Way overpriced, delicious but small portion. Quality is there, chicken and salad is fresh. But you can literally get double the portion for the same price at many other Greek restaurants. Normally with a chicken souvlaki meal you get the traditional 2 chicken skewers, rice, potato, veggies, salad and bread. But at this place, you get only one side, everything else I mentioned is a add on for more $$. So to add potatoes it's like $5, get real guys.
The food is excellent and love dining there. The restaurant is very clean. Thank you so much Sana for providing best service all the time when we are there. Definitely will recommend this restaurant to friends/family
I specifically ordered extra fries on both then asked them when I was picking it up if they’d remembered to add the fries in the wrap and they said yes, literally one fry in each wrap. Pathetic! Don’t bother with these fast food places pick authentic Tzatziki on pape
We often order the family pak which is a hit with our family. Enough food for the five of us. The quality is great and always fresh! Staff is always efficient and friendly- we really like this location.
Just had a corporate fundraiser party for 60 people. Everyone was committing how impressed they were with the food and service. Side note it’s so clean and modern looking inside. This is way I keep coming back here
2nd time they royally messed up my take-out order (I obviously didn't learn the first time), but even WORSE, the person cooking had a flemmy cough and kept coughing over orders. DISGUSTING. If I hadn't paid I would have walked out. One of my kids got sick the following day and is still sick a couple of days later. Thought I'd add that the portions were TINY. Mr. Greek has gone downhill big time from what it used to be.
I am disgusted. I ordered food here and found a hair in my food, both my meal and my salad. Instead of good customer service they put me on hold and disregarded the initial concern.
Its a shame because I really enjoyed their food but the customer service is very bad. They need to wear hairnets!
Surprised to see that the rating was low at this location. I came in for a late dinner and ordered a $16.99 Greek chicken salad for me and a gyro for my friend, (tzatziki sauce on the side). Had this salad for dine in. The closing staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was decent. What more could you ask for?
Despite the 3.2 rating I gave these guys a chance. It’s a chain. How bad can it be, right?
Wait: 2 stars. 25 minutes. Between ordering and waiting for food, that’s a crazy long time for a QSR. The kitchen staff were yelling “come on guys! ” At each other, so they know they’re slow. Portion: 0 stars. I ordered a souvlaki on a pita for $7.99. I saw the sticks on the grill and they were normal size, but only half of one ended up in my pita. Exactly 3 pieces as opposed to the normal 6/7. Are you kidding me? $9.03 to leave hungry? Taste: 2 stars.the pita bread, lettuce and tzatziki was delicious… but I kinda wanted to taste meat… I guess this place is bring your own meat now….
I had to stop at the grocery store and pick something up, so this visit was a complete waste of my time, money and energy.
I’m home now eating grocery store pork for $3 (and there’s leftovers).
Will not be back, and won’t be surprised if they close.
1/10 Been going here for years. Sometimes I’d pick it up & sometimes delivery. Maybe new Management? New Minimum Wage workers? Tonight’s delivery was horrible. It took a hour, food was cold & items were missing. 62$ for two meals. When we called he was rude and handed the phone over to a lady which really wasn’t much help & said the manager would call back in 5 mins. 40 mins later we had to call back again and got hung up on twice. Once finally someone answers it was the lady again saying yes we will give you half of the money back & that the driver will come give you cash…. Hour later we’re still waiting. This is absolutely ridiculous. They have lost a long time customer. I won’t be going back there & I warn others not too as well. -Dw
Service in this location has drastically gone down. As a person who enjoy Mr. Greek really sad this is happening to Mr. Greek. I was waiting 20 mins get my wrap and 3 people were behind the counter and nobody was at the restaurant. They were just talking to each other and standing. When I inquired only they remember about my order and asked me to wait for another 10 mins. Not recommend this location to any body.
The Greek salad is honestly hitting! Didn’t try any of the other food but I highly recommend the large Greek salad…. Dressing is good and service for takeout was good!
I am a vegetarian, my wife ordered Ikaris, a delicious vegetarian plate with chick peas, kale, cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese, cilantro, etc. Also ordered Spanakopita with greek salad combo and an iced tea drink. A very good choice indeed. You will not regret it. Iloved it. As well, the super nice lady that works there (July 23,2021) even asked us how we liked the food. At this point, I am beginning to think I am in some little town where everyone says "hi" to you. The store closes apparently at 10pm. This is a bit rare with new Covid 19 restrictions. So this worked out great for us after doing some Whitby to Port Darlington trails on the bike.
Here is the caviat though the man, likely in charge, does not want you to use their washroom. In my view, this is unconscionable: (. Hence 4 stars ️ ️
I enjoyed the tasty food and the portion sizes. Unfortunatelly, a bit of the pita bread was burnt, and I do not like that taste mixured with the other food. Overall, my experience with their food was positive.
Went after work on a weekday. Fast service, and the food with fresh and hot. I found the overall portion size to be a little on the small side for the price $17 including tax - but otherwise the food was good.
I come here atleast once a week for the chicken gyro pita it's so simple and so delicious. It's the only place I go to in the whole plaza. The staff is nice too, they always try to keep the customers happy. Their service is also fantastic Awesome place!
