Love this place. I feel its on the expensive side, but I have never regretted going in. Gyro is A+ same with the chicken souvlaki. Portions are enormous.

My take out food experience in 26th jan 2023 night was the worst here. The store ambience and people were not welcoming. First of all it was 15-20 min wait since the entire store was busy preparing uber and skip orders. Secondly after bringing the food home, there were no fork, spoon, tissues provided for eating. The chicken was dry and the bread was burnt. I highly discourage people going here. This place is a trash.

20 min for a gyro. Greek fries were terrible. Gyro was a pita with shaved lamb served seperately.

Souvlaki pork and chicken was over cooked and over salted. Side of rice for $4.25 was missing.

Ordered here on Uber eats. The rice is hard and very under cooked and the potato’s are even hard as well. My stomach is very sensitive and this isn’t work paying $35 for. Really disappointing.

The workers always look upset and do very slow customer service. They look like they don't want to work there. It takes them 20-30 minutes just to prepare something simple like pita with hummus even if there are no other customers in the restaurant.

Worst experience ever, it took more then 25 minutes to get my food. After the long wait time my order was wrong. My son found what appeared to be some sort of wire in his food. Do not recommend this location at all:/ If I could give less then one star I would.

I ordered spankopita and rice. There was a foul strong smell in the rice. I couldn't eat it. I was very disappointed. I will never order or buy food from this location.

I was extremely shocked and surprised.
I eat mr greek almost 3-4 days a week I ho to different locations in gta all the time.
What I notice about this location. They don't wear NO GLOVES OR TIE THEIR HAIRS TO PROTECT HAIRS FALLING ON FOOD AT ALL.
They handled my pita bread bare handed while cleaning sweat from their face. EXTREMELY DISGUSTING. I end up throwing the pita breads away only ate the veggies

Will never go here again. Quality and quantity of the food has been going down. The chicken gyro meat is disgusting and is a pink colour and full of fat.

Very disgusting food, don’t buy anything here. This is not a real Mr. Greek restaurant the rice and chicken was so over cooked and dry. The red sauce they put on the rice was awful, the salad was even worse. Mr Greek at the mall tasted much better. I just wasted my money cause I throw the food in the garbage.

Ultimately the food was tasty and well priced which is the point but when asked for preferences (ie toppings) instructions were not followed which we did not discover til we got our take out order home. Given the number of called in orders additional help over the lunch hour may be beneficial to getting orders expedited.

I normally love mr Greek.but I ordered the salmon with rice and veggies, everything was pretty good except the veggies were completely raw? Is that normal with this location? The salmon was alright though could use a lemon

There were hardly any options for Vegetarians (No Veg Rice available). The wait time was a lot. The taste was very average. The overall ambience was below average. I found the place to be very dingy. Staff was generous but it the overall experience was not so good.

Unfortunately I was disappointed. Originally I had ordered the night before for delivery on Sunday at 11: 30. Sunday morning I received a call that the restaurant had no drivers available and therefore were not able to deliver to me so instead I arranged for pickup. However the meal was underwhelming. The souvlaki, both the chicken and pork were dry and not juicy at all. The greek salad didn't come with greek salad dressing instead was another small container of tzatziki. There was already one large container of it. The pita breads were stale. At least the salad itself was fresh but that's all I can say was good about this meal. Maybe I caught them on an off day because I do remember ordering from them before and quite liked it.

Do not recommend. We got super sick from the meat here.

Waited 30 minutes for my food.
They turn off the rotisserie between customers.
When I asked about the delay, The woman said you don't want it raw do you.

Why not turn off the lights when no one is inside.

Then they got the order wrong.
Blamed it on the new cook.
Food went back for another 20 minutes.

The food came back cold except for the vegetables.

Don't bother coming here, it's not worth it.

I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while they stood around and finally I said "can I order? " To which the lady replied "oh you wanted to order? " Uhm why else would I be standing at the cash register? Lol. Waited 30 mins for a single pita wrap.

Got the family special, was healthy and fresh.did not enjoy the potatoes as they were not very flavourful.the salad, chicken and rice were excellent!

Amazing food, either individual or catering always same quality. Reasonably priced. Perfect service. Spent over $200 each time I have catered everything is always fresh.

I picked my order, asked before paying if tzusiki is included in packed food, he confirmed. Came home and there was no Tziki.main reason why a person would want greek food. Called and he doubted to confirm with his kitchen staff. Horrible experience. Ruined my dinner.

I ordered from here and literally got food poisoning the owner didnt care enough to cook the food thoroughly because we ordered 1 hour before closing I would highly avoid this MR Greek Location as they only care about themselves and not their customers a health inspector should take a look at this location.

The Veges were not cooked properly we had to grill them again at home, the staff didn’t use gloves and then touched
food, the cashier was so rude didn’t talk properly, bad customer service, i think they don’t have proper training. This is the first time ever I had such a bad experience.

Food was not bad but I found out girls need more training about customer service as they were confused and slow. Moreover, she was not wearing gloves which was unhygienic in this COVID…. Honestly speaking I am going back again. You guys need some experienced leader to coach you all…

My wife spent over 50 dollars on a two person family feast with a side order of gyro meat today (fathers day) When the food arrived without the pork for one combo and missing a chicken skewer for the next combo we were disappointed. 50 dollars plus for a piece of pita bread and potatoes oh and garlic bread that was just a hot dog bun. There are many other great Greek places to eat. Save yourself the disappointment and hard earned cash and eat somewhere else. Never will I order from them again.

I just ordered from this place for my family's mother's day meal on doordash and they refused to give my delivery driver the food. Doordash tried calling the restaurant and no answer. This place is horrible. Don't bother eating here. The WORST

If I could give negative stars I would. This place has the absolute worst customer service. I placed an order through skip, my order was missing the salad when it arrived. I called the restaurant, and the first response I received was "We are too busy now, you will have to get it on your next order".
Well, with a response like that, I will NEVER be ordering from here again!
Then the person told me to call skip and complain to them. I asked if the salad was given to the driver in the first place as it isn't the driver's fault but the restaurant's fault if it was never given to them to deliver.
Not helpful at all, just told me to call skip. Which I did and skip was extremely helpful and courteous when speaking to me.
This location has the absolute worst customer service! Again.if I could give minus stars, this place has a minus 5 star rating from me!

The wrap would’ve tasted amazing but all I kept tasting was red onions. If it was easy on onions it could’ve been 5 stars.

The cross contamination in this place was insane all the raw meat was handled with the same pair of tongs that they used to put the cooked meat on the rest of the food and all they did was put it in a container of water that hasn’t been changed all day

Clean, friendly, helpful staff. First time for pickup as we usually get it through Uber Eats. Was glad to actually go in person. Food was fantastic as always! Plenty of freshly prepared food.there was no food sitting around waiting to be dished up. We've never been disappointed with any of our orders and this was no different. We will definitely continue to order from them. If you enjoy Greek food give them a try. The lamb and chicken souvlaki is awesome and they have a great ztatziki dip.delicious!

Two days ago was the first time we went to this restaurant. But It is obviously not the last time. We had a good time with the attentive service, with the great dishes and fine drinks and with the friendly price. We will definitely return there again.

Two people at store location. While ordering and waiting. I saw how they made my gyro. I was not impress compared to my gyro experience. The pita was still raw after being warmed up on their grill.and not fully cooked correctly. My fries was not warm, and my chicken gyro wasn't even warmed up on the frying pan. Usually, when i take a bite it will be warm. This time I did not have the same experience as my past. I was craving a Chicken Gyro since my college days and visited "the greektexan" before it closed down for good. Their chicken Gyro till this date was the best I had have. Hopefully management / corporate office see this comment, and makes improvements. As covid times are hurting businesses, and wanting more support. I hope I do not get food poisoning.

Portions are half what they should be. I have been eating at Mr Greek for years and have never seen portions that small. The owner told me that he can't toss a salad because it makes the bowl dirty. Chicken smelled off dry and visibly old. Disaster

This place does not even deserve the one star. The staff are unprofessional and incompetent. Waited over 30 mins for my meal only for my fries to arrive undercooked. When I brought it to the staff’s attention she began to argue with me how they are not. I have eaten at other Mr. Greek locations and the fries never come out that way. Save your time and money don’t eat here.

Was there last night for dinner with my gf, it was so nice to be there and have the food, quality is very good, I had chicken souvlaki and she had vegetable souvlaki, the portions were huge and there staff is so friendly that they came 3-4 times at the table to ask that how’s the food, was mesmerized with their service and dropped $15 tip. Will definitely be back.

I visited this place around 2pm today for my lunch, i just had a 20 minutes, the staff was so cooperative that they made my food as quick as possible and on top of that the souvlaki pita was very fresh and fillin️

Will be my regular place for lunch.

This place must be under new management and it shows. Their portions have shrunk by at least 25% and their prices have gone up. Customer service, yeah that doesn't exist at this place, they openly ask for tips in a box on their counter and when processing payment through their POS. You have to wonder what they're saying when their speaking in a language you don't understand.

This place had the slowest service ever! The restaurant was empty and it took 25 min to get a Greek salad and chicken skewer. Then the server brought half my daughters meal (a spanakopita), and was missing the Cesar salad which we had to wait another 10 min for.terrible service! We had movie tickets and were almost late for the show. Would not recommend this place if you’re looking for fast service.

This is the worst mr. Greek I've ever been to and was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. They have no heat I ordered a grilled calimari as a appetizer and it comes after the main course. The calimari was dried and really smelly. My main dish was also brought to me incorrectly and was made extremely of poor quality. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

Bad service as it takes hours to get food on the table. The food also is not at par with other greek food places. Been there twice and disappointed both times.

Once change new management I visited. Taste and value for the meal is very low. No heating. Until we ask they didn't tell the heater working. Poor customer service.

Am so disappointed in the quality of food and the service. Ordered on Uber zests only for them to deliver with missing items. The restaurant acknowledged it but didn't rectify their mistake. To make matters worse, their Caesar salad was really bad.

So I walked in and ordered 2 pork souvlaki asked them to be separated potatoes and a bottle of greek dressing. I watched them bag our food. They weren't doing it separate. So I requested it again. She goes to give me one tzatziki sauce and one pita. I ask how come and she says u only get one for each stick I said I ordered two.anyways owner comes out and argues with me.just bad business

The food was really good, portions were large sized I ate there and took some home and had it for lunch the next day. Clean and well kept, friendly staff.

It is not the regular dine-in place. It's like a fast food place. Ordered suvalaki dinner, wasn't that great.

I've been here a few times. Really great service - the staff are always friendly and ready with a smile. The food is cooked fresh. The gyro is so large I cut it in 2 and eat it for 2 meals. The feta & oregano fries are amazing - not too much topping, just enough to make the fries really tasty. And they cook the fries fresh - so the fries aren't waiting for you while getting cold, but you might have to wait for them a few minutes. They are also enough for 2 meals. The location is clean and in a convenient location. I'll be back.

Great place to get good in a hurry. Large food quantities with very friendly staff. Love the Greek salad and the gyro which was filled with meat that I actually had to have them give me a boss so I can take some of it with me.

VERY overpriced and horrendous customer service!

First off, we ordered two SALADS and the total was $31! On the menu the prices were listed as $9.50 for the signature Greek salad and the Caesar salad each. Then we decided to add chicken and the totals came out to $14 per salad! An extra $5 for chicken is BEYOND ridiculous! (The chicken was very small) Then the cashier who took our order told us to sit down at one of the tables and HE would bring our food out to us (we asked for it to go). We waited about 20 minutes before we went to the cooks at the other side of the restaurant to ask about the food. One of the employees then proceeds to tell us that the order has been there for however long and she called our name numerous times. We then tried to explain what the cashier originally told us and her only rebuttal was that she called us. Mind you we are on the complete opposite side of the restaurant and it’s a bit noisy in there.so how am I supposed to hear her voice? It didn’t occur to anyone there to check the other side where more customers are seated to see if it was anyone’s order. And the cashier who told us he would bring our food kept walking past us like the food wasn’t ready. I understand that she called us but it is very hard to hear them and there was no other actions they took to see if other customers needed their food! I will NOT be going back there again! Service is absolutely poor and way too much inconvenience and expense for two salads! It was a first and DEFINITELY a last experience.

Exceptional service, healthy food coz I just bot take out greek salad was very nice packed and loved the olives, kept clean and its suppose to be for a salad bar.wud recommend for a nice a filling salad.

Food is way over priced. Then had to wait over 30 mins for 2 basic meals. Rice. Potatoes. Pork. & the rice & potatoes are already made. Got home to find for $40 the portions so small I ended up cooking a meal. 1st & last.

Just awful. Garlic bread was soggy and clearly microwaved. Some of the grains of rice were hard AF. The lamb was mediocre at best, one of the pieces was actually unchewable. VERY disappointed. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. $45 i wish i burned instead of giving it to this establishment.

I have been going to this location for many years. Never ever had a bad experience. Hadn’t been into this location in a few months. WONT BE BACK. This location must be under new ownership/management. The portions are so small now. The sauce is almost nonexistent and the potato’s are under cooked. It took over 25min to get one classic chicken meal. And this was after 8: 00pm. So the dinner rush should have been over. When I asked the staff to speak to a manager they didn’t know who was in charge. I don’t know what happened to this location but I WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN!

I think this place is under new ownership/management. The quality of food has gone down and the prices have gone up. The souvlaki with rice or potatoes used to come with lots of sauce, but now it comes with little to no sauce and is dry and bland. I won't be going to this location anymore.
