Dr Aditi Lakhani was our family doctor for just about 3 years or so. You would expect a doctor to address your concerns, but that is not what she does. First of all, she seems to be far too young to be a family doctor. She doesn't have the knowledge or work ethic you would expect from a doctor. I brought in my child for his shots, and she got offended because I wanted her to prepare the vaccine in front of me. I have a right to see what you are putting into my child. She was really annoyed that I didn't trust her. (She kept advocating the Covid-19 vaccine). Further, I lost my mom due to cancer, and 2 months of crying caused some sort of pain in my interior neck area (where the Adam's apple of a male would be). When I went to her and stated my concerns, she just looked at my throat with a stick and nonchalantly told me that I was just being paranoid because of the recent death of my mother. I went to a clinic and later a hospital for a second opinion, and I was diagnosed with a possible thyroid cancer. Any respectable doctor would have sent the patient to get an ultrasound. I ended up having my tyroid completely removed. Who is the paranoid one now, eh? Stay away from this clinic. Stay away from Dr Aditi Lakhani. That's free advice.

Front desk receptionist are very rude
I went with my girlfriend and they sit on their phone acknowledge us and continue having a conversation and laughing ignore us for 5 mins
Till whenever there were ready
And They talk to us with a attitude

Dr.woo is an amazing doctor. But the receptionist there is so rude. Always has an attitude. Sometimes I don’t like to call in to book an appointment because of the unnecessary attitude or tone in her voice

I’ve been a client of the pharmacy for over 20 years; their customer service is outstanding, very professional and polite with customers.

The Drs arent bad, IF you can get in to see them. Nobody wants/can see you. Then, when you find a new dr in the clinic its apparently against the rules. & Dont even get me started on the reception, Kim. Horrible. Awful. The worst lady, clearly hates her job. I avoid calling at all cost because shes super rude. I will literally have my mom call for me because this lady gives me anxiety. Honestly, been going here my whole life it was my family dr but im done & over it now until they find a new reception.

My family and I have been patients here happily for years starting with Dr. Wilcox, and now with Dr. Wu!

I have been going to this office for a few years and have had absolutely no issues making appointments or seeing my doctor. I am able to get someone right away and they help me right away with all my requests. Dr Wu is absolutely phenomenal.

I consider myself one of the luckiest people in the city! Dr. Frydrych (Seymour, but I'm sure Paul is great too!) is amazing. He has looked after me for most of my life and is now taking great care of my children. Caring, responsive and as fun as a GP can be:)

Honestly horrible, the doctor I got is next to impossible to get a hold of and then informed me that she is only helping me "as a courtesy" like I am some kind of burden, in spite of them being my family doctor.

I've never been so angry with a doctor in my life, Ive gotten almost 0 care in the 2 years I have been with them as a "family" doctor. It's honestly sickening.

I like Dr. Wu. He is a very good dr.he is not rushing. He listen and will call you even like 9pm when there's something wrong or even a little bit concerned with your health or lab test result. I used to have a family dr.at the same clinic but she left and turned over all the patients to dr. Wu. We are so happy to have him. I highly recommend him.

I took my mother who is in a wheelchair for an appointment. While there is a ramp at the back entrance for patients in wheelchair, the accessible button to open the door does not work. I had to struggle to physically pull the door open to get the wheelchair in and out of the building. The building management needs to have this fixed because accessibility is very important

I cannot reach my doctor when I call, and trying to speak to an actual person always takes multiple calls. They won't answer until the fourth or fifth call every time. This is so unprofessional and is quickly becoming the norm. The responsibility is always deferred when you ask why the service is so slow. Is this what public health has come to? If the reception staff is so deplorable, get someone who can do their job properly.

Dr Narine is the worst Dr I have ever had the displeasure of seeing. The absolute worst choice for replacing an amazing Dr like Dr Crummey. I will be getting another family Dr and highly suggest you don't waste your time with this fool.

Every time I called no matter the reason the people who answered the phone transferred me at least 4 times and everyone one of them told me to hold and they were very unprofessional. Sometimes they did not pick up or when putting me on hold, the machine said do not leave a message and the call dropped. You will not be able to be served even when booking an appointment with your FAMILY doctor. They are not helpful or trying to do their job what so ever. Do not go here. Only after demanding the office manager was I able to get my prescription through a Nurse Practitioner.

I have been going here for a few years now, sometimes it can be hard to get ahold of receptions but i find they do a pretty good job at returning messages if you leave a message. Overall pleasant experience, i do wish the life labs was open right now. My doctor Is Dk. Aditi Lakhani and she is excellent, shes always on time she listens she is on top of everything even through covid her phone appointments shes on time and listens and always helps, through this pandemic she has been great

Let me start off by saying the service was this horrible before COVID too.

Rare for the phone to be answered, and if it’s answered or if you get a call back from Kim it’s rare that she will actually listen or help you.

I had to edit this comment to add that the Doctors also are horrible. I had a phone appointment with Dr. Howell 2 months ago for a dermatologist referral. She even asked me which area I would like and to see one in. When I called back because I heard nothing she replied to a receptionist email asking where and if I had anyone in mind I wanted a referral to. So clearly after our appointment 2 months ago she completely disregarded the appointment and went about her day as if we never spoke.

I have been going to this clinic for over 50 yrs. The doctors are great the girls that work there are great especially Kim she's always ready to help you by answering questions

Doctors are professional and very helpful. The on-site lab is useful for getting blood tests when required. However it seems impossible to call and get a hold of anyone in the office. Not sure why all administrative staff are unable to answer the phone, hold, and transfer calls.

Dr Shin left and I was not notified. I had to call to find out. I chose this clinic bc it has after hours acceptance and Dr shin was open after hours and weekends, The replacement Dr Lacani, female doctor decided to have a schedule 9-3pm and no weekends bc her patience health is not a priority. We need to work on her schedule.bc at 3 she goes home. Ridiculous

I have never met a more disturbing and revolting human being than one of your receptionist or whatever you would like to call her, KIM. When I showed up for my appointment I was "abruptly late" as she stated and I would have to come back and re-book my appointment. She smelt like booze, slurring her words, most definitely buzzed on something! Did not even seem like she was in her place just standing around hovering the rest of the receptionist. I will NEVER come back here for services as this was my first time getting a new doctor. Your team might want to re-evaluate the people you have working for you are under the influence of booze and drugs!

My family has been going to see Dr. Chong since the early 90s and he's always taken good care of us. The staff is friendly and attentive.

This place is a joke and the manager is ridiculously rude! She has a very bad attitude and talks down to people like she owns the place!

Came to the walk in on 12/27 cause i was wheezing badly! The young lady Dr sent me for a chest xray she also gave me a prescription for inhalers. She said she will call to let me know if I should need antibiotics or just get the prescription filled! As of today i have heard NOTHING! 01/02/19. I now understand why people complain of our HEALTH CARE
SYSTEM. Its sad really.

My family has been going to this medical group since the 1960's! The best medical Drs.ever.they listen to all your questions and concerns. The staff is remarkable. Always returns calls and answers everything needed.

This place has the worst customer service - they just don't care about their patients. They turn their phones off between 11: 30am-12: 30pm (which is completely understandable during lunch hour) but then they ask that you call back after 12: 30pm. Cool, no problem, I'll call back at 1: 00pm. Phones were never turned back on and you can't leave a message. Even on the times you do get through, the receptionists are so rude. No matter how nice you are.

The clinic is well run, pretty easy to get appointments and they have good workshops and after-hours clinic. Unfortunately the current doctors taking new patients are incompetent.
