Excellent service from Taylor, the restaurant was super clean and food was really good as well! We tried the new smoked old fashion (whiskey and it was really good) & the espresso martini. The food was cooked well and fresh! We had the baby back ribs, Caesar salad, truffle parm fries & blackened Mahi Mahi with grilled shrimp on the side (shrimp were a really good size!) And for dessert we had the white chocolate brownie! Thanks for a great afternoon!

Server Julia was amazing went above and beyond for us! Management on the other hand was horrible. They explained how they would take care of the dish that had hair in the food and then when it came time to pay the manager said they took care of the dish with hair but we pay for the remake that I ate 20 minutes later than the rest of my party. She then ensured us they wear beard masks so she doubts it’s a beard hair but in a table of females none of our hair is 2cm. Also contrary to her assurance they wear beard masks, if you walk to the washroom you pass the kitchen clearly and can see none of the staff has a beard mask on. Honestly in the hospitality industry customer service should always be prioritized and they just failed at that here. Ive never had an issue here but the female manager with brown hair will be the reason I never return.

Sirloin was over cooked the second one was a new York cut. Not a sirloin. The fill in server (not our regular server, who was fabulous), thought it wa a new York cut and brought it back then brought out the same steak saying the head chef said it was a sirloin. Even thought it didn't even look like the original steak. It was half the thickness of the original. It was disappointing them trying to pass of a lesser steak. My server was the best I have had in a long time. No problem with her.

Jordan, Taylor and Anna are incredible! They are friendly and attentive! They are always smiling and make you feel at home! We go here weekly just to catch up with whoever is working. Food is always hot, fresh and fast and the atmosphere is perfect!

This Moxie's location has amazing staff, especially during the pandemic. Super accommodating, everything is thoroughly sanitized and I have been here 3 times since it reopened after the lockdowns. Highly recommended.

My friends and I had dinner at Moxies on Sunday, the reservation  process was easy and they were able to accommodate eleven of us. Our hosts were exceptional and very professional, our orders came on time and the food was worth every dollar spent, The kids got ice cream on the house and my friend also got a free birthday cake&ice cream.
Our experience overall was a 10, You'll need to show proof of vaccination when you get there, which is now a requirement if you plan to dine anywhere. This is my second time at moxies and they've been consistent in giving excellent service.

So I first got there tonight and me and my date were told someone would come serve us. They never arrived. Instead Paige came to the rescue. Once she found out we didn't get any service yet, she took full control of the situation. She even let us know she's going on a break and who would tend to us while she's gone. I was literally ready to not tip based on the wait for service but Paige went above and beyond that I had to give a $40 tip. Thanks so much Paige. Oh and she also gave us a free dessert because we were waiting. Amazing person and great to have good people like her on the team. Definitely making sure I go back there. Oh and the food was amazing

A little expensive but well worth it the staff was amazing and kind. Food is fresh and easy and portions are reflective of the price would recommend for a date or a nicer evening

My friends and I love this spot. Usually in the summer we would come here almost every Friday. Our drinks would usually be more than the food but it’a all because of the great atmosphere and service that led us to having a great time.

Excellent place. This was our first visit to Moxies. Gisèle was very attentive and knowledgeable. Her patience is noticeable. I noticed that there are options for a vegan & vegetarians, which is amazing.

OMGoodness! The White peach Bellini's are amazing ️ the tuna sushi stack was absolutely delicious. For dessert I'd definitely suggest the white chocolate brownie. Front of house staff were friendly and our server was excellent. Definitely recommend.

After their re-opening food quality just went down hill. My fav plate cod fish bowl is off menu now.
Calamari was chewy and cold. Ordered blackened chicken burger might as well just ordered a bowl of salt. Their burgers went down in size drastically! But prices didnt.
The only thing good and tasty were their sweet potato fries.
Moxies went from being my FAVORITE restaurant to my least. So sad! Very disappointed.

Was seated on the patio. Good service, food was great. Great atmosphere. Good barriers between table.s

My lady & myself enjoyed ourselves in the atmosphere, food was excellent, servers were beyond excellent, they went above and beyond to accommodate food & beverage needs

We went late on a Sunday and it was like dead, had to wait for a bit for someone to show up front to greet. The server was actually very good, nice and polite and did make suggestions about what to chose.
The food however was was very mediocre. Tasteless and bland.
Went there after a long time was not very impressed.

Loved the outdoor patio. It was heated and comfortable. The server was very upbeat, positive and welcoming and the food was excellent! I was impressed with the evening I had out.

Had the whipped feta and tomato appy and vegan tacos. Both were fantastic! Our server was amazing! Love this place!

Went to this location on a July Tuesday night to celebrate my mothers 60th birthday. I had called a week ahead of time in order to make a reservation and was told that my family (of 6 people total) would be able to sit together at a table not under the patio with the roof and that if it rained we would be able to move to tables in the covered section at 2 tables right next to each other. Keep in mind " the right next to each-other" part. When we arrived we were seated at two separate tables in the covered section. I asked our server why we were not be seated at our originally promised table in the uncovered section so we could all sit together. She responded at said that they were seating NO ONE in the uncovered section due to the potential rain, keeping in mind our reservation was at 6: 30 and it wasn't supposed to rain until 9. We were not given the option of sitting in the uncovered section and then were forced to sit at 2 separate tables that were not even close to each other despite all of us being from the same household. None of the staff seemed to care that we were not seated at our originally promised table and a table near us had 5 women seated at one table clearly not all from the same household so not sure how that makes any sense. My mother was not able to sit with my brother and sister at dinner and we were so far away we couldn't even speak to them. Near the end of our meal a party of 6 who were once again not from the same household were seated at OUR original table in the uncovered section. Overall very disappointed with the lack of communication and effort towards this birthday dinner we had planned. Our server Taylor was very kind and was very attentive I understand this was not in her control, but confused as to why someone got our table and we were forced to sit inside when I was promised priority seating when I made the reservation a week in advance. Wouldn't recommend going to this location if it is for a special occasion since it completely ruined the birthday dinner for my mom.

A great experience. Our server was fantastic as we're our selections. Ii had the vegan power bowl which was delicious. My friend had an equally delicious pasta rigatoni.
Finished off with a complimentary birthday desert (for yours truly). A great experience all around. Thanks

Great food. Excellent service. Our server Molly was very friendly. Top notch service! Manager Emily has great spunk. She was very attentive, funny and made sure we were looked after. Will return for sure! Thanks ladies!

Needs to update their gluten free menu especially for celiacs and kids. At least a gluten free pasta option. My child had to eat white rice, grilled chicken and steamed broccoli. Server was apologetic but I feel more variety is needed. Will not be going back with my child again

Great atmosphere outside on the patio and the best staff there. Very polite and was happy to see how they treated my family and daughter. Very impressed.

An unfortunate experience indeed. Poor server service (timing and knowledge), poor management (stocking bar with staple liquor), and the wait time for food was excessive (40 mins). Disappointing. I won't be back any time soon unfortunately.

For anyone with a medical exemption for masks do not bother going to this restaurant. Although they acknowledge that there are medical exemptions, they have their own policy in place which discriminates against people with medical exemptions. There are several other restaurants in town that do not discriminate against those that do, so I would suggest going elsewhere. I would never recommend a restaurant that discriminates against someone with a medical disability.

Worst service I have seen, i waited 20 mins for a server (its not that busy), my food was over cooked. Worst service possible. Definitely not returning.

If 0 was an option that's what this place would get not because of the staff, they were great, the food is OK, but the manager (Darren Von Buskirk) was extremely rude, arrogant, aggressive etc.and did not resolve the issues we complained about. Disappointed. Might return when the management changes.

We have had a consistently good experience at this Moxie's! Back when we could dine in we would stop there before a movie, and I have taken my in-laws there for a meal. With COVID-19, we are doing a lot of curbside pick-up. Ordering online is super easy, and their service and food continue to be outstanding! I would particularly recommend their cashew chicken lettuce wraps *chef's kiss*. Highly recommend.

It was good. The servers were good. The food was prepared on time. The ribs, dessert, everything was on point.

We placed an order through Uber eats after reading a few reviews online. Since it was through Uber Eats (even though we was hopeful) we weren’t expecting too much. We were greatly surprised! Everything was amazing. Hot, delicious. Portion sizes were great! Will definitely be ordering again. Thanks Moxies!

All the staff here treat everyone very politely with courteous service. Even the delivery drivers

For my dad’s 50th my parents rented out a section of the restaurant and we were allowed to bring decorations & set the area up as we liked, bring our own cake, etc. The food that was served was phenomenal as always, there were these bruschetta bites with steak I believe that were to die for. An elegant restaurant with delicious food and wonderful service. Their artichoke dip is 10/10!

Bryce gave us great service, and we enjoyed our meals of chicken lettuce wraps and Tuna poke bowl. We sat inside, socially distanced from other diners. On our way out, we checked out the heated patio, and would sit there next time. Felt spacious and warm given their ceiling heaters.

I really enjoyed the dishes and service, awesome area close to my residence. The workers are always friendly. Will come visit again.

Had a excellent experience in here with my son. The food comes out rapidly and the customer service is just great. Prices are fair.

What a great place atmosphere was terrific so is the food staff is friendly can be a touch pricey, but you get what you pay for

It was nice. A more upscale setting, yet the price points are very reasonable, service was fast and courteous.
The menu is very much road house, but with a touch of flare. Every one in my group enjoyed their meal and will be going there again.

Great service and good food (was there for lunch). Nice atmosphere inside, cozy and on the darker side. Would be a good date spot. Lots of booths available which is nice too. Only thing I would change is that they add a few more local options for beer and at least one cider on tap. Otherwise great option for meeting up with friends or a date or a business lunch.

Great dinning experience. Can be quite busy a reservation is recommended. Wine while you wait though! Food was delicious. Gluten free options! Service was fantastic! Told the server we were going to be late for a movie and she made sure to do her best to get us out on time! Highly recommend the Lettuce Wrapped Fish Tacos.

Great mix of a place. Classy but still family friendly. Was able to go there with my baby and our waitress was super accomodating!

I have ate at about 7 of these in Ontario.
Never do you feel it’s worth the price. However this location is hit and miss on food. Staff is excellent and menu variety makes a great first date spot.
This location and Thunder Bay mall are the best staff.
Not a go out of your way place and overpriced but I could possibly cut and paste for Montana’s also. The poke is good, lettuce burger burnt and small side. Keg burger 5 bucks more and twice as good. Tuna salad good but also 22 bucks. Sushi a better deal. The pasta is good but expensive. No side at large price. Tried and true is good but tired.

I had the very best burger and fries I have ever had, and the service was perfect. I couldn't wish for a better experience. I highly recommend burger and fry lovers to try Moxies on Fairway Road. You'll be glad you did!

I hosted a baby shower here for a friend in there private room. We had amazing service from the moment I called to inquiry Justin the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating for this event, to the moment when the event came and went the servers and the manager on duty were amazing. Definitely went above and beyond and made this event easy! Would definitely host another event here sometime

A bit pricey with a steak house atmosphere. I've only ever tried a couple of their steak dinners and a chicken curry with no complaints. The two stars is because their service is hit and miss. I've been there around 6 or 7 times and only got served three times. Three or four times they sat me down and didn't offer to get me a drink then completely forgot about me. Their food is good though. If they decide you are worthy of their service it's fine and friendly ofcourse. I'm not going back because of the shotty service and pretentious atmosphere.

Its dirty. Check the rafters for spiders. Food is not good. Cold. Too expensive, but that's only because it's a franchise.

All the food was interesting and delicious! The lettuce wrap appetizer was tasty and healthy. The Mahi Mahi served with Chorizo was original, and the flourless chocolate cake with mint chocolate gelato was a perfect match!

Good food, excellent atmosphere - VERY pricey for what you get food-wise. Overall enjoyed it, good for celebrating rare events but not somewhere I'd go regularly.
