delayed any further. She did way more than she was required to and remained understanding and kind i am forever grateful and appreciative. My new chair is incredible and with the ilevel Hilary helped to get me funded i can now reach (literally) new levels of frieedom which will seem small to kost. However living your life in a wheelchair it is a huge deal. And thank you Brian for having it ready so quickly your kindness is very appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you and the team at motion do.

I was in a jam as both my daughters wheelchair and stroller broke down at the same time. I am so grateful for the wonderful service I got from Brian Griffiths! Brian was knowledgeable, friendly and had all the repairs done sooner than promised with delivery to our door. I highly recommend Motion and Brian.

Stopped in today to get a minor adjustment on a wheelchair purchased for my mother earlier this year - simply to get the handles raised by 1-2 inches. There were 3 screws involved - yet they refused to do it.claiming it would take "over half an hour" to do the work and that they were "too busy". It was 2: 30 on a Wednesday afternoon, with no-one else in the store. They aren't open weekends and only from 9-5 so a return visit would involve taking another half day off work to get this 5-10 minute task done, and NO Motion Specialties - I can't leave the wheelchair with you and pick it up a few days later, because my mother needs to USE it!

Not impressed - we paid almost $6,000 for a wheelchair and this was the one and only adjustment ever requested. Once they have your money they are obviously not at all interested in after-sales service. As a bonus they threw in some really unhelpful and unfriendly attitude. Once I got home, I called another provider (Duramed) to ask how long it would take to do this work and was told only a few minutes, no appointment needed, come in anytime.

So shop else where - avoid Motion Specialties - they really don't care about making the equipment work for you. Once they have your money, you're on your own.
