From the initial call to ensure my needs were fully understood to the actual service experience (Ted was great, personable, etc) to the billing experience after the work was completed. I called Mr Handyman after a column under our garage collapsed after a car accidentally backed into it. Mr Handyman sent Jay. Jay and team were amazing right from the first estimate meeting to the end of the job. He and team were professional, friendly, and resilient (battling through unpredictable cold weather). He salvaged as much material as possible to keep costs down and the column looks as good as new (even stronger than how the original builder built it). Thank you Jay and Mr Handyman for a great experience.

Full disclosure on the time estimation as well as a complete explanation about the repairs. I had an unglued undermount bathroom sink that had already been passed by several handymen. It was a very professional service.

Our undermount kitchen sink detached itself from the counter. I called Mr. Handyman and spoke with Jésus and explained the problem. He contacted Ted who came the same day to provide an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and Ted came back at the appointed time and completed the installation within the estimated time
. It was done professionally and courteously and I would contact Mr. Handyman again for services.

Expensive, but worth every single penny (and more)! My handyman, Ted, was friendly, super knowledgeable, and really really really good at what he does. Everything was repaired to be better than intended (ex. My Ikea wall unit wasn’t installed correctly, so he took it apart, reinforced it, and even make-shifted the missing parts). He aced every task with little instruction (ex. I just pointed to the walls where I wanted pictures hung and he made sure it was centered and aesthetically pleasing where it was placed). He gave me great advice about each project and found innovative solutions to ensure the work he did would last the test of time and constant use. I’m a very happy customer!

We needed a drywall repair and our technician was very thorough in his explanation of the repair process. It was clear he was very knowledgeable. He arrived on time and was very efficient. He didn’t overcharge and provider more affordable options. Very professional and friendly customer service. Would highly recommend Mr. Handyman!

The service and workmanship were very good and I recommend them based on that, however, when I was quoted on the phone I wasn't advised there would be a charge for travel time. However,
I've since spoken to Steve and he explained the misunderstanding to my satisfaction. At the end of the day I was pleased with the work and would definitely recommend and use their service again.

Just want to commend the Mr. Handyman team, and especially to Enkel who came on board to do a renovation for a retail store I am opening up. I was quoted a fair price for the work involved: demolition of some interior structures, building a dividing wall and installing a new interior doorway, building out the shop window display platform, attaching some Ikea bookcases to the wall to make them look built-in, installing flooring in a storage room, building a platform for our cash wrap, and many other smaller tasks.

The project lasted approximately one month from start to finish, and Enkel was professional and courteous through-out. I appreciated his opinions about what would work and what wouldn't in the space and that advice was invaluable. I also loved that he always swept up the space and kept it clean through-out the messy work. The little details matter!

I used this company to fix my front porch of my house. The walls and steps were in bad need of repair. The technicians name was Enkel. He was very polite and professional. He explained what he was going to do once we agreed what the job would entail. He was at my property early every morning and stuck at the job until the objective for that day was completed. I was very happy with the work he did - he gave the personal touch. I would gladly have him & Mr Handyman work on my house in the future. I had a list of projects from staining our shed to fixing a bathroom shower leak to installing a handrail to hardwood floor repair to metal trim installation. Our handyman Enkel was a total pleasure to deal with in every respect. Very happy with the quality of work and would definitely use them again and recommend to our friends.

Very professional and efficient, a little on the pricey side.paid $200, the job was less than 30 minutes. One of the chargers was COVID PPE supplies 30$, In other words they charge for the hand sanitizer that their staff use, that charge is what I consider criminal, as they take advantage of the COVID scenario, the trip charge, drive from there Markham location to Richmond Hill, 85.00$ completely unreasonable also. Next time we will not be using Mr Handyman. When companies over charge, they usually don't get repeat business, I can assure you my business would be worth a lot more than 200.00 over the course of a year.

I had stucco ceiling removed, water damaged ceiling repaired, and wainscoting panels installed. I am satisfied with the results. It took a couple weeks to complete. We are happy now that it's completed. Ryan was very professional and detailed in his work. He did lots of cleaning each day. I would prefer to order materials myself. I was being marked up about 1000.00 on my invoice. Overall, I am happy with the work.
