Worst service ever, they will only try to sell you staff that you don't need even without doing water tests.

Booked with them opening and closing for 1 year plus Useless show and tell.

100% not recommended, will never do business with them again.

Was loosing water in pool. They came out for an initial service fee of $335 which turned up nothing! They told me they would be back with a leak detection tool! Not sure why they didn’t bring it in the first place, 10 days later they return and conduct a pressure test and leak test! Charged another $600. Total hours worked was 2 which cost $935. Only the initial service fee was discussed!

I believe it was Monday afternoon around 4pm, I went in because my Pool has been having very bad Algae problems. The lady working that after noon went above and beyond to assist me with with it, writing every thing down and even giving me the proper measurements for everything. I hope she gets recognized for her amazing customer service, she helped me so much and I hope management is able to pass along my thank you message:)

We are relatively new pool owners (two years), and until now had been getting our water tested, pool chemicals, and salt from another store in St. Catharines with very lukewarm experiences every time. A friend recommended Paradise and I'm so glad they did. The entire staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, not to mention so patient with our many questions!

Thank you, Amy, for a super job with your team in Spring 2022, when you repaired our pool, repoured cement and installed a new pool liner.

We checked today before start of winter 2022 and water level/skimmer plug/ and return nozzle caps are holding well. We are quite pleased with your advice, quality of work and your team's/Jacob's tips.
