Very nice office with friendly staff. Dr Dragana performed a repair on my tooth today that was basically pain free. She is a very skilled dentist that shows passion for dental care. Would definitely recommend this office.

Every visit to Mountain Creek Dental Center is a terrific experience. The staff makes you feel as if you are part of a family! I have, unfortunately, had a myriad of "bad" dental experiences, so when I discovered this facility, it was amazing.and for the first time in a very, very long time, I actually felt good about "going to the dentist". I have been going to this practice for several years now, and will never, ever consider going elsewhere.

A week ago we came to Canada from Ukraine. Our son urgently needed dental care. So we went to Mountain Creek Dental Center near where we live. At the front desk we were met by Ashley, helpful and friendly. We were admitted without appoitment as our son was in acute pain. The treatment was carried out quickly and efficiently by Dr. Saul Dimitry. We are very grateful and thankful. The best specialists work here! Thank you very much! I recommend!

Anyone who knows me is that I’m terrified of the dentist. I knew I had to get some work done and it had been a FEW years! This place made me feel very comfortable! Everyone was very nice! Definitely going to be a regular!

My eight year old had to have a tooth pulled last week and it was the best experience. She was so anxious and the hygienists and dentist really made her feel special. As we were leaving she said "I love this place! " Thanks for always providing the best care and experience - and the coins for kids toys are beyond fun for them! We love this place.

I had my first visit today. Honestly the best service. Felt super comfortable from checking in to examination. I needed urgent care and they were able to fit me in. The dentist and the assistant were both amazing women and super helpful. Def coming back and would recommend

Absolutely amazing people that work here had a wisdom tooth pulled that was absolutely killing me they froze me and had it out painlessly in 20 minutes! Amazing staff super friendly been coming here since I was a kid 8-10 years at least, and can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience highly recommend! Great job team.keep up great work

Since she started her dental practice in Hamilton, Dr. Michelle and her staff have been amazing. My entire family enjoys our dental visits each and every time due to the care we receive at Mountain Creek Dental Centre.

Absolutely the most friendliest, most comfortable dental place! I’ve always have had a fear of anything being done to my teeth. They make me feel like I’m consuming beers at the beach staring at lovely women in bikinis! LOL

Dr Baik He is one guy who has surpassed my expectations. Katie hygienist also proved that my last hygienist was not the end all and be all.

Moved to the area and was referred by my roommate. Initial contact and booking was super easy, Michelle was lovely and quick- I had sent an email and within 8 mins I was booked for new patient exam and X-rays and a cleaning. Came in, had my X-rays with my hygienist (I have a small mouth and a weird pallet so this is usually very uncomfortable for me and she was honestly so gentle and patient. I had zero discomfort). Terrible with names but she is the only hygienist I’ll probably ever go to now. She made me feel really comfortable and was entertaining and interesting. Met with doctor Alex during all this to check for cavities and to inspect my wisdom teeth and he was super nice. Booked in with Doc Alex to take my teeth out like 1.5 weeks later. Came in, the assistant was lovely and made me comfortable, Alex came in and got me all set up and was very calming and nice. He took my teeth out and it was painless due to freezing but my anxiety also wasn’t that bad because I felt like I was in good hands. I don’t have insurance and all I’m going to say is I’m glad I waited to find Dr. Alex to take my teeth out. A few days later I felt like something was wrong with one of my more difficult extractions- I was told it wasn’t an infection over the phone but of course the next day I felt worse and started to worry. They got me into see doctor Saul within the hour and he confirmed it wasn’t infected but I had bitten my cheek pretty bad and that’s the pain I was feeling (thank god!). So I’m on day 4 now after surgery and aside from biting my damn self, I have no discomfort or pain. Maybe a little of that discomfort can be attributed to the more difficult extraction but all in all, if I didn’t bite myself, I would be feeling almost nothing. Not what I expected! I thought my life would be hell for at least 2 weeks considering he took out 5 teeth. I’ve already recommended a friend to do her teeth there before she moves abroad and even though I’m moving away, I’ll be doing my ortho with dr. Saul and all future cleanings there. The drive is worth a nice dentist and staff whom I don’t dread seeing. Highly recommend!

First visit today, just moved to the area. Happy I found this place. My kids had their first visit today, everyone was very friendly and professional. My kids enjoyed their first visit.

Went in with a concern that did not get addressed on the first visit. “Due to time”
Went for a cleaning, check up etc.
X-rays, examination and charting takes up most time, Dr check up, less than 2 minutes, “actual cleaning” less than 20 minutes.

My family and I have been going to Mountain Creek Dental for over 10 years! They have the BEST staff.caring, kind and knowledgeable. Even my kids look forward to getting their teeth done just to be able to see Dr. Michelle and Dr. Alex. Thank you for being so good to us:)

Very professional and friendly staff. Kelsie and Jennifer are wonderful at the front desk welcoming you as soon as you walk in. Dr. Alex and his team are wonderful as well makes you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anybody!

I am a patient of Mountain Creek Dental since it's opening. The staff are courteous and professional. I went yesterday and they are very prepared to fight the spread of Covid-19. All the staff are wearing sheilds and masks. My temperature was taken upon arrival. They also have a short Questionnaire that lets them know you are safe to enter as a patient. Highly recommend.

I have had 3 dental appointments in 3 weeks due to dental issues. Each time I was looked after in a very professional, caring manner by the dentists, hygienist and receptionist. Very much appreciated their friendly experienced care.

I highly recommend our dental team. They are caring, highly skilled and welcoming. My wife and I couldn’t be more satisfied.

Always a pleasant experience! Starts at the front door and carries on thru to the last operatory. For the first time in my life, I have only good comments about the dentist here. I see Dr Kizel and she truly is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I had a great hygienist today and she was super as well. Since I don’t like going to any dentist, they helped me feel relaxed and I could joke around with them. Always a great experience at Mountain Creek Dental. They are always very accommodating to my busy schedule. I really enjoy being able to communicate with them through text, email and phone; with my preferred method being text. The whole team is always friendly and knowledgeable and the clinic itself is very clean.
