Motion matters is a very welcoming sports clinic, the personal is very friendly and and they helped me a lot dealing with my shoulder problems.

Kathy is the best! Previously to seeing Kathy, I spent 6 months of physio at another place. After 6 months, I saw no improvement. After about one month of exercises from Kathy, I felt so much better! I have a very physical job so Kathy tailored my exercises so not only was I in less pain (back, hip, pelvis), but I was stronger for my job! I highly recommend Kathy!

I've been seeing Aaron to work on tendonitis in my elbow/wrist and he is great. He is attentive and is helping to decrease my pain, and we have great chats while he's working on my arm.

Love the owner, Donna. She is one of a kind in terms of professionalism and care. Love all the receptionists.: always kind and helpful! Love both locations but prefer the West end location. Closer home and more intimate.
