Everytime I had been there.it has been a pleasure experience.the staff and drs are great. I have not had to wait very long and received the meds I needed to get rid of my sickness.

Extremely bad they don’t respect the timing they announce and had to come long drive and they said no doctor available

I have been using this clinic Off & On for quite some time and Meeting Dr. Cutbush at this clinic presently, during the worst time in my life has been a God Send! He's just a fantastic, understanding, well versed individual to talk too that really understands my situation and makes me feel better after every visit! Thanks for being you Doc!

My experience really sucked I went to the hospital for my 3-year-old son wouldn’t take him in

If I could give this a negative star rating, I would. I don't know what kind of doctors they employ there, but when I'm paying to have a doctors note made and then am denied, they need to lose their licence to practice. Telling people that they aren't sick enough for a doctors note and wont be issued one. Do not go here if you value your own health.

They never answer the phone, I’ve been calling for the past few days to get my results and no one answers the phone EVER.

Horrible service. This was my first time going to this clinic. I called the clinic to ask about having a pap test done with a female doctor. I was told that I could make an appointment and so I did. I even called on a different day to confirm. At the appointment day, I left work early (unpaid time to go), went to the clinic and to my surprise, it was closed. I rang the bell and after waiting for awhile, someone ended up picking up. I mentioned about the appointment and asked if I could see the doctor. The person was rude, said appointments don't exist at this clinic and said that the clinic was closed and I should just go during other walk-in times. This was an upsetting experience and a waste of time.

This clinic is useless, went here & waited for 2 hours, the doctor just told me to just take tylenol, & just come back if my symptoms are severe, seriously? I went to the other doctor & was prescribed antibiotics for throat infection! A doctor supposed to treat sick people not wait for the sickness to become more serious…rating the doctor -0! Putting patients lives at risk, scarry!

I waited 2 hours with a post nasal drip based cough that was so violent it was setting thr nerves off in my upper chest and arms. I waited 2 hours to see the doctor, while those who came in after me were seen first. When I finally got to see the doctor, I was in the middle of a very painful coughing fit. His first words were "what the hell is wrong with you, and don't remove your mask. " He asked if I tested for covod, I told him I did and negative, only symptom was the cough. He said he didn't believe me and refused treatment.

I go into my normal walk in clinic on Monday morning, in and out in 30 min, script in hand and an actual diaognosis. A real caring doc.

There was no one in the place. I walked up and stood there for a few mins as the door was locked. The receptionist just looked at me standing there. Then grabbed a sign and put it on the inside of the door right in front of my face and walked away.

Silly policy of requesting a covid test in front of them - but have no supply of tests and only maybes as to who might have them a drive away. Posted March 2023. Hoping this can save people driving there only to drive back home or someone else to play the test game. At least post this information on web media and indicate this requirement on vmail.

I have visited this clinic 5-6 times and never had a bad experience. I’m going back today and will update.
***UPDATE:
The staff was courteous and helpful, the doctor was also very nice and explained everything in detail and has answered questions in a kind and professional manner. I was the last patient in, after me they’ve locked the doors, but as another patient was leaving, someone was able to sneak in and they were not turned away. The only “negative” was that if you have a cough or fever, chills or other COVID symptoms, you have to take a COVID rapid test, which they provide and you can do it in your car.

Although it was a busy day and there was quite a wait people were moved along as expected. Reception was pleasant enough and Dr. Faizah Ilyas was personable professional and knowledgeable I did have to end up going to Urgent care but she gave me a signed note so I could give it to the doctor at urgent care that greatly helped out. I have been sick for 2 days, I walk in and they tell me the doctor won’t see me unless I’ve been sick for 3 days.
Absolutely pathetic

If I could give negative stars this place would be a -5. I am forced to go here occasionally as they are one of the few clinics open on weekends and each time it's brutal. Now they want you to show a negative covid test before they will see you. Ofcourse they do not tell you this over the phone. I don't know who has time to go there, then go home then go back with a negative covid test (and let's be real here the accuracy of them is questionable at best). So yes be war of this place, I would rather go to a hospital and wait it out then come back here again.

Called before going in to see how long the wait was before I had to be at work. Front staff said they were dead and I would be in and out. Rush in to have the front staff to tell me, they needed a negative Covid test before the Dr would see me. I ask the receptionist why I was not told this over phone, as I was talking the receptionist got up and walked away! Miss the old staff here! Maybe that is why this clinic is so dead now!

This places is absolutely terrible. They only accept cash which they don't tell you when you call ahead. Which is also Shady I'm sure it's getting pocketed. Then they give you misinformation then they tell you have to come back at a certain time and then when you come back at a certain time because you the doctor can't see you. As a Hospital employee this is absolutely unacceptable if you can avoid this walkdo it

Waited hours to see a doctor, in a packed waiting room full of screaming kids & adults, the staff kept bring everyone else in except me even people that had showed up like 2-3 hours after me. The waiting room by the time I got in was full again but with totally new people who were still getting in before me. I won't be using this place again.

Took my tetanus shot from doctor Hussain, great hand, didn’t even realized that I got the shot, pretty fast and great services, Dr. Hussain highly recommended.

Front lady was very rude, insisted we put on masks when we enters the building even tho 2 other individuals were NOT wearing masks but she was focused on us. Nobody in the building was co-operative, don’t recommend this clinic for help at all.

They’re the worst people and they don’t understand anything about eyes it’s better to visit your family doctor or find some other place better than this one! They’re mean to!
I have been waiting for 5 hours and they didn’t helped out! Waste of time coming here!

First appointment was awesome. Receptionist was pleasant and made an appointment on the phone. Doc was great, very nice. Said I had a sinus infection and the post nasal drip caused a cough to start and prescribed a short dose of antibiotics and a nose spray. Started to get a bit better and then cough started to get worse again and symptoms returned. Called and made a new appointment a week and a half after the first. Doc was 25 mins late. Sat down and started to ask me what was wrong, he read the chart stopping me in the middle of my sentence and asked of I had taken a new rapid covid test, I said no, I've been sick and haven't left my home. He replied and said "doesn't matter you have a fever and you shouldn't be here someone slipped up and should not have let you in" he got up and left the room and told me I needed to leave. I have never felt so gross or been more humiliated in my life, I left in tears. Will NEVER go back and I don't recommend anyone else go here either.

I would give the nurses working 5 stars and “Dr” Alli Hussan a solid 0 stars. If you get "Dr" Alli Hussan just leave he doesnt care or listen. I came with with an allergic reaction and he told me " it is all in your head" I was having a reaction to the steroids I was put on after my tumour removal (I found this out at emerge in the hospital). My skin was was soo irritated and sore and I was un able to sleep. He was no help what so ever, very ignorant, arrogant, and rude.

I am not sure how the doctor graduated medical school…after about a 30 seconds examination, I was referred to get an X-ray for a hip dislocation for 10 years old, who walked perfectly fine back from the practice and then started having pain late in the evening, and when I explained that he was fine after the practice, I was given a look like (I don’t deserve to be a mum) … after waiting for 3 hours at the hospital, the doctor there, who examined him properly said that it is just a strain in the muscle (which I suggested to the first doctor) and no X-ray needed! Thank the lord my son is fine, and I would stay another 10 hours to make sure he is ok, but for the clinic; very disappointing, judgmental, unprofessional and not enough examination done at all.

So far upsetting.
I called to ask how much tb tests were, I was told 80$ on July 22 midday.
I called around 1-1: 30 and was scheduled for a TB test at 3: 30. It was now 60$. So explain how prices changed in a weekend?
I arrived a few minutes before my appointment only to be told the doctors left for the day. Explain how your doctors left when there was a scheduled appointment?
Then when explaining I needed it today and asking for a reschedule tomorrow she got extremely rude and snappy interrupting me and explaining again how there are no doctors today and to come back tomorrow.

Disorganized, disrespectful, wasting not just my time but money as I left work early for this test. I don't think I'll be going back for my test. Horrible and totally negligent to patient care.

Horrible service. Doctor refuses to see anyone with possible covid symptoms not knowing fully the situation. Thank you to Nebo medical clinic for seeing me and effectively treating my laryngitis from ALERGIES on spot.

Terrible clinic that likes to change its "policies" every few weeks. Tried to get a neurological exam over concerning symptoms and was blasted a quick line refusing me medical treatment under their covid policy, of which I do not have. This clinic doesn't deserve to be open or run by this Doctor and should be shut down.

Was there today. Was a very quick visit. Reception was very nice and even gave me a bottle of water as I have been sick for a few days, but Dr hassan was the rudeness dr I have even been too. Even at one.point said " so what do you want to do I'm a busy person" the waiting room was empty as the clinic just opened.

The worst 'medical' center I've ever seen. Can't eat, drink, swallow, keeping me up at night with severe pain. And they refused to see me. Absolutely pitiful supposed to have medical morals and help people not lock them from entering for HELP

The Clinic in convenient, although it is busy, it is efficiently run and I didn't have to wait any longer.

HI, Went there on a Saturday morning expecting hours of wait and was very pleasantly surprised. 0 wait time, fill the initial questionaire, go see the doctor. Then straight to the pharmacy, which by the way, bills the insurance directly if you are covered. Whole process, in and out less than 15 mins.
I will definitively recommend this place and it is my first choice if I ever need a walk in clinic again.

Dr. H is knowledgeable and helpful. He listens to your problem. Staff nurse is very coridial as well.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. I called today around 11: 30am explaining that I have all the symptoms of strep throat (fever, white spots on back of red inflamed throat, swollen lymphnodes) the receptionist cut me off and said that these are covid symptoms and the doctor will not see me with covid symptoms. I explained that I had taken 3 rapid tests over the past few days and that they were all negative. The receptionist replied that the tests aren't accurate and I need to go to the hospital and get a negative PCR.

I challenged why this clinic would rather I sit in an overcrowded, covid infected hospital waiting room for up to 12 hours just to simply get a negative PCR to receive the necessary antibiotics I need for strep throat? Receptionist responded the dr will not even provide a phone consult with me because of my covid symptoms. I guess that covid travels through the phone these days, right?

Went to the walk-in on Upper James at 1pm. Tested positive for strep throat immediately. I received my prescription in the pharmacy right beside the clinic and by 1: 37pm I was home treating my infection. All of this context is to highlight how PATHETIC and BEYOND DISGUSTING our healthcare system has really become. Places like Mountain Medical Walk-In Clinic should be reported for ignoring their due diligence in providing our right to receiving healthcare. I know that I will personally be reporting them to the ministry and I encourage all others here with similar experiences to do the same. Enough is enough.

Worst clinic I have been to in my whole life not because of the doctors but of the one old white haired receptionist absolutely disgustingly rude and arrogant if your having a bad day don’t come to work!

I have been going to this clinic for almost 4 years and have no problem at all, it is easy and convenient, instead of waiting for 2 hours, I can be out in 15 minutes

From the moment I stepped in the front door I felt comfortable. The receptionist was lovely as well as the nurse and Dr. Grandwilewski was the best doctor I have ever experienced! He has a great sense of humour, efficient yet not rushed.and very warm and friendly.everything a great doctor should be. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend!

The doctors of the clinic are very good, they treat the patients very well, I would advise to take advantage of the good facilities there.

I went to the clinic last Saturday and I had a best experience, Doctor treated all my skin tags well.

The clinic is run by good doctors and staff, and they are always willing assist you even if they have to do extra digging for you.

I had the best experience yesterday, where none of the other clinics took me in, I went to Mountain Medical and they took me in right away. I appreciate it.

Dr. H is one of my go to doctor for urgent care. The clinic is always open all days a week, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I went there on a busy Saturday morning, and the staff was able to take me in right away, I was out in 15 minutes. Thank you Doctor and the staff.

Went there today, and the receptionist was very accommodating, and friendly. The Doctor was very polite, professional, and took care of my medical issue. This wasn't my first visit here, and all my visits have been wonderful.

One star is alot for them. My son had fever and cough but he has a negative covid test so we just wanted to visit a doctor for his sickness. I called them and describe for them everything and they told me that is ok come and see the dr.
But when we arrived there they did not allow us to enter and we were wating for about 45 mins at the door even they see the negative covid result they did not allow us to enter and ask me to show them my negative test result too but I am not sick and I have no symptom. They are so rude

If I could give this zero stars I would. Reception and the nurse incredibly rude, racist and unprofessional. Had appointment scheduled at 11: 30 am & was seen at 1: 30 pm. Others with scheduled appointment at 12,12: 30 where seen before me! I know this because I asked other clients what time their appointments where scheduled. WILL NOT BE RETURNING EVER

Great place, everyone was pleasant. Doctor was great.quick service, lots of parking. If you need Blood work done or x-rays or ultra sound you can go across the street to the medical centre.no complaints from me.

Great staff. Doctor Nainar is a great doctor among the similar, great healthcare professionals that provide a caring experience when I need help.

Dr. Nainar has been my family physician for the past 7yrs from her time at Dundurn clinic to her new clinic Mountain Medical. She is a dedicated and understanding physician who really listens and stands behinds her patients. Its a wonderful feeling to know she is 100% there for whatever you need and yiu never feel rushed! Definitely recommend her and her clinic.

Dr. Nainar is hands down the best doctor I've ever seen. She takes time to listen to your problems and I've never felt rushed out of her office, unlike almost every other doctor.

I also have never had any issues with the staff. They may ask a few too many questions, but I'm sure that's what they're been trained to do.

I can almost always make an appointment for the same day, lots of parking and seating space in the waiting area.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I'm reporting the 1 doctor, I made an appointment to get a TB shot READ and he double dosed me on more of the shot instead of reading my paper that stated it was already done on Monday! Unbelievable, even the reception/nurse when on the phone had her mask not even over her nose and a medical clinic.thats unacceptable

Receptionist so rude. If she can't handle phone calls with sick people she should not be answering phones or dealing with people. Doctor Nainar is amazing but receptionist is just plain rude and nasty.

If you have something small you may get the treatment you need. That said, I was gaslighted when asked about a physical pain I've been experiencing for months and was told I could just be stressed. The one good doctor there made me feel horrible while the others won't get your health condition right.

Everyone here is freaking awesome and I'm so grateful for all of their help! Truly, you guys are really nice and took me seriously which is a huge deal. Thank You

The staff are so friendly and move as fast as they can. We love using this facility when we can't get to out family Dr.

Had to schedule an appointment for injecting birth control, secretary lady had a rude tone, complained when I read my healthcard 4 digits at a time and told me to read them one number at a time, then told me to read faster when I'm stumbling over my words because of the echo on the phone, and she generally made my social anxiety worse. When I got to the place, she was still rude, and demanded (not ask) that my partner moves when he wasn't even near the door because they "have to let people in/out". Then the doctor who I didn't get the name of bruised my arm when injecting me with the birth control, and didn't even clean up the extra blood coming out of my shoulder. Oh, and they also didn't ask me if I have travelled recently, or took a COVID test, or any of that stuff they'd normally ask, and just assumed I didn't have it.

I rarely take the time to write reviews at all. The doctor today motivated me.

This was a follow up from two weeks ago. I went for ear pain, he said if it doesn't go away then go see a dentist. Dentist said it's ear. So today I am his first appointment of the day, to revisit the ear pain.

He shows up 20 minutes late.

He enters the room and says 'Didnt I make myself clear last time? '

Me - yeah but the dentist said it's ear and I feel it in my ear in several different ways. (Pressure, sneezing etc).

Doctor - I'll send you to an ear and throat specialist and they'll tell you to go to the dentist and you'll see.

*Walks out*

He was in the room for 30 seconds.

One of these days he's going to brush off the wrong patient that needs actual help and the lawyers will call. Who knows, maybe when the ear doctor provides me with aid, it'll be my lawyer.

Pathetic, disrespectful, rude HEALTH CARE (?)

Will not lie, I've had the worst experiences here. First off I had a really bad cold that became pneumonia over time but this is largely due to them. I was coughing up mucus and instead of sending me to get checked they decided to just put me on low dosages and called it bronchitis. Family did not think this was right and we went the emergency after a week of me having constant 38-40 fevers.

Turns out I had pneumonia and was suppose to be put on high dosages of medication.

Another time I was recommended to a really bad specialist who just started and basically after going there my condition got worse.

I do not recommend this place just because I have bad experiences, I geniunely think you could die coming here and it's not a good place to get checked up. Doctors do not care that much about patients, it's more a business for them.

I've Used This Clinic A Few Times Over The Years & Each Time Has Been A Positive Experience-In Some Cases, They Did A Better Job Than My Own Family Doctor. Maybe It's Luck, But I've Never Had To Wait & In Fact, On One Morning When I Came To Beat The Rush, They Opened Earlier Than Their Normal Business Hours. On My Recent Visit, The Dr. Did Her Best To Assist Me & Even Got Me A Same Day Referral To A Specialist Who Was Able To Help Resolve My Health Concern. I Truly Appreciate The Help & Good Service From The Staff Right To The Dr. 's.

Dr. Hassan (yesterday) was rude and unwelcoming even to our 5-month-old baby. I've never been treated like that by a doctor all the 25 years I was in Canada. I wish I had never seen his ugly face and dealt with his dirty character. I feel sorry for whoever is part of his personal life. I wish the Clinic won't EVER bring that doctor to treat us there! I wish his license be taken away from him. I've never hated someone, let alone a doctor, within less than 2 minutes, like I did this specimen!

Dr Cory was nice and diagnosed my son accuratley with the flu and prescription. Good clinic overall.

Dr. HASSAN IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER MET. HE SHOULD NOT BE PRACTISING MEDICINCE. HE IS FULL OF ATTITUDE AND WILL NOT ADDRESS ANY ISSUES OF A TODDLER. WE WILL BE REPORTING HIM TO THE COLLEGE.

The only walk in that i have been to that does not take basic vitals of patients when they walk in. That’s one of the first things they teach you in nursing school. This is dangerous because if a patient is unaware of their high or low blood pressure or a high temp and the doctor does not have that baseline information, this can cause some consequences. Just because of a basic missed step

I went to this clinic last night people are not nice they are so rude and I am waited around 1 hours to go in the room and they keep me in the room 30 minutes guys don’t go there. I left and I go another place at rymal so fast I wait around 20 minutes

The receptionist was very nice and understanding. The doctor (Hassan) however, was horrendous. He just took our money and kicked us out within 2 minutes of seeing us. He didn't want to listen to what we had to ask and made fun of us for even asking about it, calling us "ridiculous". He ended up accidentally spitting at us while he was talking and left without apologizing. He has no idea what he's doing and asks US "so what do you want me to do about it? ". We came to a DOCTOR and you ask US what the solution is? I seriously doubt he has a license. His clothes looked like he hadn't changes them in months. He doesn't look like a doctor, doesn't act like a doctor, and doesn't know enough to even be considered a doctor. Please, do NOT go here. He has problems. Seriously.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. From the nurse/receptionist at the front to Dr Hassan, my experience was quick and professional. I was properly diagnosed and given treatment in less than 40 minutes
The pharmacy attached is lovely also! Nice staff. In and out quickly!

I walked in on a Friday around 3: 15 pm and I was seen by the doctor, got my prescription & walked out by 3: 50. The doctor was really friendly and helpful. He also didn't just blindly write me a prescription and walk away; he made sure to fully review my symptoms and check to see if my condition had worsened.good walk in, I would reccomend if you need to be seen by a doctor quickly.
