We ordered 10 meals for our office, and I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived that everything was ready & well packed. The manager, and the (new) cashier were super friendly and helpful. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to order again.

I Ordered directly on the website for delivery. They forgot the drinks in the delivery order. Called the store right away. They tried to say the Uber delivery driver had quit his shift and wouldn’t come back. All they could offer was a credit. But they don’t even use Uber so I didn’t accept the credit story. They sent the same driver back who almost broke my front door angrily banging on the glass and throwing the bottles of pop at my door. The food isn’t even that good. Not good enough to put up with a grumpy old man to be angry at me because of his store’s mistake.

Great service, staff are always warm and welcoming. Food taste amazing and proportions is great. Never any issues thus far. Great location as well. The restaurant is also kept very clean each time I come, which I appreciate. Definitely recommend and will keep coming back! Only thing I ask for is a little more pita bread for appetizers, otherwise everything else is great.

Update (Thursday May 26,2022) :
My mother had gotten take out today and hers was fine however, mine was not. There was a super long hair in my chicken gyro. I have never had any issues prior at this location but this is unacceptable. I’ve seen another review a customer had this happen to, so maybe employees should keep their hair up in hair nets or something to prevent this from happening. Hygiene safety is a must! -1 star for this.

Food quality is good. Service is not good. We need to wait a lot ti re eive your order or to pay. Durting our waiting I tried to have a look at the kitchen. Please please follow up healtg instruction!

Worst food I ever got from here.pitas were kids size.salads were tiny for paying 7 dollars extra. I never got the bread I was suppose to.and i paif 8 dollars for hummus and pita and got one pita chopped up.my guess so u can use it fot anything else.i will think before ordering again.

The food was disappointing. We love Mr. Greek and our favourite location was hywy 7 & Weston Rd but they closed down. We decided to try this location and all of us were not satisfied. Potatoes were undercooked and the meat was chewy. Sorry but I have to be honest about our experience.

The food is top quality especially Traditional Gyro also the customer service is very good. Overall I think this restaurant is awesome.

I’ve ordered mr Greek from many locations and this has to be the worst location I’ve ever ordered from. Food was cold. No taste at all. Chicken potatoes and rice all taste same. No seasoning used. Rice was soggy. I had to throw it out. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

I think maybe the owners changed, taste wasn't the same, instead of giving full pitas, they cute them, it didn't add up to 2 pitas. The chicken filet use to be 2, instead only 1 small piece with way to much rice. We use to always order from here, maybe its time to move on.

We ordered an appitizer of Gyro and it came burnt. Who ever cooked it should not be cooking. ALL BLACK, TOOK ONE BITE AND HAD TO SPIT IT OUT. ORDERED A VILLAGE SALAD, YOU COULD HAVE USED THE OIL AND PUT IN IN YOUR ENGINE OF YOUR CARE THATS HOW MUCH THERE WAS. WHO EVER IS DOPING THIS DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO PREPARE GREEK FOOD. ALSO ORDERED SPANOKPITA, IT WAS NOT BAD, A LITTLE BURNT ON TO BUT IT WAS OK, AND THE SIDE GREEK SALES, VERY CHEAP FOR THE MONEY. WE WILLL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS MR. GREEK EVER AGAIN. THE MR. GREEKS IN THE PAST AT YONGE AND RUTHERFORM WAS THE BEST BACK IN THE DAY

You guys are completely unaware of your own uber eats menu. Its like you blatantly lie.

Your souvlaki sticks say they come with vienna bread, yet you never provide that ever. Second, you guys miss order notes like 90% of the time. You order a salad and request something to be removed and you get it anyway. Third, if someone orders a drink why in the world would you give them a room temperature drink? So much incompetence.

Didn't have the chance to eat there since service was the worst and we were ignored from the minute we walked in. I wont give my hard earned money to an establishment that treats customers like that.

Got the dinner for two and it was delicious. The chicken gyro and traditional gyros had lots of flavour and the portions were generous. It was served with warm pita that was wonderful. Highly recommended

Went here for dinner and it was delicious. The chicken was bursting with flavour and the salad that came with the meal was fresh and topped with a lot of feta. All around a delicious meal.

Best Chicken souvlaki I’ve ever had, tender, juicy and well seasoned, excellent customer service, very clean environment.

We always have a great dinner, and Feri our waitress always remembers my kids orders and my girls love her.

Ever since this location got taken over by new management, they have completely stepped it up. I have absolutely no complaints about the quality and service and LOVE ordering take out from here.

Definitely one of the most polite places I have been and i eat out 5 times a week. Food is always fresh, the place is very well maintained and clean. Will continue to always visit this location.

Horrible dining & customer service experience with Mr. Greek at Bathurst & Carrville.

We had 2 families with 4 adults & 2 kids celebrating the family day together last Monday evening. The restaurant seating area was very dark. We arrived at 6: 40pm and my husband went to line up to order the food. We have been dinning at many good Greek restaurants and didn’t know what to expect with this location as it was self serve style. We were ok with that as long as the food was good as our kids were hungry. The receipt showed we ordered at 6: 59pm & 7: 10pm because 2nd family ordered via their iPad. Both families ordered the exact same items - feast for 2 $36.99 and a chicken pita $7.29. Our first order came at 7: 48pm, since my daughter was starving so we let her eat first. When we opened the container of our chicken souvlaki, there were only 4 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of potatoes. We were very disappointed as the pictures were misleading showing huge portions on the flyer/ menu but we didn’t say anything. That was until our friends’ order was ready. Their order came at 8: 11pm. It had been over an hour to get the food. As soon as they opened their containers, we found our order was missing one stick of chicken souvlaki on each dinner. My husband took a pic of the two different portions and showed the different portions. Instead of correcting the issue they asked why we didn’t bring this up before eating the first dinner. How could we know the exact portion if we didn’t see the comparison. Another staff member came with the missing food and a weak apology. At the end, it took 2.5+ hrs start to finish. Other than that it was a perfect Family Day meal.

We will never step foot in this Mr Greek location or order anything from them. The food was average, Jimmy the Greek in Hillcrest Mall’s food court has much better food with way better service, and it’s just a food court vendor. Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest review I can give. I would give negative rating if I could! Better off going to Jimmy the Greek.

Ive been there 6 times, and 6 times they got my order wrong.
Today was the worst on yet, they said they put fries in the pita, and I got 4 fries… unbelievable
