Mount Joy Animal Clinic

My mother in law's puppy passed away and this was his vet. Walked into clinic and I couldn't even get the words out but the tech understood and consoled us in our grief.

Our dog Tebow also comes here and we are so satisfied with his care also.

Friendly and caring vets and staffs whom all made my pets visit so much more easier and relieved.

Everyone is very kind and super gentle with our dogs. Gunner has anxiety and they are so patient with her. I have been coming here for over 20 years now and even with the change in vets and where I live (takes a lot longer to get there) I would 100% recommend mount joy. My pups are 6 and 10 and still have great energy:)

Dr HU is the best Vet I have ever had for my 3 precious babies.

Dr Hu listens and addresses any and all concerns that you may have. She has taken superior care of my cats, especially my Oldest Bailey.

Love your new technology apps and how you are trying to make it seamless. Dr Tran is a fantastic person and the same ideologies seem to be followed up by the team too. Rio actually gets excited when we arrive there!
One suggestion would be to maintain pricing.
Dr Hu is excellent and we will surely miss Dr Tran.

Brought my dog in for ACL surgery, now we are dealing with an MRSA infection which was found on the hardware (tested by the emergency vet) … when we received her back, she was hypothermic, epidural had not worn off yet, and was hardly conscious. We are at a loss for words, she has endured so much and we are not near the end of the MRSA infection.

Dr. Fong is very knowledgeable and patient, and all the staff are very caring about the pet.

My family and I unfortunately had to say goodbye to our beloved Bruno on New Years day of this year. As Mount Joy was understandably closed, our experience at another clinic made us very grateful for the many years Bruno was cared for at Mount Joy. It would be difficult for any stranger to see Bruno the way we did because he was very protective of himself. He would have to be muzzled and the waiting room needed to be cleared of any other dogs. However, the team at Mount Joy had always supported us through caring for Bruno in the best way possible while making him feel comfortable. I never felt judged and instead was provided advice in how to care for him more. We had the pleasure of working with Dr. Erica in his early years, Dr. Trann, and Dr. Stephanie. They were thorough with him, walked us through procedures, trusted our understanding of what he’s comfortable with, and didn’t try to up sell us. Bruno had terrible experiences at his previous vet clinic so I was nervous when I wasn’t allowed to attend his appointments during the pandemic. Although he was still feisty during his appointment, he was always returned to me in good spirits – something I did not experience in the past.

I highly recommend Dr. Trann and her team to care for your furfamily. It speaks volumes when an anxious dog like Bruno is not fearful of visiting the vet despite working with multiple veterinarians at the clinic. The entire team, including the assistants and receptionists, are across the board caring and passionate about their work.

Though we are still deeply saddened by this loss, we find peace knowing that Bruno was well taken care of. Thank you Mount Joy for the many years of servicing our Bruno.

Very greatful to all the wonderful staff at Mount Joy Animal Clinic. I have been going there for over 13 years and have always received the best care for my dogs. I highly recommend this clinic.

The staff was very friendly and there was a lot of communication to ensure the booking/cancelling process was smooth. The doctor that I saw was really nice, but I can't help but find her a little bit intimidating.

We've had a great experience at Mount Joy every time we've come. Not only are they very welcoming and friendly, but I truly feel that my dog's best interests are always at the forefront. It's not transactional in any way - we feel respected and appreciated and safe at Mount Joy. Thank you! Highly recommend.

Today, I have visited first time to this clinic and I like the way how dr E Fong and her assistant handled my cat while checkup and giving vaccines. She explained nicely everything what I asked. Staff is also friendly.

Dr. Yu has been taking care of my dog for a few years now and we have been really impressed with her care. She is an excellent communicator and I never feel like she's trying to sell me on anything. I would highly recommend her and anyone else at the clinic

All of the staff at Mount Joy Animal Clinic was helpful in answering all of my questions. Dr. Hu explained all of the procedures and necessary medications thoroughly so I understand what is needed for my puppy. I was the last appointment of the night and did not felt rushed to leave even though I was late for my appointment.

Dr. Trann is the only vet I have ever taken my 11 year-old Golden Retriever for his needs. I'm 100% happy with every visit there, and my dog loves visiting there too. I always learn something more each time I go there. You can be completely confident in Dr. Trann and her associates. My dog has had the best of care all his life. I'm very grateful that my best forever-friend, who's getting up in years, has had the heart-felt and experienced veterinary care that I can always count on. My only concern is - please don't retire!

Dr. Hu has always been an excellent doctor for our dog! She's thorough, knowledgeable, and importantly, has a great bedside manner. She's patient and takes time explaining things to us, as well as answering our questions and adress our concerns.

The staffs were friendly and very gentle with our dog.

Overall, we love this animal clinic and would highly recommend it to others when opportunity arises.
