The food was delicious, the server was very effecient. He even offered to take our pictures made our new year night special i would however love it if the portion sizes would be increased.
We sat beside Samson, a cow/bull statue with a lamp on his poor head. Definitely a talking point. Service was slow but we weren't in a hurry. The service was friendly and the food was good.
Came in clutch when the other restaurants at Yorkdale were reserved. I am normally not a Moxie's restaurant archetype enjoyer, but low-key the soup was healing me

Kwadjo was our server tonight and he was so nice and so sweet. He help my friend with her meal and her silliness the whole time and made our dining experience better! The food was great and we had an amazing time.
Been a long time patron of this restaurant the food is always great and the service always matches. Our waiter Jeremy’s customer service was on point. The Manger definitely knows how to keep customers coming back.
My experience today at the Moxies yorkdale restaurant was truly beyond exceptional.
I was greeted very nicely, kindly, warmly and professionally by my server, Jeremy, just by his demeanour alone, I could already tell I was in for some good service as well as a laugh or too, which is what I got plus more.
Jeremy inquired about my day, how everything was going, which was all very nice of him, the service to start off he inquired about any drink I would like both alcoholic and non alcoholic and advising the specials drinks they had one of them being a 'Lavender lemonade' which sounded lovely but ultimately, I chose a regular lemonade to which he inquired if i'd liked it a certain way. Which was nice to be asked.
Also, Jeremy asked if I was ready to order yet, but I informed him that I was not ready. He kindly stated that would not be a problem giving me as much time as I needed. After coming back with my order of my lemonade.
There was also a moment which I found very nice Jeremy had noticed, I did not partake much into my lemonade and inquired if it was alright. I told him that it did not taste as sweet as I assumed the lemonade should be. He informed me that he would look into that. It potentially is the syrup being low and needs to be replaced.
He let me know could bring me a simple syrup.mixture, which I can add to my drink. To make it a fair bit sweeter, which I appreciated and informed him, that would be great.
After waiting about 5 minutes, notably, he was very busy with other tables, which I didn't mind at all. He was doing a very great job at moving very fast between the 3 other tables he was assigned to. Jeremy came back with a small amount of simple syrup and apologised for the long wait.letting me know that the syrup was low and he had to get it changed and let me know ifwould like to get a new lemonade. He could take care of that from me. Which was nice of him, but let him know that would not be an issue. I could still deal with this syrup. Which did improve the taste of the lemonade immensely.
After that I receive my salad Jeremy was up and down between the other tables but still checking in with me making sure that I was okay if this lemonade was fine, if the salad, was fine and just doing a generally good job on checking him on his customers.
Soon after, I decided to order something else and talk with Jeremy again. I let him know I wanted some ribs, but I didn't want a larger amount and some specific sides, which He gave a great recommendation about a smaller amount with some side that ultimately were quite delicious.
Once again, upon the completion of that meal, I decided to get a dessert and just before that. Jeremy again was checking in with me to ensure that all was fine with me. The meal was alright and everything was going well. I let him know that everything was going well. And he was doing an exceptional job with his checking in.
At that point, he brought in the dessert menu and gave me time again to look there and see if there was anything that I particularly liked, which ultimately I did choose something Jeremy got the order taken, placed and served to him all in a tiimely manner while still maintaining solid speedy service to his other customers as well.
After I was finally done, Jeremy came back and checked again if I was alright and how my meal was from, which I told him. It was good, always great, and I would like to get the bill now. To which he got that ready for me again in a very timely manner.
Just before paying, he gave me the loveliest compliment on ourfit, which I found was very nice of him to do.
Afterwards, Jeremy wished me a very lovely rest of my day and hope all went well with it. I have never received such a service and can wholeheartedly say that jeremy is one fantastic server. He presents himself in any professional manner, knows how to work accordingly between serving guests, and will be able to bring smiles to their faces. Fantastic job, Jeremy. I hope I can get the pleasure of having you as a server again.
Come here often! Since I work in the mall, and honestly the food is really good, they variety and on Wednesday they do half off bottles of wine which is great for me and my co workers! The service is always great, shout out to Jeremy, he is super fun and friendly! Great customer service and great smile!:)
Jeremy gave the best smile ever while serving my food and he he is so conversational. The way he brightens up whenever he comes to our table is ask one needs to enjoy his/her meal. I loved it. Whoever goes to moxies at yorkdale needs to encounter Jeremy.
We really enjoyed our lunch yesterday! Food was delicious and the service was over the top. We were very comfortable staying as long as we wanted to chat and catch up on things.
The food and service were OK. My negative issue is with the bill (which is still not resolved). We were served by Tamika. When she gave us the CC machine she couldn't get it to print after I had inserted my PIN. A few minutes a later, a supervisor showed up with Tamika and who told us that Tamika was new and that nothing had gone through. He asked me to go through the process again. This occurred on March 30. My Amex bill showed 2 charges - both in excess of $200. I have disputed one of the charges with Amex who tells me that Moxies has not responded to them. I sent an e-mail to the General Manager at Moxies. I have had no response.
A subterranean restaurant in Yorkdale shopping centre. Very tasty food that tended to be on the expensive side when considering value perspective. Atmosphere is somewhat loud so it might be hard to hear for some. Service staff were friendly and efficient. Lead time for food delivery was rather long (about 35 minutes). Food presentation was excellent and looked like the review pictures from the web site. Overall a good experience. I would recommend.
MOXIES IS OVERRATED AND PASSE AT THIS LOCATION! THE RESTO DOESN'T FIR THE DEMOGRAPHIC OF YORKDALE FOR FAMILY EATING OR PRICES - IT BECOMES INAPPROPRIATE AT NIGHT WITH "TOO MANY COCKTAILS" FOR LATE NIGHT SHOPPING AND THE FOOD SUCKS! THUMBS DOWN! I PREFER MILESTONES! JG
Service was great but without Jeremy our waiter our visit to the restaurant wouldn’t have been pleasant, he was very attentive great customer service skills.
Came here today and the food was amazing. I had Thai chicken salad and it was really good. Server, Jeremy, was really nice and made my family feel welcomed to Moxies. Attention to customers was really good as well. Will definitely come again to this location!
I had the best experience in this restaurant! Jeremy our server was so kind and understanding as we were a large group. He had amazing recommendations as we are first timers here. The other guy named Michael was also very kind and helped us in choosing items that were okay for us to eat due to religious restrictions. We came as a large group celebrating my sister and we had an amazing experience! Best server I’ve ever had before
Our waiter was amazing. Jeremy was really great at helping me choose my food which is a big help as he made me less nervous.he made me feel comfortable and we both decided on the burger couldn’t be better. I’ve been coming for awhile but his service was really really great! He also was quick and always asked if we needed anything. Thanks Jeremy!
I was concerned about dining here however the owner addressed my concerns and ensured the restaurant sad in clean and sanitary condition. He gave me a tour of the facilities and I was happy with what I saw. Highly recommend eating here. Great job team
