Very welcoming staff. Greats you with a smile. The office was neat and clean. Got the games area for kids and got arcade.
Came for teeth cleaning and had a great with that.

This office has a very high turnover of staff. No rapport can be established with anyone since every time you go it’s a different hygienist or dentist. No proactive treatments are put in place for teeth that are showing potential issues arising. Yearly XRays or cleanings or if you go with an issue is the service you’ll receive. I’ve moved elsewhere.

This place is good but one thing that really makes it stand out from other dentists is the play centre for kids. 2 arcade machines, ps4 and a mini jumbaloos playground in here!

Very professional and affordable dental clinic covering every kind of people in the community. I’m impressed of their service, punctuality & cost.

Front Desk folks are great! 5 stars to them and the place is very hygienic but all the cavities that I got treated here have ended up requiring Root canal treatment which is very unfortunate.
If the filling wasn't done too deep or if the dentist could determine by looking at the X-rays then the filling could have been avoided and I could have directly gone for RCT. The whole process has been stressful.

Always excellent. I would give 10 stars if I could. Every person at Mountainview Dental is welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and patient. Every time we have experienced a perfect visit in a clean and relaxing atmosphere. The dentists and hygienists are completely thorough in their care for us. And I must mention gentle (which has not always been the case elsewhere). Every detail is taken care of by staff, whatever you need. Kids love the play area and tunnel slide, what a great idea. And my 6 year old son is actually happy and excited to go to the dentist! We will be coming here for all of our dental needs.

Me and my family have been coming for years. The staff have always been friendly and kind. Very good with kids. I have had some dental emergencies and they have always made time for me to be seen.

I recommend mountainview dental all the workers are friendly to ever one. They are trustworthy and they are excellent with every age.

My son loves Mountainview Dental. Everyone is so friendly. He likes playing the arcade games and being able to watch TV while he's getting his teeth done. The atmosphere definitely takes the anxiety out of his dental visits! I would highly recommend taking your kids here!

My family and I have been coming to Mountainview Dental for about 5 years now and we couldn’t be happier. I work a busy and hectic schedule and the receptionists have always worked around my schedule to facilitate my requests. The Dentists are very thorough with their explanations and are very friendly with my children who suffer from anxiety, My kids feel very comfortable having their work done here. My referrals to other doctors such as surgeons for root canals and dental surgery have always gone smoothly and they recommend people who perform quality work and deal with our existing insurance directly. They submit all of our claims which is a stress reliever for us and they never push any needless work. I once had a migraine attack in the middle of a procedure and they were extremely attentive to my needs and didn’t push me to continue as it was to their benefit and they rescheduled me immediately. We would like to take this time to thank everyone at Mountainview Dental for all of their understanding and genuine care.

I've been here twice with my daughters. From the staff at reception, to the hygienists and dentists, this place is lovely and the people are very pleasant. The playplace is a nice plus as well. We will certainly be back.

Both me and my daughter have been going here for around 10 years. The dentists have been great and the administration staff super helpful with juggling schedules and assisting with benifit providers.

Great dental office, my kids love it there with the video games, playground and kid movies always playing. I had a big gap between my two top front teeth for years that always bugged me they told me they could fill it and they did and it looks so much better then I thought it ever could. Definitely recommend.

Love this dental practice. Excellent service and good hey bill insurance directly. They are also great with kids. We are very happy and have been going for years now.

Had my regular cleaning this past Saturday and as always had a great experience.
My hygeniest was very friendly and did a great job.

Great dentists always Informative and great at what they do. I can also say the assistants down to the receptionists are great always friendly and accommodating with appointments and emergency visits.

Staff is very helpfull, My husband and I finds the young lady and the young man that looks after us has alot of empathy toward older people and they really have excellent manners. Becauseof these traits, and knowing there proffesion fully, we willingly them I give a five.

Amazing team. Make us feel comfortable everytime always great my daughter and myself by name. My daughter needs braces they never rushed even though my daughter wanted them right away. They made sure her mouth was ready for them. They will be put on in Aug she very excited. Also have a great payment plan as we do not have ortho coverage They do not push unneeded procedures and always tell me its up to me.

Amazing dental clinic. Staff are friendly, great waiting room, especially the kids area. Speaking about the kids, ours love going to dentist because of Mountainview Dental and their staff. Oh and you can't beat the hours, makes it so much easier to schedule an appointment when you work shifts. Totally recommend them.

Was told my child had 6 possible cavities, when I went to get two other second opinions they said there was zero concerns. Not impressed. Also dental assistant working with dentist on my procedure had no idea what she was doing.

My son had his very first dental check up today (which we were nervous how he would do) and the hygienist and dentist were so great with him, showing him what everything did and made him feel so comfortable. This is our first time at Mountainview Dental and couldn’t be more pleased, everyone was so lovely and such a pleasure to work with. - Amy Shoesmith

We recently took our (almost) 3 year old for her first (real) dentist appointment (cleaning and inspection).

Phenomenal experience for us! The dental hygienist (Asian gentleman.think he name was Ji-wan?) was AMAZING with our little girl! He showed her everything he was going to use and was really patient and polite.he even put Moana on the TV for her!

The reception desk personnel were also very helpful and friendly.they even provided a (sugar-free) freezie when our kid was upset when we we where getting ready to leave. I wish I could remember their names.but the whole experience was exceptional!

Excellent practise. Almost always on time for appointments. Deal billing with insurance. Most of the dentists here are more laid back in their approach in that they would rather conserve your teeth than go crazy with restorations etc. I’ve only dealt with one bad dentist here who filled a cavity improperly and didn’t correct my bite. She insisted it was correct after coming in a second time. Months later a different dentist here looked in my mouth and spotted it right away. It was fixed but the first dentist took no responsibility.
