MP Paradise Pools and Spas

Very helpful and caring advice I don’t know the name of the nice guy Welland but I would like to thank him

I’ve gone to paradise pools for years, when I used to have a hot tub, Michelle and the staff was always very helpful when trying to get the water, balanced and clear, with the water testing and chemical suggestions. It was easy.
Last time I was there a couple months ago I just needed chlorine and I had never bought bulk chlorine before, and the young man came outside and met me outside before I even had the chlorine container out of my car, he knew what I wanted it was already right outside to assist me and it was a very painless, quick adventure, and explained it perfectly to me what he was doing and the cost so I didn’t feel dumb

Always friendly service when I drop in. Full of in-depth, thoughtful advice and help. Plenty of products/consumables on hand.

I have to say that this company is amazing to work with. From our my first phone call for help. Delores and Amy have been great with advice -and booking our service call. Then to our in store visit - Luca! Was just the best! We had multiple issues going on and he took the time to trouble shoot each one - taking time to explore all of our options.

We are not out of the woods yet but I am confident we picked the right company/people helping us.

I have always been so impressed by the wonderful service I receive. The gentlemen who open and close my pool are always so helpful. I feel like I’m being helped with every contact. I highly recommend.

The crew came early to open our pool, they were finished in about an hour and left instructions on what to do next. Easy

What a great company to deal with. They Have everything you need, and what they don’t have in their store, they work to find it until you get it. Friendly staff, with fast service. I think that’s how business should be, but in today’s world, these are dying qualities.but not here.

The pool opening went very well. The Team took their time and made sure everything was done correctly. Great job.

My first time using Paradise Pools for opening. Great customer service, professional and respectful. Happy to answer my questions and handled my property with care. I will book again for pool closing and continue shopping at their store for all my pool related needs!

Well this is the third time we used Paradise Pools for a service and unfortunately this time the service wasn't great. We have used the store at all locations spending a lot of money and service has been good. We have used them to open our pool at our new home that we purchased this year and that was great. Now this fall we used them to close the pool. They came to the house and were in and out like they were robbing a bank. Left the 4 pool cartages outside in my yard without instructions. Which were left dirty. (Not sure if cleaning the cartages is our job but we cleaned them anyways) The next day we had a wind storm and they left the pool cover bag outside which blew away and other items pertaining to the closure of the pool were left out. I hope that this was a one time deal. Also I was told to bring in a water sample a few days before pool closure so I could buy the necessary chemicals for the winter closure. I did this and ended paying for a bunch of chemicals again at point of closure. Didn't feel to good about that. I hope someone reads this and responds to my concerns.

We built our dream home which came with a spa from Paradise Pools. When we went to the Welland store to choose our spa Michelle the owner of all locations of Paradise Pools was quite knowledgeable and friendly. However when the spa was delivered the story changed. Before delivery we were told we needed 3-4 men on hand to help with the delivery because the paradise delivery team needed to carry it down a hill and was told before delivery when I questioned it that she couldn’t risk injury to her workers. I didn’t think it was a customer’s responsibility to help with a delivery like that. We had three men on hand, thankfully otherwise the spa might not have been delivered. We were also told the day of delivery they would be back to install the cover lift. That didn’t happen until we contacted our builder who contacted Michelle. She said the guy would be out the next day. Which he did. Wowie. I was asked which way I wanted the cover to lift. Being a new spa owner I didn’t know how the litter worked and asked him if it would hit the sign that was hanging behind the spa if it opened they way. He VERY RUDELY said to me in a tone I hope to never hear again. ”I do not have an answer for you”! I ASSUMED he did this as a living and was part of paradise pools staff. I wasn’t told otherwise that he wasn’t. Anyway I asked him again if the cover would hit the sign behind the spa and he again said as he interrupted my question “I do not know”. Again with a quite rude, arrogant and condescending tone. He then asked me if I wanted him to come back another day. I explained to him as he was speaking over me and interrupting me that no I didn’t know how this lift works and couldn’t answer his question. My husband came out after hearing the conversation between the fellow and myself. I said to my husband I asked a simple question this fellow can not answer and I assume he does this. I was going to say “for a living“ but again was Interrupted. I am known for my patients and calmness however I just couldn’t muster anymore patients together and I changed my tone. He informed both my husband and I that he was a refrigeration tech and he was doing this “out of the goodness of his heart for his wife”. We did NOT know he wasn’t part of Paradise Pools Install team. I showed respect calling him Sir as I explained to him that we didn’t know that and he continuously interrupted me to the point where I left he and his husband together. We will NEVER EVER recommend any Paradise Pool location to anyone! I’ve told our builder to not refer them as well. They do not have any people skills and are truly the rudest arrogant business I have come across in a very long time. They have definitely lost my respect. I don’t recommend Paradise Pools.

Went in there today to inquire about new filters for my hot tub. The young man who offered to assist me was the most ignorant and rude employee I have ever met in my life. When I determined it was in my best interest to purchase elsewhere due to his extreme rudeness and lack of knowledge he proceeded to tell me to have a nice day in the most sarcastic manner I have ever heard in my life. Needless to say I will never visit this establishment ever again and will let my experience be known to all. I highly recommend an employee review and evaluation.

Terrible today. They had an emergency at another location so it was even busier than usual, which is fine but the kid working was rude, rolling his eyes at us and telling us he couldn't help us because we didn't have enough information he required.the girl (Dan's daughter) was running around and very helpful. She gave us a couple minutes to figure out what we needed.

Absolutely amazing! I'm a new pool owner. Michelle (Owner) offered to come over and walk me through the entire system and explain what and when to do it. The advertise family owned, they should advertise will treat you like family. I can't begin to explain how amazing the staff from the Welland store are. Best customer service and phenomenal prices.

Amazing! Thanks Michelle and Dan for all your advice and help so far (I'll be back for more)! We are first time pool owners, and the company the previous owners sent to do the open was terrible. They did not give me any information about operations or equipment use. I went to MP Paradise pools to get chlorine, and explained my experience with the other company's open, my pool knowledge, etc.and both Dan and Michelle went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and confident moving forward as a pool owner! I will only be going to MP paradise pools from this day on! Thank you!

I had Paradise Pools put an inground pool in last summer and I am so pleased with their work and proffessionalism.
All of the workers were caring and experienced. Now this is my first full
summer and I have had many questions and whenever I have contacted them they have always been beyond helpful and understanding. They are a caring family run business who value their customers.
