Andre and Stephan worked on excavating and preparing the foundation for the basement window, they were very professional, and polite and explained the work, they always kept the job site clean. Very happy with the service - good value for the money.

We had Mr. Foundation do a large scale renovation: waterproofing, new weeping tiles, and insulating the exterior of the house, tied into building new foundation wall where previously a below grade driveway had been, and installing a window in that new wall; changing the entire grade of our front property according to engineered drawings to address water flow, and providing the hardscape (pavers and driveway) to finish off the new grade. The team went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. They combined their expertise as professionals with our expertise as home owners who had observed the challenges with our property over the years. They were polite, tidy, thoughtful, efficient, responsive, and a pleasure to do business with. We have already recommended them to friends!

I contacted several companies for a quote for a foundation crack repair. Mr. Foundation was the only one that showed up in person to assess the repair. Other companies just gave me a generic quote by email. I received the quote in a timely manner. I paid a deposit and joined the queue for the work to be completed. I received an email a few days before the work crew was to arrive. They arrived when they said and completed the work in a timely manner. The work looks good and everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company!

Reached out to Mr. Foundation to provide some insight on a few issues found in my foundation. Was able to schedule a visit on short notice where Paul arrived and looked at the problem at hand and really put my mind at ease with his expert advice. Mr. Foundation installed an enlarged egress window for us. The team was professional, neat in their work and worksite, and communicated clearly about timelines. The finished egress window is really great, can't recommend it enough! I feel much safer having it installed.

I’ve called the company for two separate projects. Once was for my basement foundation, which was a pretty pleasant experience. My other experience with them was unfortunately quite unpleasant. I found that the process was not transparent and the communication was lacking. I also felt that I was being charged too much for the work that was being done and that the proposed work was perhaps overkill for the job that I needed done. In the end, I did not feel comfortable working with this company.

Really great job by Devon and crew, super friendly, honest, and cleaned things up after they were done. We had a crack along foundation where garage meets the house repaired. We were also supposed to have another area at the back of the house fixed, however, once Devon started chipping away he realized it was just a spot with really bad parging and no foundation issue underneath which was a nice surprise! I'm glad they didn't do the work just because it was scheduled by the original person who did the inspection (who was also nice, but obviously it was just a visual inspection).
