Exceptional service from the greeter to the server! Our deserts were amazing, drinks could’ve been hotter but the service alone made up for it

Great ambiance, great food.service staff is also helpful and welcoming. Great experience overall.

The decor was fresh and beautiful. The Laksa was very good, as was the Milne ice cream cake. However the best part was our server, who was extremely nice, accommodating, attentive, pleasent. The quality of service she provided is what I think everyone should strive towards. Unfortunately, I got rid of the bill with her name written on it so sorry if I get it wrong, I think it was Ciora - Thank you!

Went for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Very nice place, good food at reasonable prices and great customer service

Food was tasty but they lose stars for the small portion size / cost ratio. If you're going to charge that much for your entrées, provide more food.

Service is iffy. Servers would walk around the patio with food not knowing which table it belongs too.

Had gone for dinner, this was our 1st time at this location, even though we had no reservations, we were given a table right away. We were 4 on our table, the sever not sure If she was new, got us only 3 plates when we were 4, For starters we ordered calamari and wings (2 types) hot and sweet and spicy, not sure what happened there, we got only one type and that too not what we asked for, when we asked the serve, she said this is what we had ordered, not wanting to spoil our dinner we kept quite, for dinner both me and my husband asked for well done Steak, mine was well done, but his was not. When we were done she just came and left the bill on the table where the table was wet.totally not satisfied and disappointed with the food and service. Will never go back. We still left her a tip.and she did not even say Thank you.

Our server Amy was very friendly and attentive to our needs.

We got nachos for the table which was the perfect portion size. Kids cheese pizza was perfect size, as well. I got the chimichuri steak salad, medium rare. I do wish they didn't use so much dressing. My lettuce was swimming in dressing towards the bottom of the plate. The steak was more medium well than medium rare. I like the pink line. The flavours were great. We finished with the famous white chocolate brownie. It was amazing in every way possible. We ordered coffees and teas. They accommodated my request to have oatmilk but forgot to give us all a spoon to stir. Minor detail - luckily, I had a clean butter knife left still to use to stir.

The atmosphere in the covered patio was very nice.

Had a great family dinner. Food was amazing, and service was top notch! They went above and beyond to make sure we all had a great evening! Kids absolutely loved their smoking ice cream! Looking forward to our next visit!

I had a fanastic experience with our server, Mikayla, and the manager of this location, Steve! I have dietary restrictions and had a few concerns about some items on the menu - the item I had planned to get was missing an ingredient and I was hesitant to take a risk with another food item due to some bad experiences in the past.

Mikayla was very understanding about the matter and Steve came to our table in person to offer me an alternative that worked with my dietary restriction. They were both absolutely fantastic, as was the food I ended up getting.

The rest of my party was equally as impressed with their professionalism and the quality of the food! 5 stars!

Really good experience 1/2 price apps and I had the Mocksville and that too was lovely. Serve was awesome- happy

Jahnia is a super star server very pleasant help us to make the right selection of food very pleasant warm smile in short she make hour at moxies enjoyable definitely will be back.

I had a great time on the patio for brunch … the location is spacious and clean …. Loved my service as well…. It’s one to come back for …. We order a few appetizers and some drinks which I will say the vacation mad tai is one to remember as well … happy hours starts and 2 so I will be back … free parking as well as easy to access from public transit… really affordable

Visited Moxies pickering Saturday June 10th- I have been a avid visitor of moxies for several years but the culture, attitude, and comfort has gone down the drain. A white male bald man (assuming a manager) visited EVERY table which had white people, he made eye contact with me several times and never once came over to see if we were comfortable. Anyone that paid an ounce of attention to us would know we were VERY uncomfortable. My father is deaf, and wears hearing aids, this is supposed to be a inclusive environment however the restaurant sounded more like a rave club. We asked 2 people to turn down the volume so my dad could feel comfortable, we even moved tables from outside to inside and no one took our request serious. Seems like moxies only cares about non coloured folks & could careless about making patrons in their resturant comfortable. I’m really sad about the treatment received, this is NOT the culture as we knew it to be but the actions spoke for itself tonight. Moxies, please do better. Everyone deserves to be comfortable when coming for dinner.

TLDR: Service is horrible, food quality is good and on par with other moxies locations.

Service: *every* time I go, something in my order is incorrect.
Eg.in one sitting the waitress completely forgot to punch in our app, got my partner’s specifics for his sandwich incorrect, and brought the ketchup when he was done his entire meal (we had asked when food was brought out, and even reminded half way).

I was visiting from Australia with a group of local friends. Food was good, and service at our table was terrific; the host provided great hospitality. The mocha pie topped the night! Please pass on the thanks. Cheers, Reece

A good vibe all around. We had our first meet and greet here and decided to have our second! Love the atmosphere and our meals were delicious. Looking forward to our 3rd meet and greet here.

Loud - music was loud and everyone was yelling you be heard.

Great date at Moxies PTC yesterday, can’t remember the name of the host but she was wonderful and super attentive. Made sure we were satisfied every step of the way, will definitely be back.

Best location ever! I always go here with my fiancé and they don’t disappoint! Food is always fresh and yummy and the service is amazing too! Daniel was our server and he was very warm and welcoming. The manager and staff is amazing and they always make sure their guests are satisfied! Definitely recommend this place
