I tried three different dishes and all was so tasty. They were perfect. Steak was juicy amd well done. Rubs was well cooked with the tasty bbq sauce. Checken breast was seasoned with authentic mexican spice
Also, I enjoyed the atmosphere and service and hoghly recommend for those who are looking for romantic event or casual bar

Shared dinner at the bar.
Good food and good value. Extensive wine list. Stayed until about 11pm.was a bit noisy.

Came here for some apps before a hockey game. Staff was friendly, and our server was friendly and fast. The food was delicious.

We had a very large group for a bachelorette party, everything was flawless. Drinks and food were delicious. Service was great even though we were such a big group.

The food was great and arrived quite quickly. Our waItress was super friendly and cheerful. A very enjoyable night out.
We wish that Moxies would come back to Kingston!

Very good meal. Friendly service from Sam. She checked in often (except at the end, waited too long for the bill). The food was perfect. The music was a little loud for the dining side.

Not matter how tasty was my meal, I was filling bad when the waitress forgot for ever bringing my beer. Thanks we had a jar of water in the table for my meal.

The restaurant looks great and the service was really on point. The food was fresh and tasty but the nachos were incredily greasy. 1lb of cheese is way too much and the portion was enormous. I suggest you put more veggies and less cheese. I rarely have a hard time digesting but I had nausea for the rest of the night because of the fat.

Good food. Didn't get what I what i wanted as they were out but they compensated with something just as good.

Dinner was great! I had a 'make you own' Avocado, Bacon Cobb salad. It was wonderful once I had the lettuce, etc cut up and mixed. Great service, waitress was friendly and engaging.

Nice atmosphere. Big screens to watch sports on the bar side. They have daily specials for you to chose from, drinks and food.
A bit higher priced bar food, but tasty.
The staff is always friendly.
A big plus is the clean, nice washrooms. There is nothing worse than using a dirty washroom at a restaurant.

They accommodated 10 of us at one table. Food was delicious and came quickly from the kitchen. Our wait staff were very efficient and friendly. Great first experience. Would highly recommend****

Just went in for a couple drinks and some nachos before a movie. Service was quick and friendly and the nachos were loaded. Well worth it.

What a perfect dining experience! Food, service, ambiance and fair prices make this place one of my nées favorites. And one of the managers, Doug, is doing a great job in how he leads the team. Pretty impressive in an industry strongly affected by staff shortages and COVID. Well done to a great team and great place. You rock!

Great food, especially the baby ribs and steaks. I always go with my wife for celebrations. They are busy at dinner time so it’s a bit hard to get the waitress’s attention

We had a wonderful experience at Moxies Kanata. Our server was Austin. He was wonderful. The front door staff were amazing. My husband has a Service Dog and the staff were extremely accommodating. We had 4 Sheikh men comment negativity when we were leaving. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Our server Savannah was incredible. Great drinks at a good price and the food was delicious, and quick to be served.
The new menu is diverse and has something for all, also decent value and decent portions.
This Moxies never disappoints.

Super fun environment! I am a vegetarian. So, its very hard for me to eat anything at such bar and grill place. But, Moxie’s have such a wonderful vegetarian menu section, where I ordered nachos, burger, tortillas. I loved the food. Must try Nachos!

First time customer to this location and we will definitely be returning. This Moxies location is very clean, the food is delicious and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Our server, Kyle G, was very helpful and ensured that one of our orders was gluten free for allergy reasons. He ensured the kitchen cooked the meal where no gluten cross contamination could take place.

Came in for a last minute valentines day lunch and was served by Savanah who is absolutely wonderful! Cant wait to come back.

Amazing vibe again! Loved the dinner and drinks as usual. I've yet to have a bad experience at this location. Always quality, always excellent service and great ambiance.

We have been there a couple of times in the last week and the food was SO good and our server Matthew B was a gem - really kind and considerate to my 90 year-old mother

Great dinner and kind staff! The salmon was very good.i also recommend the baked feta and tomatoes although it was a little on the salty side.

The service was friendly and prompt
The dry wings were bland and cold
The beef salad has been changed and looked like boiled meat the salad was bland with very little dressing and found a piece of wood in the salad
The burger was ok but the patty is much smaller than before
They changed the menu not for the better

Was really dissapointed visiting ottawa decided on moxies as it was in walking distance from our hotel. Waiter took order brought meal didnt see him till we had to pay, that also was a long wait no offer of drink top ups no hows your meal nothing at all. As we left 2 ladies engaged in conversation with each other at desk no good night nothing. Really sucks especially when you bill is close to 200 dollars.

We had dinner here on a recent Saturday evening and really enjoyed it. Loved the warm and cozy restaurant ambiance. Our server was Lindsay, and she was great. We shared the calamari to start, followed by the lemon herb salmon and red thai curry. For dessert we shared the sticky toffee pudding. Everything was delicious, and we look forward to a return visit soon!

We were really happy with the vegan tacos and vegan crispy tofu lettuce wraps. There were so many flavours! They were really fresh and super yummy. I also loved the regular potato and sweet potato fries. Our non-vegan friends were also very happy with their meals. Everything we ordered was good. We will definitely be back for more. I would order the same thing. We also really liked our server Austin. He was very attentive and genuine. It was a great experience.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. I ordered a 100$ bottle of grey goose with a DIY nacho kit via Uber Eats. When the order finally got delivered, there was no bottle of Grey Goose.

So being unsure of who to contact, I immediately put in a request for help with the Uber eats app. Then I proceeded to call the restaurant. The call was answered right away by a women who put me on hold for about 5 minutes. She came back stating her manager would be on the line soon. Excellent no problems. About 25 minutes later,

the manager answers the phone call with “I hear there is an order with your order? ”
Myself- pardon me?
Manger- uhhh I hear there is a delivery with your order?
Myself-?
Manger- I mean I hear there is a problem with your delivery?

She messed up what she was trying to say several times, didn’t care AT ALL about my issue. Had literally no idea what I was talking about. I understand if I would have ordered something at dinner time but this was very late - not busy at all. Yet it took this manger almost 30 minutes to make their way to the phone, act extremely unprofessional & rude, just to give me a phoney apology & I must talk to the app about my issue.

Literally the most unprofessional encounter I have ever had at any sort of restaurant. Will not be buying from here anymore & will not be recommending.

We enjoyed it. We had the burger and wings combo for two, delivered via Skip the Dishes. Very tasty burger and fries. The wings were breaded, which is not up our alley. It was $45 and delivery was free over $20. We thought that was fairly reasonable. Unfortunately, we went to order the exact same thing again a few days later, but now they want $4.49 for delivery. No more free delivery. So that's like a 10% markup in about 5 days. I crossed it off the list because of that increase. About $60 with tip and taxes is enough for burgers and wings. We no longer support greed, either by the restaurants or the delivery companies. I suppose eventually we won't get things delivered any more, as we are not rich. We've tried to support local restaurants throughout this ordeal, but it's getting too expensive with all the increases. We've now stopped eating from at least 4 places in the last couple of months due to 10%-25% increases in costs.

Ooo yes it's the best place to have stake glass of wine and whatever else you might need. I Wonderful customer service especially Zachy

Bad bad bad service was horrid, order was wrong, thought we'd never get our food or drinks. I have been to a number of Moxies all have been great except Kanara.

Awesome vegan options bun isn’t vegan though so make sure you get a lettuce bun (honestly it was okay it was a lot of lettuce so maybe ask for less) our server (grace) was super awesome and let me know what i could order and even suggested some changes to the other vegetarian options to make them vegan! Vibe was 10/10 comfy seats beautiful patio the lights were flickering which was kind of annoying but not a huge deal!

It was really good. Good service with tasty food. There was an issue with my plate and they immediately changed it and also didn't charged me for it. Overall a great experience.

We go to Moxie's Kanata location fairly often and it's always good and consistent with great service. We went last weekend with friends and LOVED the winter feature menu item Blackened Mahi Mahi. It would be GREAT if they kept this on the menu permanently. Highly recommend this dish and will be sure to go back again soon to have it again.

The best food before lockdown. The service was good. Their happy hours are good.
Ambience entertained a lot in these special circumstances where going to restaurant is only the excitement left. Hope to visit soon after everything opens again.

We ordered dinner for takeout last night after seeing the lights at Wesley Clover. It was ready in the 20 minutes as promised and brought out by a very friendly hostess. My beef vindaloo was quite spicy, which I loved and excellent presentation for takeout. My friend had the blackened chicken and fries. Great presentation also and he said it was typical, good pub food. We will definitely do it again.

Loved the decor very inviting. Staff was attentive and polite, the food was excellent well presented and creative. A great choice for a relaxing meal with friends.

Staff were very accommodating when I goofed up my reservation. Food was excellent and served very quickly (it was before a Leafs-Sens game).

Food was quite good. The service was a bit slow, but that can be attributed to the busy time they had (there were people waiting to be seated). Overall good experience.

My go to is the delicious blackened chicken with fries. The chicken is seasoned and cooked well. Can’t go wrong with the desserts in this place. Yummy food, great atmosphere, always a good time every visit.

The atmosphere was nice good services from staff. My food was good but others were a bit disappointed with some of theirs. And others were ok. A good night out none the less.

I was extremely disappointed today. Although they still have my favourite desert (white chocolate brownie) TODAY I found out that they have removed “chicken enchilada” off their menu. Now I have no more reason to ever go to moxies again. That was the only thing I liked in their menu.

I had the steak salad, prepared medium rare. Definitely tasty. Worth trying.

I've been here a few times. I find that the food is good, but not the kind of quality you'd get at smaller comparable restaurants.

Being a chain restaurant, it's pretty consistently above average though!

This was my first time at a farm to table restaurant -it was AWESOME! My group ended up here by chance and I am so happy we did. Our Winery tour guide Tim made the arrangements. The Oliv has it all- a cooking school, winery, olive oil bar, and of course the restaurant. You can eat inside or on the patio with an awesome view.

Service was decent. Food was great. It would be nice if they'd stand behind and cater to glutan allergies better.

I had my wedding meal at Moxie's. Food was amazing. The servers were very friendly and the service was quick being a group of 13 people. They even added a special touch to make my wedding day even more magical.

I think waiting 15 minutes for just a two beers and orange juce is a bit too much. Place wasn't busy at all and waitress excuse that bartender was on break is so lame!
Will not visit again!
However I have to say.place is very clean and I like design very much.

Food came out extremely fast almost no wait time at all the servers are amazing. Great spot to go for a drink either liquor or beer. And a great spot to eat I had the turkey club it was amazing. A real nice bar. Stocked with almost anything you could want to drink, every time I am in the ottawa area, I will definitely be stopping in here whether it be for a drink or food. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

Really disappointed. Was there for my boyfriend's birthday, he ordered a steak sandwich, asked for no mushrooms, of course got mushrooms and a really disappointing looking "sandwich" with no top bun, that was hardly edible. I ordered a medium rare steak and it came out completely rare. I was thankful for the manager who helped us out but our waitress was nothing but rude the entire time which made this situation a lot worse. When I told her about my steak, I made sure to say that I knew it wasn't her fault and I was sorry to have to send it back, she grabbed it off the table without saying a word and was just very unpleasant all night. Kind of ruined the evening. Though the manager was helpful we still left very unhappy and after going to this location for years, I will not be back.

Fantastic service, provided in a timely way, and I was pleased that the waitress returned from time to time, after our orders were delivered to see if there was anything further we would like, but not intrusive at all.

Atmosphere was pleasant. Lighting was on point. Food was limited and not much variety, but definitely good quality. Would recommend

Experience can differ depending on the server.
Some are decent, some are absolute trash with pretentious attitudes.

Always order 2 drinks because it will take forever to be asked for refills or even checked on.

Great place, great food, awesome drinks for a great price but our server neglected us (group of 8 women) for a small group of cute guys sitting at the table next to us. It took her 20 minutes to bring us our bills, we ended up having to ask the bartender and other servers for help (whom were all very kind and helpful).

First of all, that Brandy peppercorn sauce was something very special. I am a big fan of peppercorn sauce, I have had it in many restaurants, as a tough critic I will say it was the best I have ever had, by far. The potatoes were done perfectly along with the veggies.

Do you want to feel like youve walked into a saturday night club on a tuesday afternoon? Then moxies is the place for you. Kidding aside the food is good, prices a little too high and ambiance is a mix between dennys and a las vegas strip club.

Place is nice looking inside Kanata Centrum. Good environment, clean, friendly personal however, something could be more active.
Cook is trying his or her best and it is visible he or she is professional. Most of the time it is nice cooked food with one issue - quality of meat. Meat supply need to be better otherwise look for something else.
