We were renewing our mortgage and our financial planner recommended Anthony and Mountainview Mortgage to find a good rate in a rising market. Although it did go up, it was a very competitive rate, we think we did very well. Anthony and Lynne kept us in the loop during the complete process and answered any questions that we had. The signing was effortless and after the deal closed, still answered a couple of questions we had. A very easy and pleasant experience.

Every mortgage broker is a star in a low interest rate market. Ensuring your client is in the right product is what sets one broker apart from another. Demos Vasilakos did not provide any options aside from what was then the lowest rate, guaranteeing that rates would not go up on a variable rate mortgage (which no one can predict). I called Demos a few months after the mortgage closed to ask some questions about a better product. He did not return my call or show any interest in corresponding (rates have up 5 times since then). Once he got paid that's where our relationship ended. If you're looking to establish a long term relationship with a mortgage broker, Demos isn't the broker for you.

Everyone I have dealt with at Mountainview has been professional and easy to work with. Anthony is quick to respond to questions and helped us quickly in the midst of a volatile mortgage market.
