My experience with Motor Home Travel was outstanding.off the charts.couldn’t have been better. 10 out of 10.

It all started with a lady. Cee Jay.

I went in.no appointment.looking for help in organizing a motor home trip to our home in Florida for my wife (who has recently been deemed wheelchair dependent for life) and I.

Well.you would have thought the King of England had arrived.

Nothing was too much trouble. Cee asked tons of questions so as to understand exactly what we were looking to do and what our hopes and expectations were. She is an incredible listener.

Then she took me out to look at a couple of motor homes that she thought might suit our purpose.

We went back inside to review things. She said she would think about our plans and get back to me in a couple of days.

3 hours later I had a full proposal to look at covering three scenarios and one preferred recommendation of hers.

I was stunned.

Frankly. I’ve never seen anything like this. She was amazing.

My sense was that the whole organization leans this way. They are in business for one reason and one reason only … their customer.

Most impressive.

Cee Jay is the star of Motorhome Travel. Sie was very patient in explaining all the features of the motorhome to us as we were only used to the European motorhome standard which is very different from the North American. She also had great advice as to our travel route. Pick up and return were done in a very effective and professional manner.

Be sure to inspect very carefully. The tv mount in the RV we rented had a small crack in it and was not screwed in properly so the tv immediately swung while driving and broke and we had to pay over $800 to replace a tv we didn’t even watch one time. The unit was not in great shape overall and there was also dog hair in unit (we did not have a dog in it at any time). We also had to wait for hours there. Would not recommend.

Rented a 34 feet rv july 2018.its our 4th time rving through usa and canada.we know to tell good service from bad.

if you are planning to start rving in North east usa or east canda start right there! The service you will get is the best you can imagine.
Just a good advice: dont order through any middle agencies.go strait to there website and order from them.they know thier job better than any middle agency or supplier.

We’ve owned a motorhome from Motorhome Travel Canada since 2017 as part of a Canadian province a year dream we had for our son and our daughter who was born with a complex heart condition. Our RV is rented out and managed by MTC when not used by us. We always look forward to our time with our unit and, when things are not perfect with the RV, we know we can rely on Ash for timely and helpful service on the road and when back in Bolton. When we were dealing with a faulty water pump this year, Ash managed to coordinate for us to get road support in New Brunswick while he was on a service job in Northwestern Ontario. Without his help, which we were very thankful for, we might have just turned and limped back to Bolton. Don’t forget CJ and Harry who always strive to make sure our vacation vehicle is available when we want it and, if it not available due to unexpected circumstances, have been most accommodating by providing alternatives that ensured our road trips were not postponed or cancelled.

We will cherish many good memories from every RV trip was have made!

Nothing but good things to say about Motorhome travel. This is my second time renting a 37ft Luxury RV and will do it again.

Horrible. They have had my motor home since October of last year. It has been in for repairs and they are giving us the run around. It is a different story every time and it’s getting out of hand. We are now out an entire summer of camping due to their lack of professionalism. I would HIGHLY recommend, you choose anywhere else if you need something done.

100% satisfaction with MHTC - took my RV in for repair - everyone that I was in contact with was very friendly and professional. Most importantly they were able to fix my issue and had me back on the road before my upcoming trip.

As a first time RV renter, I have nothing but positive things to say about Motorhome Travel Canada! The staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and overall very helpful with my travel needs. We recently rented a Class C motorhome for a road trip with some friends, and given our short notice and budget, the team was quickly able to find us the perfect rental and explained how everything worked in great detail. Very quick response times with any urgent questions we had forgotten to ask in person, and an overall amazing first experience. Had an awesome trip and will definitely be going back to MHTC!

CeeJay did a great job explaining how everything in the motor home worked. It was so easy. I would def recommend seeing her when you need a motor home.

Cee Jay really came thru when I was in a bind. Found me an excellent RV to rent with only two days notice. Couldn’t be happier with the service! Very professional and they go above and beyond!

We rented a Coachmen RV for almost three weeks in September-October. First day at the rental took a lot of time to get all the paperwork done, CJ was helpful and first impression was good. We returned our motorhome and left the keys on a box as it was said. Since then we have been trying to contact CJ or anybody else from this company to get our deposit 4000CAD back! Been e-mailing countless letters, calling and leaving messages but still no response. Giving time and staying calm but its six week since returning the RV. Really upset and dissapointed! If you wish to have a nice holiday and don't want to waste your time later on getting your money back then keep away of this business!
