Low staff, dining area was a mess. Only one person working both front and back of the house. Food was ok

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and attentive. I ordered the daily special, which consisted of chicken balls and fried rice. The portions were generous and the price was reasonable. The chicken balls were crispy and tender, and the fried rice was flavorful and satisfying. The only thing that I missed was some sauce for my chicken balls, but I realized that I should have ordered it separately, so that was my fault. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and I would recommend this place to anyone who likes Chinese food.

Horrible customer service. You can tell they do not care about their customers. Got my order wrong did not care. Messed up my order and the boy behind the counter could not care less. Horrible attitude when ordering as well

Very bad Chinese food here. I am not gonna eat again I don't know what they selling but that's not chicken.and I am not talking about the staffs.really bad service!

The food is good, but the service is terrible. The last few times I’ve gone they’ve messed our order right up and forgot stuff. I have been coming here for years but I think tonight will be my last time. It’s gone downhill since the mom isn’t cooking anyways.

Stopped here on my way through Hamilton and was pleasantly surprised. The springrolls were delicious and the sesame chicken was pretty good. The value for the lunch combo was very good and they were very friendly!

Food and service was great. Got the daily special, chicken balls and fried rice. Only issue I had was not having any sauce for my chicken balls but guess I should have ordered it separately so that's on me.

I had Cantonese chow mein, veggies w cashews and sweet n sour shrimp. I like that the dishes are consistent, every time I order. Portions are generous. Always friendly and fast service.

Love the food here BUT I went to order and was talked to very rude so I ended up cancelling: (. I was looking forward to my meal but if they treat people bad how are they going treat the food your about to eat? Hope they can fix the customer service.

This place has great good! However, the customer service is very poor. They’re very unprofessional, impatient and if you have a question they scream at you. If you can put up with their bad attitude, by all means eat there. Won’t be eating there again.

For anyone that wants to try a new dish, I highly recommend the honey ginger beef! Thank me later

The staff were super nice, I just didn't like the food, there was nothing wrong with it I just didn't like it.

I really like their sesame chicken.for $10 I can get a good size portion, steamed rice, an egg roll and a drink.

Very good food, never had a bad dish yet, very consistent, I travel from Toronto to Hamilton quite a bit, and always make sure I drop by to get some food to take back to Hamilton with me

We always order a large order and their food is always fresh and so tasty. I LOVE their chicken Pad Thai. It's DELICIOUS. They even gave me extra rice! Fast delivery too.

Their food was just okay, pretty much what you expect from a Chinese place. However, they were still taking orders on New Year's Eve when nobody else was. For that reason, and the fact that they were delicious (albeit ordinary), I give 5 stars.

My wife and I picknup meals here often. The food is very delicious. The fried rice is better than most places we have tried. The son who takes the orders lately has been very friendly and passionate especially about his mother's Siu Mai. Very happy and highly recommend.

Friendly nice people. Had the Lo Mein and it was kind of dry. Needed more oyster / soy. Chicken Balls are good, huge portion but is put in sealable plastic which keeps the moisture in and makes them a bit soggy by time you get home. I think if they put it in a cardboard box they would stay crispier. The Chop Suey was good but did not look like the picture. The Chop Suey needed more mixed vegetables, almost all bean sprouts. Even with all that said, it was pretty good food.

We have been eating from this location and Milton for at least 5 years. The food is always amazing, highly suggest!

Fast service, great food, orange chicken is my favourite, orders are usually ready within 10 minutes, and they have a lot of different daily specials.recommend!

Terrible service, no meat in 2 orders of Singapore noodles. Called in and “owners son” was outraged I requested them to replace order. He offered to put extra meat in next order. I just paid $25 for a pile of noodles.

The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The food is always fresh and hot. I’m a HUGE fan of #48 (beef and rice noodles).

Absolutely amazing food, the staff are very sweet and caring. Huge portion of food though so be prepared for leftovers! My favourite thing to order is the steamed dumplings and the spring rolls. Never had a bad experience here!

They cancelled my order due to high call volume without notifying me to ask if I would mind waiting the extra amount of time it would take to complete the order. I called to check on the order and was told it was cancelled. I told them I wouldn't have minded waiting longer and the person on the phone got rude.

Went there to eat but found the place unkept and not inviting.tables not cleaned off. If i am going to spend money on a meal and want to eat there, I want a far better environment then what this place has.

Terrible service, can't get the orders correct and manager kept telling us there was nothing he could do even though he was the "owners son". Never has a restaurant treated me with such ignorance. I get better service at a drive threw.

They lie on their menu offering a terrible verision of "siu mei" instead of "Thai dumplings" as the menu clearly states. This is misleading advertising the customer and I will report it to the b.b. B.

Jack went over and above to serve us he was very friendly and my food was spicier than I expected and he brought me a glass of milk, super happy:) we will be back!:)

Always fresh and hot when I order take out. They use clean oil to fry in and it shows. I recommend this restaurant for their take out menu. You can eat inside if you choose but it’s like a fast food setting. It’s very clean and well maintained.

Dumpling Express is a good place to order and receive chinese food that is plentiful and tasty. The staff are courteous and efficient. There is also a seating area if sitting in for a meal is preferred. Sincerely.

We walked in last night. Staff was eating, and drinking beers. No big deal. Seemed annoyed that we came in, it was 830pm. Two chefs one in flip flops go to the kitchen still eating and start cooking without washing their hands. I can still deal with that. But the food was cold, flavorless and just plain nasty, to be fair we've been going for years, maybe new owners. Need a new dumpling joint!

Picked some up for lunch. Didn't realize until I looked at the menu once I got back to work that it was supposed to come with a drink that I didn't get. Also my sweet & sour chicken balls didn't have any sauce at all l, so I'm eating dry chicken balls.
All in all the food is decent, but I'm feeling a bit ripped off and have a dry mouth hahaha

I found maggots in the fried rice! They said sorry when they realized there was maggots in the rice, but wouldn’t refund my money! They wanted to give me another combo for free? !? I’m disgusted! I’ve eaten there many times before this!

Had the Singapore noodles. The noodles were dry and the curry had a Sandy texture. Unpleasant to eat. Not sure if I try again. In addition they only have plastic forks of the flimsy kind.

Great. Very good food. Unlike any Chinese food that I have ever had. Home made food and sauces.

Was just there today. Ordered chicken fried rice. Again the chicken was under cooked. Feeling sick already. I like Chinese food and I intend to continue getting my food from there but I don't think I'll be doing the chicken anymore. Sticking with beef. At least you can't get salmonella from that. I think they should have a talk with their chef and have him cook the chicken a little better. Other than that all the food is very good and the restaurant is nice and clean.

Fast, great service, delicious food! Mostly take out, but good for quick lunches on the go - some tables and booth seating.
